الجيوب الشيوعية } بعد الإنهيار الكبير,
أي يحدث هذا فى دولتين من ثلاثة دول
شيوعية ما تزال على قيد الحياة, يعني
أغلبية ... تصدق.
ليس هناك ديمقراطية ثورية, فإما ديمقراطية
أو ثورية ... وليتها كانت ثورية تقوم على
تفعيل المقدرات الشعبية وتصعيدها حتى مرحلة
الثورة, إنما هي ثورية قائمة على فرضية
آيدلوجية يدخرها العقل الشيوعي ويسوقها
ويفرضها على الناس ما كان ذلك ممكنا.
لقد سقطت الشيوعية فى إمتحان الديمقراطية,
وإنتهى الدرس ... ولا يحتاج إلى تكرار ولا
إلى درس عصر.
راؤول ... عمره 76 سنة ... ومع ذلك فلا يتورع
من وراثة السلطة من أخيه, مجوزا بذلك الزعم القائل
بتحويلهم أمر السلطة فى كوبا إلى family business
لله درك يا شعب كوبا ... وشمس حريتك لا بد وأنها دانية.

Cubans are not trapped anywhere nor do they live in darkness because Castro never played games with Cuban people: American Curricula is taught in all Cuban universities, English is compulsory since first grade, the man never tried to indoctrinate Cubans to communism because most Cubans live in the cities which are suburbs of the big cities in the American south east, they watch every TV station in America even the Tele Marti, the anti-Castro one. the average age in Cuban is higher than in the US and the infant mortality rate is below 5 per one thousand and lower than the US, an accomplishment a Sudanese can only dream of, health coverage is free and so is education. Go to Cuba and you will never see a homeless nor a begger, racism gone. How could a country like Cuba outperform the richest countries in the wolrd, in life expectancy, lower infant mortality rate,literacy, and even in the olympics? It is because Cuban Revolution brought real justice to most Cubans, that is why it lasted

ففى منطقة ميامى هنا ... و بحكم مهنتى فانى أتعامل يوميا مع CLIENTS و زملاء هم على درجة و
خلفية كبيرة عن طبيعة تلك الأنظمة القمعية الشمولية على شاكلة ما نعانيه نحن من
نظام الإنقاذ !!!!فهم هنا يعتبرون أن ( كاسترو ! حقيقة قد مات ! و ما هذا الا سيناريو لا يجيد حبكه الا الكيزان ! و الرفاق !!!!

بقلم : د. حسام الخطيب (كاتب عربي) ..يشكل فيدل كاسترو ظاهرة نضالية فريدة من نوعها في هذا العصر. لقد حكم كوبا نصف قرن من الزمان وحافظ علي سلطته وتوعد وتحدي أقوي دولة في العالم وظل ينخس خاصرتها نخساً كما تنخس الدابة في مؤخرتها، دون كلل أو ملل، وبدأ خطابه في شبابه نارياً متأججاً ومتفائلاً ولم تتغير نبرته أبداً أبداً، حتي حين تقدم به السن وتلبسه المرض وأخذ ينخره نخراً ويفتت جسده دون أن ينال من عزيمته وتفاؤله بالمستقبل وإيمانه بشعبه وبالعالم المقهور من حوله.
منذ أن وعي جيلي في خمسينيات القرن الماضي حقيقة انقسام العالم إلي ظالم ومظلوم وقوي وضعيف وسيد وعبد و مترف ومعسر ومستغل ومستغل كان فيدل كاسترو أنموذج الصمود والتحدي بل أعجوبة الصمود والمقاومة في عالم ثالث مغلوب علي أمره تتهاوي قلاعه قلعة بعد أخري، وتزوي رموزه كلما ارتفع جبين يحملها، وتتعاقب فصول الخيانة والاستسلام، وتبكي شعوب الديار علي من تهاوي وخان، وما أكثرهم في هذا الزمان:
يا ديرتي مالك علي لوم
لا تحزني لومك علي من خان!
وما أكثر من بدأ فيهم مناضلاً، ورفع الشعارات فوق أكتاف قومه من المعذبين حد قنان الأرض، ومن ذاق طعم الكرسي الوثير استمرأ النعمة، وبدأ يبطش بالأكف التي رفعته إلي المكان الذي لم يكن حلمه يجرؤ أن يتخيل الاقتراب منه. وكم بطشوا وكم فعلوا الأفاعيل وكم تسلطوا وكم كذبوا وكم وعدوا، وكم حنثوا حتي يئس الناس وخنعوا وانفرط عقد رحاهم وأخذت تتكسر دفعة بعد أخري.
تأبي الرماح إذا اجتمعن تكسراً
وإذا انفردن تكسرت أحادا
واستفرد بهم العدو الرابض الذي أستأسد لما رأي من خذلانهم، وافترسهم واحداً بعد الآخر حتي صاروا بين يديه كالأغنام وليس كالأنعام.

