Al-Bashir may fear that a large U.N. presence would constrain Sudanese army troops and their allied militias, as well as make it more likely that suspected war criminals be brought to trial by the International Criminal Court.البشير ان الخوف كبير بالامم المتحدة ان تقيد وجود قوات الجيش السوداني والميليشيات المتحالفه وكذلك تجعل من الأرجح ان الاشخاص المشتبه في ارتكابهم جرائم حرب الى المحاكمه من قبل المحكمه الجناءيه الدولية. Al-Bashir has refused to hand over suspects to the ICC.البشير رفض تسليم المتهمين الى المحكمه الجناءيه الدولية.
Richardson was meeting later Wednesday with members of al-Bashir's cabinet and said he would discuss the results of his negotiations afterward.ريتشاردسون كان اجتماع لاحق الاربعاء مع اعضاء البشير في الوزاره وقال انه سيتم بحث نتائج مفاوضاته فيما بعد.
But he also placed some blame for the violence on the rebel armies who refused to sign the government's cease-fire agreement last May in Abuja, Nigeria.لكنه ايضا وضع بعض اللوم على العنف في جيوش المتمردين الذين رفضوا التوقيع على الحكومة لوقف اطلاق النار في ايار / مايو الماضي في ابوجا نيجيريا. Richardson met with rebels in Darfur Tuesday and told them that al-Bashir has complained that he gets all the blame for the lack of peace when rebels should do their part.ريتشاردسون اجتمع مع المتمردين في دارفور الثلاثاء وقال لهم ان البشير قد اشتكى انه يحصل كل اللوم على عدم السلام عند الثوار ان يقوموا بدورهم. U.S. and U.N. officials in Sudan also have told Richardson that rebels are increasing bloodshed, sexual assaults and theft, including against the humanitarian workers who are trying to help the people.الولايات المتحدة ومسؤولون بالامم المتحدة فى السودان كما قال ريتشاردسون ان المتمردين زيادة سفك الدماء ، والاعتداءات الجنسيه والسرقه ، بما ضد عمال الاغاثه الانسانيه الذين يحاولون مساعدة الشعب.
Richardson asked rebels he met if they would be willing to lay down their arms for 60 days and negotiate a cease-fire with the government.ريتشاردسون طلب الثوار التقى اذا كانوا مستعدين لتسليم اسلحتهم لمدة 60 ايام والتفاوض لوقف اطلاق النار مع الحكومة. They said they would.وقال ان هذه.

The Save Darfur Coalition that has been raising awareness of the crisis and pressing for a resolution paid for Richardson's trip because he has worked with al-Bashir in the past and successfully argued on two occasions for the release of foreigners being held prisoner in Sudan.تحالف انقاذ دارفور الذي التوعيه الازمة والضغط من اجل حل خاص لندن في زيارة لانه عمل مع البشير في الماضي ونجاح البعض في مناسبتين باطلاق سراح محتجزين الاجانب في السودان.
