تظاهرات واعتقالات: ولاية الجزيرة - قرية شاكرين (الجديد)

Quote: New incoming article to GIRIFNA website on July 30, 2013 9:53 am (تظاهرات واعتقالات: ولاية الجزيرة - قرية شاكرين (الجديد Protests and Arrests in Gazeera State- New Shakreen Town English Version in the Bottom تقرير حركة قرفنا ولاية الجزيرة – قرية شاكرين الجديدة الخميس 25- يوليو 2013- الإثنين 29- يوليو 2013 شهدت قرية شاكرين التابعة لمحلية المناقل فى ولاية الجزيرة حملة تظاهرات واعتقالات واسعة على خلفية قيام بعض رأسمالية المؤتمر الوطني بقفل بعض مجاري المياه من ترعة المنطقة، بحيث تروى مزارعهم بشكل أفضل من مزارع الآخرين. وقد أدى هذا بطبيعة الحال لاحتجاج أهل القرية. استغل أعضاء المؤتمر الوطني نفوذهم واتصلوا بمعتمد المناقل، الذي تدخل لصالح أعضاء المؤتمر الوطني على حساب أهل القرية، وأرسل قوة عسكرية لتحرس عملية إغلاق المجاري دون حق قانوني. وهكذا قامت قوة من خمسين فرد شرطة— بتوجيه من معتمد المناقل إبراهيم حسن— بالهجوم على سكان القرية المعترضين على غلق الترعة عن أراضيهم. قامت قوة الشرطة بإستخدام العنف المفرط واعتقال العديد من أبناء القرية. وهذه قائمة باسماء بعض المعتقلين والمصابين: 1- فضل الله الصديق 2- أحمد علي عبد الوهاب 3- منتصر محمد الامين 4- فتح الرحمن بانقا 5- عماد محمد علي 6- عاطف الهادي 7- الامين محمد الامين 8- هيثم محمد احمد 9-أشرف عثمان 10- قصي محمد الامين. 11- محمد زين أحمد محمد زين العقيدة (مهندس زراعي). 12- الحاج عثمان محمد. كان قائد هذه القوة العسكرية الملازم/ الخير علي. فى هذه الإعتقالات مورست العديد من الإنتهاكات الحقوقية وإنتهاكات حقوق الإنسان ومن ضمنها أن سيارات الشرطة اصدمت ببعض الشباب للتمكن من اعتقالهم. تواصلت الإنتهاكات على المعتقلين الذين لم يكن لديهم محاميين يدافعون عنهم، وكان من ضمن هذه الإنتهاكات منع الأهالي من رؤيتهم بعد اعتقالهم. فى اليوم التالي استمرت الإعتقالات واكتست بطابع عشوائي، فعلى حد وصف أحد شهودنا من أبناء قرية شاكرين الجديدة أنهم كانوا: “يعتقلون جميع شباب القرية.” وأصر معتمد المناقل على استمرار الهجوم وإغلاق مجاري المياه بالقوة وإن قتل او اعتقل الجميع فى سبيل ذلك. وتأكد لدينا اعتقال رجل فى السبعين من عمره إسمه الحاج محمد زين احمد؛ مصاب بأمراض مزمنة، وقد وضع على الرغم من حالته الصحية فى سجن درجه حرارته عالية، دون توفير أدوية او دورات مياه له. وكذلك قامت الشرطه بترحيل المصابين من المستشفى دون ان تكتمل اجراءات علاجهم بهدف الضغط على الاهالي، وقد حذر الطبيب من خطورة هذه الخطوة، ويحمل أهالي قرية شاكرين مسؤولية ماقد يحدث للمصابين لمعتمد المناقل، ومدير شرطه المناقل، والقيادي بالمؤتمر الوطني محمد البشير يوسف باعتباره هو من حرك كل هذه الاجراءات القمعية ضد الأهالي بهدف حماية مصالحه، وكذلك مدير قسم شرطه العزازي. اليوم الإثنين 29 يوليو، تم أخيراً اطلاق سراح المعتقلين مقابل كفالة مالية قدرها ألفي جنيه. ورفضت الشرطه فتح البلاغات التي تقدم بها الأهالي ضد معتمد المناقل وبعض قيادات المؤتمر الوطني. Girifna movement report Gazeera State- New Shakreen village Thursday 25 – July 2013 – Mon 29 – July 2013 Mass-arrests took place at the New Shakreen village in Gazeera state following a series of protests. These protests started when some wealthy members of the National Congress ruling party closed some of the water canals; so that their farms get irrigated better than other farms. This led to objections among villagers, and soon turned into protests. National Congress members used their influence and contacted Ibrahim Hassan, the Mayor of Managil, who decided to interfere in favor of the members of the National Congress Party at the expense of the people of the village. The mayor sent a police force to guard the process of closing the canals (he did that without a legal right) and a force of 50 policemen attacked the village residents who were then protesting the closing of the canals from their land. The police force used excessive violence; wounded and arrested many of the protesters. This is a list of some of the detainees and wounded: 1-Fadlallah Al-siddiq. 2-Ahmed Ali Abdulwahab. 3-Montaser Mohamed Amin. 4-Fath Alrahman Bannaga. 5-Emad Mohammed Ali. 6-Atef Al-Hadi. 7-Al-Amin Mohammed Al-Amin. 8-Haitham Mohammed Ahmed. 9-Ashraf Osman. 10-Qusay Mohammed Al-Amin. 11-Mohamed Zain Ahmed (agronomist). 12-Alhaj Osman Mohamed. The commander of this police force was Lt. Alkhair Ali. The police carried out a series of abusive and human-rights-violating arrests. A witness reported to Girifna that the police used their cars as weapons; hitting some protesters in order to arrest them. In custody, the detainees were not allowed to assign lawyers to defend them, and were not allowed to see their relatives. The next day after the initial protest, the police carried out random arrests of local men. One of our witnesses described this as: “they started arresting all the young men in the village.” The mayor decided the continuation of the closure of the canals. He also decided to continue the attack on the villagers, and the use of force. It was confirmed to us that a man in his seventies named Haji Mohammad Zain Ahmed; suffering chronic diseases; has been detained in inhumane conditions. Despite of his health issues, he was detained in a cell with very high temperature, and was not given access to his medications or to use the toilet. The police forced injured protesters to leave the hospital before the completion of their treatment and despite of the doctors’ clear warnings. The villagers now hold accountable Managil mayor, the police chief, the director of Azzazi Police Department, and Mohammad Bashir Yusuf; a leader in the National Congress Party who pushed for these repressive measures against the people to protect his own interests. On Monday, July 29 2013, the detainees were finally freed after paying a fine of 2,000 pounds. The police refused to accept complaints filed by the villagers against the mayor of Managil and some leaders of the National Congress Party.