نعم.. كان فيدل كاسترو ديكتوراً وكان نظامه أبعد ما يكون من الديمقراطية، ولكنه أيضاً كان وفياً لرسالته الثورية التي اعتنقها في ساحات الكفاح المسلح وفي زنزانات السجن. وقد عانت كوبا في حكمه كما عانت معظم الدول الاشتراكية.. إلا أن حكمه ظل نزيهاً ولم تسقط حاشيته في وباء الاستغلال والنهب. وكان قانونه يشمل الجميع حتي الأقربين من بطانته.. وهذا سر قوته وصموده علي الرغم من موقعه الجغرافي في خاصرة التنين.

أتيح لي شخصياً أن ألتقي معه في مطلع الثمانينيات من القرن الماضي، بمناسبة استضافة هافانا للمؤتمر البرلماني الدولي IPU وكنت حينذاك أميناً عاماً بالوكالة للاتحاد البرلماني العربي. وكانت هناك وفود عربية عديدة، وكان عدد أعضاء كل وفد ينافس الوفد الآخر من ناحية العدد علي الأقل وليس الفاعلية بالضرورة.
وبالمناسبة يعتبر الاجتماع السنوي للاتحاد البرلماني الدولي أعظم منتدي سياسي عالمي إذ يجتمع فيه أكثر من ألف ومائتي برلماني يمثلون مختلف برلمانات العالم، وطبعاً يمثلون الجيل المرشح لأن يكون من حكام المستقبل.
في جلسة الافتتاح تسنم فيدل منصة الخطابة، واندلع صوته الجهوري يتكلم ويحلل ويعلل ويكشف المستور، دونما كللٍ أو ملل، ولم يترك شاردة في السياسة العالمية إلا طرحها بمنتهي الصراحة، واستهدف بالذات الوفدين الأمريكي والإسرائيلي اللذين لم يطق معظم أعضائهما استمرار السماع فانسلوا واحداً إثر الآخر... واستمر كاسترو يهدر مدة ساعتين أو أكثر يحمل علي الظلم والطغيان ويستنهض الهمم دون أن يتلجلج أو يلهث بلغته الاسبانية التي يقترب ايقاعها من اللغة العربية، بل إنها أخذت الكثير من العربية، وبالذات اللهجة الخطابية.
كان الوفد الفلسطيني في المؤتمر مؤلفاً من قادة منظمات عديدة، وكانوا جميعاً من المتمرسين في الخطابة، ولكن الفرصة لم تتح لهم استعراض عضلات حناجرهم لأن كاسترو لم ينس القضية الفلسطينية بل شرحها بأفضل ما يمكن أن يقوم به إنسان في مؤتمر حافل كذلك المؤتمر، وعلق آمالاً كبيرة علي انتصار الثورة الفلسطينية وأكد أن هذا الانتصار المنشود سوف يخلق مناخاً حاسماً لوضع حد للطاغوت الامبريالي.. وبعده بدا معظم كلامهم أي مندوبي فلسطين تكراراً ضئيل النغمة إن لم يُبقِ لهم شيئاً ولم يذر.
ولكن كانت المفاجأة الثانية أشد وقعاً من الأولي. إذ طلب مقابلة الوفد الفلسطيني علي حدة، وكان الوفد برئاسة المرحوم خالد الفاهوم.. وفي الاجتماع انكشفت الأوراق إذ كان صريحاً في طلبه عدم التحدث عن النواحي النظرية للقضية.
وكان ذلك إبان الغزو الإسرائيلي لجنوب لبنان 1983 وأراد أن يعرف بالضبط الجانب العسكري من مواجهة العدوان الإسرائيلي، وطلب شرح الخطط العسكرية ونوع الأسلحة وعلاقة هذه الخطط بطرق مواجهة الجيش النظامي الإسرائيلي المدجج بالأسلحة الحديثة ومدي فعالية هذه الخطط.
وفي نهاية اللقاء شد علي الأيدي علي الرغم من أن أسئلته ظلت معلقة في الهواء. وما أظن إلا أنه كان يتمني لو يخوض القتال بنفسه لأنه كان مقتنعاً أن القضية الفلسطينية تمثل لب الصراع بين الظالم والمظلوم، وهي جغرافيا أبعد مما يدركه أصحابها وقادتها. وأبدي استعداده بصدق وتصميم لتقييم أي دعم لوجستي للمعركة علي النحو الذي يحدده القادة الميدانيون.
وما أظن أنه سمع ما يسره أو ما كان يتوقعه في هذا الاجتماع.

