 Requirements:
 
 HC Recruitment Manager
 
 Qualification and Experience:
 •	Bachelor's Degree in relevant subject
 •	A minimum of 8 years of working in an in-house recruitment environment (or a combination of agency & in-house recruitment) ideally with a focus on finance based recruitment
 •	Experience of working with business leaders to help develop annual recruitment plans
 •	Knowledge of interviewing techniques and psychometric skills testing
 •	Ability to work with professional teams to develop specific job descriptions
 •	Ability to manage large numbers of applications whilst adhering to agreed recruitment processes and KPIs
 •	Excellent communication skills with a demonstrated ability to interact professionally with Partner level staff and senior applicants
 •	Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects and coordinate the activities of recruitment assistants
 •	Excellent written, interpersonal, and presentation skills
 •	Ability to develop a recruitment team and to coach them in best recruitment practices
 •	English & Arabic language skills are essential.  Saudi nationals will be preferred.
 
 
 HC Director
 
 Qualification and Experience:
 The jobholder would typically be professionally qualified, possibly also having studied to postgraduate level in business, behavioural sciences or organisational/people development. The job holder would typically have upwards of 12 years experience of in-house HR experience in an international organization and have managed a multi functional HR team of 5 staff +.
 
 Work experience would have demonstrated:
 •	A proven track-record in understanding the business and influencing the business in HC and people objectives
 •	Broad experience of HR policy and legal experience
 •	Good consulting and relationship management skills
 •	Credibility to work with senior people
 •	Ability to match business priorities to people strategies and actions
 •	English & Arabic language skills are essential
