The political rhetrorics of al-Tayib Mustafa are blessed and graciously acceptable to the NCP Mafia. There main objective is to make separation attractive to the Southerners so they can control the North. The Declaration of Principles (DoPs) of IGAD, under which the SPLM/A and the NCP negotiated were coached in the alternatives: a united, secular democratic Sudan, which was the starting point of the SPLM, or the NIF Sudan, withe the right of self-determination--RSD. Ali Osman Taha rejected the proposal of IGAD off-hand. So, Garang and IGAD proceeded to the two state system: one in the North and the other in the South, and a federal government that would unite the whole two regions of the Sudan. NCP saw this as a dillution to their theocratic totalitarian state. When the SPLM/A argued against the one state two systems, Ali Taha used the Americans to pressure Garang into accepting the present hybrid system, with the RSD. The NCP intention has throughout been to separate the South thinking that they would be able to rule a complete Muslim State in the North.
This agenda is being pursued by al-Tayib Mustafa's Peace Forum and Hamdi's Axis of Seener-Dongola-Kordofan. Both ideas lead to the same thing--separation. If al-Bashir is accusing foreign forces for working to break-up the Sudan, it is a lie; Hamdi and Mustafa are working for the NCP secret agenda