هكذا نزلت رسالة الرفيق كاسترو الثوري العظيم والأممي الكبير، إلي شعب كوبا الشجاع وشعوب العالم صباح 18 فبراير 2008، قبل لحظة ترشيح وانتخاب مجلس الدولة ورئيسه ونائب رئيسه وسكرتيره.
العمر كله قدمه الكومندانتي الكبير للثورة الوطنية والأممية، لحريات الشعوب، للتقدم إلي أمام والعدالة الاجتماعية في مراحل الثورة الاشتراكية ...
اجتمعت في مسار وتطور نضالات كاسترو قوي ونهضة حركات التحرر الوطني علي امتداد عالم أمريكا اللاتينية، إفريقيا، آسيا، البلاد العربية، وفي القلب منها شعب فلسطين، قدمت كوبا الثورة أكثر من نصف مليون مقاتل أممي في قارات العالم الثالث، دفاعاً عن حق الشعوب في التحرر والاستقلال، التقدم والعدالة، من فيتنام إلي الجزائر والجولان، انغولا، موزامبيق وأغلبية أقطار افريقيا، وعلي امتداد أمريكا اللاتينية، وبنت عشرات آلاف الكوادر العلمية والنضالية علي امتداد قارات عالم الجنوب.
في مسار قيادة كاسترو، تلاقت وتجاورت كل قوي الاشتراكية والتحرر الوطني، السلام وعدم الانحياز، عشاق الحرية والاستقلال، الديمقراطية الثورية والكرامة الإنسانية في قارات العالم الخمس، نحو شمس مستقبل الشعوب، والخلاص من شراسة قوي الاستعمار والإمبريالية والصهيونية والابارتيد، للخلاص من عدوانية وهيمنة العولمة الرأسمالية الأمريكية المتوحشة.
الآن نقول شكراً رفيق فيدل، شعوب الأرض لن تنسي دورك الرائد المقدام، في ميادين البشرية للتقدم نحو الحرية والعدالة والكرامة الإنسانية.
فيدل كاسترو في مقدمة القادة الثوريين الرواد، الأممين الكبار في القرن العشرين، الذين قادوا ثورات تطوير وتغيير العالم، لينين، ماوتسي تونغ، غاندي، هوشي منه، كاسترو، جمال عبد الناصر. الواقع في مساره ومصيره يشير أن كاسترو كان الثوري الوطني والأممي الأبرز والأكثر تأثيراً علي مساحة النصف الثاني من القرن العشرين، حتي يومنا مطلع الواحد والعشرين.
في احتفالات العيد الثمانين علي ميلاد فيدل كاسترو في هافانا، اجتمع كل عالم قوي التحرر، التقدم، الاشتراكية، الحرية والسلام في كوبا، آلاف القادة من القارات الخمس، من كل ألوان الطيف الإيديولوجي والسياسي والنضالي، اجتمعوا احتفالاً، تحيةً وتقديراً للقائد الثوري، الوطني والأممي فيدل. كان علي فراش المرض، لم يتمكن من كتابة رسالة إلي آلاف القادة في المؤتمر الدولي العظيم، والآن يتعافي يواصل معركة الأفكار تحت عنوان "تأملات الرفيق فيدل"، فعمراً مديداً يا رفيق، يا صديقي ورفيق الدرب الثوري العظيم، فأنت اليوم في "عين شمس البشرية".
في احتفالات العيد الثمانين التقي كل عالم الحرية والسلام والتقدم إلي الأمام ... توافدوا من قارات العالم الخمس.
من البلاد العربية والشرق الأوسط، كنت الوحيد الذي لبي النداء للاحتفال بالرفيق الصديق فيدل، فقد قدم الكثير الكثير لفلسطين، للبلاد العربية، لشعوب الشرق الأوسط، له علي شعوبنا حق الاحتفاء والتكريم للثوري العظيم.
فلسطين أخذت موقعها علي منصة رئاسة المؤتمر الكبير، وكلمتنا لكل المؤتمر بين الكلمات العشر الرئيسية، كلمة فلسطين والعرب استقبلها آلاف قادة التقدم والسلام والتغيير في المؤتمر، بالتصفيق الحار وقوفاً، ففلسطين والعرب في "عين العاصفة" في مقاومة الاحتلال الإسرائيلي وحُماته الإمبرياليين الأمريكيين، الذين يحاصرون كوبا منذ 45 عاماً حتي يومنا.؟
في المؤتمر الأممي الكبير، بادرت فوراً وجَمعتُ كل الفلسطينيين والسفراء العرب في وفد موحد كبير، تقديراً للصديق والرفيق فيدل كبير ثوار النصف الثاني من القرن العشرين وحتي يومنا.
فيدل كاسترو أنت في "عين الشمس، في قلب الشعوب لقد أنصفك التاريخ"، نتذكر كلماتك شاباً في محاكمة معركة المونكادا ... "سينصفني التاريخ".

