Quote: From: National Consensus Forces Alliance NCFA/ Sudan To: Their Excellences the honorable ambassadors of the European Union (EU) in Khartoum Date: 22.05.2018 Dears Ladies and Gentlemen We are thankful and honored to be able to address your excellences today through this letter about the political, economical, social, and legal situation in Sudan, and to reflect to your respectful chamber the NCFA clear and transparent vision towards the Comprehensive national crisis in our beloved country Sudan. Unfortunately our country as a state is now on the verge of a complete  collapse, politically, economically, and socially  because of the complete failure of the administration of the existing governing regime since 1989, which came into power through a religious Islamic  ideological military coup, and since then up to now our country and our people have been living under merciless, racist, and corrupt totalitarian dictator regime. This kind of governance has resulted in what we are watching now from lack of honest and efficient political administration, which resulted in turn into total collapse of the  banking system and, economically the regime had deliberately destroyed all the all of the public utilities, and agricultural, industrial, educational, and medical sectors, besides dismantling one of was once best civil service in the region, and one of the best agricultural schemes in AGAZIRA, and Sudan airways, and national maritime lines. All of the above, with the addition to the massive corruption in the state, has lead to increasingly suffering of the people due to very low value of our national currency, and very high prices of all necessary commodities, and the absence of fair health care policy against very low incomes and minimum wages. As we indicated above, the existing governing regime is a corrupted, resist, totalitarian and dictator fanatic religious regime, therefore it was not strange to be the main reason of the separation of South Sudan, and the bloody war which is ongoing in the three regions of Darfur, South Kordufan and the blue Nile, which resulted in committing a lot of war crimes, and crimes against humanity to the extent that an standing President of a sovereign state is still wanted by the ICC, for the first time in the history, which as you all know has resulted in isolation of our country internationally, and has degraded our chances to benefit from any  international aids that can help us to develop our country. The governing regime in Sudan has always proved that it is worse regime in the region in terms of being the best guardian and refuge for the worse terrorism groups, and lots of wanted fanatic Islamic terrorists. Our country and the people of Sudan for almost the last three decays, has being living under the captivity of the rule of no law i.e the transitional constitution of 2005 has being violated on a daily bases, and there are more than sixty five laws completely contradicting the basic rules of the constitution. And more over, basic human rights, freedom of speech, women rights, religious rights, children rights, the right to stay alive, and the right to pursue peace and happiness, all these basic rights are not returned or protected by the existing regime, and its corrupted institutions, and all official peoples and their friends and relatives are corrupted and above the law.         Due to our long experience with the existing governing regime in Sudan being very famous in not respecting any agreements or treaties, a political administration has no morals or basic ethics, therefore  we are, as the NCFA, have a very strong and solid stand towards our way out and the salvation of our country from its comprehensive national crises, that is: 1. We shall not accept any kind of dialogue with this corrupted regime other than negotiating with it the process of how to step down and hand over the political power to the people of Sudan represented by its legitimate political factions and public representatives. 2. NCFA; shall not participate in any process of amending the existing interim (2005) constitution, and we shall not honor or recognize any constitution made by this regime, until after the departure of it and its ruling party NCP from power, and the only permanent constitution for our country, that we shall honor, respect, and protect, shall be the one that will be made by the people of Sudan at the end of a lengthy transitional period, after toppling this regime, and eradicate its deep state totally through a peaceful public uprising, and successful social and political revolution.   3. NCFA; will boycott any electoral process and will not participate in any such process under the administration of this regime, neither the 2020 nor any other elections. Finally we would like to take this opportunity and express our gratitude and regards to the EU  for his support to enhance human rights and freedoms to the Sudanese people, and we would like also to urge your excellences not to support this regime and to push hard on him to stand down peacefully  and to hand over the political power to the people of Sudan.
