i don't call it migration..
migration might glorify the newness,
and marginalize the old in our psyches..
but..it is a journey..
the morning rituals..
the mobile alarm clock.. the TV channel switched on the Jazeera International ( it is more tolerable)..
the shower.. dress..what fragrance today?
the handbag.. and papers which spent the summer waiting..
the car keys in one hand.. the (coffee with milk) mug in the other..
a tender glance at the plants in the hallway.. instead of confrontation..
you befriend a stubborn summer and win it to your side..
in the car.. no time or mood for the Gulfish presenter as she reads out a million boring morning greetings from idle listeners.
" what if they just played Mohammed Abdu? it would have been better than this talkativeness and verbiage.."
a sip of coffee.. the memory is refreshed..
and the morning reclaims its playful taste..
i recalled in my memory the monolgues i had during the carefree and slow summer days.
what a privilige to get to know yourself from time to time.
"bonne chance"
reflecting outside the box..
the dynamic relationship between constants and variables is amazing..
the flexibility of human beings.. (even more beautiful, their humanity)..
rooms for tolerance.. endow you with plenty, yet ask for nothing..
( but people are not paying much attention)..
to move freely from one place to another..
to have a very welcoming day without losing its character..
to paint with the colour you like for today, then change it tomorrow..
to reconsider... forget about something.. have a look.. then cancel it..
this kind of privilige, i adore so much..
afresh back from summer..
i wish you well every working day..