Fidel Castro may be a dictator but not a criminal, no Cuban official has an arrest worrant on his/her head because of crimes against humanity. The very Florida you live in is full of Cubans who have committed atrocious crimes on the island and roam free in the US. There is not even death punishment in the Cuban criminal code. Mr. Castro never killed his people, he defended them on the Bay of Pigs. There is no moral reason for anyone, even those who despised Castro, to compare him with a criminal Bashir. I tried to be as soft as I could in the post and not take the issues seriously, but if you want, we can make a reasonable comparison between the US and Cuba on the basis of their human rights records and we can start with the state of Florida, down to deep South and into the Great State of Texas. Let me know if you really want to get into it..

Fidel Castro Díaz-Balart today took part in the Forum’s 141 questions (29): “Does north and south understand sustainability in the same way?” which has received a great deal of interest from visitors at the Forum Site. The talk focused on the different perspectives of northern and southern countries regarding sustainability. In the opinion of Castro Díaz-Balart, it is the north that has to provide solutions for the planet’ sustainable development
By quoting from abundant statistical data, Fidel Castro Díaz-Balart intended to show how in his opinion that it is the countries in the northern hemisphere that have to provide solutions for the sustainable development of the planet.
On several occasions Castro Díaz-Balart referred to the need to take into account the new mechanisms for evaluating social wealth, in reference to the new indicators put forward by the French philosopher Patrick Viveret, who has recently taken part in the Dialogues organized at the Forum. “We can’t talk about sustainability without giving it its full name, we have to take into consideration education, culture, Man’s aspirations, etc., a lot of elements that are not present in GNP indicators. Sustainability goes beyond technological development. In addition, in order to establish the criteria of development we have to bear in mind the geopolitical context”.
“The limits facing sustainable development have been dealt with in the Dialogues organized by the Forum over the last few days: water, energy, health, etc. Some 80 % of the world’s population lives in the south, where 900 million people are illiterate. As a nuclear physicist trained in the USSR and in Cuba, Castro Díaz-Balart was executive secretary of the Cuban Atomic Energy Commission between 1980 and 1992, the year when the régime in Cuba abandoned the construction of its nuclear energy reactor. Castro Díaz-Balart is also author of the book Nuclear Energy: Danger to the Environment or Solution for the 21st Century? (1997), originally published in English and translated into Spanish, French and Italian, in which he defends Cuba’s aspirations to have a nuclear energy facility.

Fidel Castro Díaz-Balart today took part in the Forum’s 141 questions (29): “Does north and south understand sustainability in the same way?” which has received a great deal of interest from visitors at the Forum Site. The talk focused on the different perspectives of northern and southern countries regarding sustainability. In the opinion of Castro Díaz-Balart, it is the north that has to provide solutions for the planet’ sustainable development
By quoting from abundant statistical data, Fidel Castro Díaz-Balart intended to show how in his opinion that it is the countries in the northern hemisphere that have to provide solutions for the sustainable development of the planet.
On several occasions Castro Díaz-Balart referred to the need to take into account the new mechanisms for evaluating social wealth, in reference to the new indicators put forward by the French philosopher Patrick Viveret, who has recently taken part in the Dialogues organized at the Forum. “We can’t talk about sustainability without giving it its full name, we have to take into consideration education, culture, Man’s aspirations, etc., a lot of elements that are not present in GNP indicators. Sustainability goes beyond technological development. In addition, in order to establish the criteria of development we have to bear in mind the geopolitical context”.
