Brother Abu Haraz, The
humanbeing is the
first and the
most important factor for developing any nation.
Ignore this factor and u see
total destruction of any modern society.
This's been happening in our coutnry for a
long time, maybe since the seventies till now. It's the problem of
3 generations not just one and the cure is so
costly and hard! To cure a
cancer u 've to start early, if the cure is
delayed it becomes
so difficult to do anything unless
new methods are developed.
For 30 years Sudanese education was going into a
total failure inspite of political propaganda and inspite of the "
huss and fuss". We did
nothing to prevent this. (
we saw it and we did nothing!!!!!). Wheneve I meet one of eldest he keeps telling me that
their generation is better educated than ours, and when I ask why he just
stops talking!!!!
Are they really better educated???In my opinion part of the aim of any
good education process is to build
analytical and logical skills, and those are skills that can make u take the
right decision each time u face a
problem or a delima, and those are the skills that make the
difference between
educated and
non-educated people.
Have we ever done this in our education system? (not asking about recent time I mean since the beginning of the century). If we
did why's this happening now. This
illogical way of thinking that has put us in this situation where w're now.
I studied with alot of Asians Americans, and Europeans. Those people have this kind of skills. They're not smarter than the average Sudanese but their
education system teaches them these skills from the their early years, in addition to
descipline...
descipline!!! We miss it all the time.
If we'd this, many things could 've changed no doubt.
