Responsibilities:
· Full responsibility and ownership of business financials, reporting to the General Manager.
· Manage and direct business activities to ensure achieving desired profitability.
· Initiate/implement necessary reporting systems that will ensure proper analysis and evaluation of client projects and financial positions.
· Supervise all financial activities, internal and external, including cost analysis, capital expenditures and cash flow management.
· Initiate, design and implement all necessary financial controls.
· Responsible for conducting annual budgeting and quarterly reviews, including analysis of variances.
· Forecast future business growth versus general market and economic outlook.
· Develop personnel and profession capacity within Finance Department’s.
· Evaluate current and new business partnerships and ventures.
Qualifications:
· Education: Bachelor degree in Finance or Accounting from a recognized university.
· Experience: Minimum of 7 years experience in financial management, with at least 3 years in a Senior Finance position in a reputable service organization in Saudi Arabia.
· Recognition: Internationally recognized professional financial analysis qualification (Chartered Financial Analyst-CFA) and/or (Certified Public Accountant-CPA, Certified Management Accountant-CMA or Chartered Accountant-CA).
· Skills: Strong leadership, analytical, negotiation and communication skills. Pro-active and result-oriented. A team player with a pleasant personality.
· Track Record: Successful initiation and implementation of corporate financial systems.
· Special Knowledge: Knowledge of the banking and financial systems in Saudi Arabia.
· Computer Literacy: Financial/accounting applications, MS office and MS Outlook.
· Language: Excellent oral and written English skills. Arabic would be a definite plus.
