there are reasons for you for you not to like yourself !! nobody knows them but you, maybe it's your nose, your ear or maybe it's that you are going bold. maybe it's the fact that you are very white or dark, and maybe it's that you are too short or tall.just you are the only one who knows. you might walk down the street and see someone and you get sick because you don't like who you look at and that why you feel shame . you just want to walk away from that person or insult him/ her, and that person just wonder what did he/she do. it's you and you only who knows why you heating on him /her. it's just simple: that you don't like yourself. you picture yourself as an ugly person and that everybody who look like you or close make you see what you don't want to see which is yourself, and that why you seldom stand in front of a mirror , and when you do, you use your imagination to see somebody else. surely that's why you hang on your walls those big framed pictures of people who you call them your models, beautiful or handsome. the people that you like to talk about them and try to dress up like them.
And always you are running away hiding from some people who has something in common with you,and that's why you call them names and trash talk them while you are running.
but let me remind you of one thing my friend: you will run and continue to run and try to run away but you will never run away from yourself.
