الاخ عرفات ..هل لديك ال Press release الذي اصدره وزير الدفاع الامريكي حول الموضوع ؟ بحثت عنه ولم اجده ...سوف اشارك بما وجدت من معلومه ..كان هنالك حادثتان ..واحد مع ال USS Ross (DDG-71)والاخر لديه علاقه بحامله سلاح اخري سوف اتحدث عنه لاحقا في مداخلتي ...في الاول ..الكلبب المعروض في اليوتوب اصدرته وزاره الدفاع الامريكيه لتوضيح ما حدث شهر خمسه في هذا العام .في الحقيقه نفت وزاره الدفاع الامريكيه ان الروس اعترضوا عليهم . ( لهذا بحثت عن ائ تقرير من وزاره الدفاع الامريكيه حول الموضوع وكل ما وجدت بانهم كانوا في مياه اقليميه والطائره الروسيه ايضا كانت في منطقه اقليميه ولك تتعرض عليهم وانما مرت بسلام ) ..هذا التحليق بالقرب من حامله السلاح ليس اعتراض علي حامله السلاح في الحقيقه الروس كانو علي علم بان هذه السفينه الحربيه كانت في البحر الاسود لان الامركان اخبروا الروس قبل قدومهم ..هنا ... هنا النفي الامريكي الرسمي لهذه الشائعات التي اطللقها مسؤولين روس ايضا .. | Quote: This post has been updated to include a June 1, 2015 U.S. 6th Fleet video of a Sukhoi SU-24 Fencer flyby near USS Ross.The Pentagon is pushing back against anonymously sourced reports in state controlled Russian media that guided missile destroyer USS Ross (DDG-71) was chased from Russian controlled waters in the Black Sea by Russian fighters over the weekend, U.S. officials told USNI News.Several Russian reports —citing military sources in Crimea and the Russian defense ministry — claimed the destroyer was approaching or had entered Russian territorial waters in the Black Sea and had prompted a scramble of an unknown number of Sukhoi SU-24 Fencer fighters.“The crew of the ship acted provocatively and aggressively, which concerned the operators of monitoring stations and ships of the Black Sea Fleet,” state news agency RIA Novosti quoted a Russian military official in Crimea.“[Launching of the Fencers] demonstrated to the American crew readiness to harshly prevent a violation of the frontier and to defend the interests of the country.”Russia seized the Crimean peninsula last year in March from Ukraine and has since built up its military power in the region. Since the seizure the U.S. and NATO ships have stepped up their own patrols in the Black Sea sending a mix of warships and surveillance vessels into the region. Ross entered the Black Sea on May 23. |

الحادث الثاني ..بالاضافه ..في العام الماضي 2014 في ابريل كان هنالك حادث منفصل حول تحليق طائره من نفس الطراز وحلقت 12 مره فوق حامله سلاح امريكيه اخري في البحر الاسود ولكن الشئعه التي اخرجها بعض الروس ان حامله السلاح الامريكيه لم تستطيع الرد علي الطائره لان الاسلحه لم تعمل ...هنا ...نفت وزاره الدفاع الامريكيه هذا الامر متمثله في تقرير من المتحدث باسم البنتاقون وفي التقرير اكد المتحدث باسم الوزاره ان لحامله السلاح هذه المقدره للدفاع عن نفسها ضد طائرتين روستين من طراز Su-24s,” هنا من نفس التقرير ....A Russian fighter spent 90 minutes making low-level passes near a U.S. ballistic missile defense (BMD) guided missile destroyer on station in the Black Sea, a defense official told USNI News on Monday.The incident occurred on Saturday when a Sukhoi SU-24 Fencer flew as close as 1,000 yards from USS Donald Cook (DDG-75) at an altitude of only 500 feet, the official said.The fighter made up to 12 passes on the destroyer after not responding to several attempts by the ship to contact the Fencer via radio. There was a second SU-24 in the region but did not engage Cook.“This provocative and unprofessional Russian action is inconsistent with international protocols and previous agreements on the professional interaction between our militaries,” Pentagon spokesman Col. Steve Warren told reporters on Monday.“We’ve seen the Russians conduct themselves unprofessionally and in violation of international norms in Ukraine now for several months, and … these continued acts of provocation and unprofessionalism do nothing to help de-escalate the situation in Ukraine, which is what we’ve called on the Russians to do.”Cook entered the Black Sea on Thursday on a presence mission to reassure U.S. allies flowing the Russian invasion of Crimea.The Fencer fly-by follows accusations from Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov the U.S. had violated the so-called 1936 Montreux Convention Regarding the Regime of the Straits.Montreux rules call for warships from countries with out a coast on the Black Sea to depart after 21 days.Cook is armed with a BMD variant of the Aegis air and missile defense combat system.
