عبّر المجلس القومي للصحافة والمطبوعات عن أسفه لمصادرة (12) صحيفة سياسية وصحيفتين اجتماعيتين أمس بعد الطبع. وقال المجلس في بيان له إن الإجراءات الاستثنائيه من شأنها أن تلحق ضرراً بليغاً بالمشهد الصحفي والسياسي بالبلاد عموماً والحريات على وجه الخصوص. وطالب المجلس بعدم نشر أخبارالقوات المسلحة إلا من المصار المخول لها بذلك.
من جانبه قال رئيس الاتحاد العام للصحفيين الصادق الرزيقي إن سياسة مصادرة الصحف بعد الطبع تتسبب في تعطيل مظاهر العمل المتجدد. وفي السياق قطع وزير الإعلام أحمد بلال عثمان بأنه لا يمتلك وصاية على الصحافة، مؤكداً على أن الصحف لا تتبع لوزارته، وقال «الصحافة ما تابعة لوزير الإعلام حتى يستقيل، لأنو وقفوا جريدة أو عدد من الصحف». وأكد بلال خلال حديثه في مؤتمر صحفي بسونا أمس أن القانون يتيح للأمن التدخل إذا رأى أن هنالك تهديداً للأمن القومي الاقتصادي والاجتماعي والسياسي وكل ما يثير الفتنة والبلبلة، وأضاف «إلى أن يتم تعديل قانون الأمن ستظل هذه المسألة قائمة». مشدداً على أن الأمر ليس تسلطاً وإنما إحكام قانون يحكم تصرفات الأمن، وأشار إلى أن هنالك دول أخرى أغلقت قنوات وزجت بعشرات الآلاف في السجون وحوكم صحفيون وقتلوا بها، وزاد «نحن لما نعتقل شخصاً أو شخصين بجريمة جنائية تقوم الدنيا ولاتقعد»، وتابع «نعتقد أن الذي تم، وراءه بعض الدوافع» نتمنى ونسعى أن لا يتكرر.
