سلام والمناقشة معك ممتعة لدرجة أني رجعت، نسبة لبعدي عن مكتبتي، للعم قوقول أبحث عن معنى الاستراتيجية، إذ يبدو لي أنك ضيقت التعريف إذ تقول:
ياخ اول حاجة الاستراتيجا تعريفا هي; خطة تتوقع افعال الخصم و ترسم للتغلب عليها, يعني الاستراتيجيا في عضمتها هي علم رد الفعل.
طبعا مفاهيم الاستراتيجي تطورت في خضم الصراعات الحربية في الصين القديمة وكان بعض القادة العسكريون فيها برعوا في توقع ما يمكن ان يأتي به خصومهم من قادة الجيوش الاخرى و التفكير في الطرق التي يمكنهم بها مناوئة تلك الخطط.
فالاستراتيجيا لا يمكن تصورها خارج اطار الخصومة و في اقل الحالات عنفا خارج اطار المنافسة!
