The debate over whether rational or cognitive decision rules explain decisions about war and peace has made a considerable attention regarding the ongoing peace talks recently. At the core of the debate are questions about the actual decision-making behavior of political leaders: whether they maximize or satisfy utility, whether they are engaged in a holistic or nonholistic search, whether they are capable of making detailed calculations or are limited to simplifying heuristics, and whether they are influenced by framing effects. These issues are important, as they affect the ultimate decision. however I m in a febrile search within the issue,
I don't tend to be judgemental rather than contributive, as I reserve great respect and consideration to all contributers..
