الصوم ممنوع.. الصين تمنع موظّفي وطلاب "شينجيانغ" المسلمين من أداء فريضتهم

11:02 PM June, 08 2016 سودانيز اون لاين زهير عثمان حمد-السودان الخرطوم مكتبتى رابط مختصر فرضت الحكومة الصينية حظراً على صيام الموظفين الحكوميين والمدرسين والطلاب خلال شهر رمضان، في المقاطعة التي تقطنها أغلبية مسلمة بشمال غرب الصين. ويمثّل المسلمون 58% من سكان منطقة شينجيانغ، التي أمرَت مطاعمها بالالتزام بساعات العمل المعتادة، وفي حين يصوم غالبية المسلمين من الشروق وحتى الغروب في هذا الشهر المقدّس، فإن الحزب الشيوعي الصيني ملحدٌ رسمياً. وكانت مجموعات حقوق الإنسان قد ألقت باللوم على القيود الدينية والثقافية باعتبارها السبب في اندلاع الاشتباكات بين الأقلية الإيغورية المسلمة التي تسكن المنطقة، والتي يبلغ عددها حوالي 10 ملايين نسمة، وبين قوات الأمن، وفق صحيفة الاندبندنت. كما جاء في مذكرةٍ منشورة على موقع الحكومة في كورلا، إحدى مدن وسط شينجيانغ، " يجب على أعضاء الحزب وكوادره، والموظفين الحكوميين والطلاب والقُصّر عدم صيام رمضان وعدم المشاركة في أي أنشطة دينية". " يجب ألا تُغلَق محلات الطعام والشراب أثناء شهر رمضان". أما ديلكسات راكسيت أحد أعضاء المجموعة المنفية، مؤتمر الإيغور العالمي، فقد أدان هذه القيود وقال لصحيفة الخليج تايمز "تعتقد الصين أن العقيدة الإسلامية التي يؤمن بها الإيغور تهدّد قيادة بكين". وبينما فرضت الحكومة المحلية القيود السنوية لمتابعة رمضان، فقد أعلنت بكين "أنه لن يكون هناك أيُّ تدخّل" في الممارسات الدينية الإسلامية. In the Xinjiang region where Muslims form 58 per cent of the population, restaurants have been ordered to keep normal opening hours.
While the majority of Muslims fast from dawn to dusk during the holy month, the Chinese Communist party is officially atheist.

A notice on a government website in the central Xinjiang city of Korla read as: "Party members, cadres, civil servants, students and minors must not fast for Ramadan and must not take part in religious activities.
"During the Ramadan month, food and drink businesses must not close."
Dilxat Raxit from the exile group, the World Uyghur Congress, has condemned the restrictions, telling Khaleej Times: "China thinks that the Islamic faith of Uighurs threatens the rule of the Beijing leadership".
