Drafur Recent Sad Catosrphies Incident
Darfur state has experienced tremendous disasters that has affected all Darfur citizens due to the consequences of violent and wars that bleaded the hearts , exhausted the bodies, these incidents has encountered absence of facts and faking or frouting of historic and current facts which caused the complications of the problem and caused for un clear and absence of solutions opportunities., the exaggerating and not fair mass media and the cheap political polices for the reasons of victory and making the other party looks bad and not ethical or human; caused great effects for expanding the case and making it as a fun for those who got proposes as well as for disasters traders , at these circumstance things mixed up and different believes produced which made the wisers frustrated and exhausted the professionals who solves man made disasters and within the facts investigations absence and a well understanding and fair judgment from the incidences, contend it and surround it's consequences and all the negatives orientations immediately urged for expanding the sad humantrain catosrphies disasters and continued for producing repeating consequences disasters. Most of the previous investigations used to serves some hiding agendas for the interest of the investigator him self which caused for the lost of facts, truth and transparency lost. In such environment and bad management sine early 1980s the ethnic's complications developed because of the above reasons and wrong interpretations Darfur problems always produced.
On the third of December in Kutum Town a sad incident happened A civil Bradoo Car was fired with the police hands of Kutum themselves and killed all the passengers who were 3 persons. They are:-
1- Musa Ibrahim Iza
2- Ibrahim Abdurhman Balila
3-Taha Mohmed Hasballah Aagina
The incident happened during the day light when some of the police started firing the car with it's passengers (Civilian car and un armed passengers) was driving on the road towards to Kutum Town Gate (Main Town Entrance )passing near the police station.
The victims were in the house of teacher Al Hadi Hamid Abdulnabi in west Kutum palace neighborhood with other men were worried and wondering and trying to know what is going on in Kutum due to the anquest and un rest situation caused due to the tried assassination of the Kutum Mayor. The security situation was not good and panic happened. During this time the son of the first victim phoned his father and tolled him he has arrived from EL fasher Town and stacked by the Gate (the main Entrance of Kutum Town), his father informed him he should wait for him till he come personally to lift him and bring him home. The father asked 2 of his nephews to company him towards the main gate to bring his son. They drove towards the gate and while they were passing the police station they were surprised with the shooting fire coming towards them. At these time the son thought this must be his father, he asked the police by the gate to company him towards these shootings, they arrived to the place of the incident in front of the police station and found the car has destroyed , pulled the driver dead out of the car and tried to lift the others; but unfortunately a rain of shooting fire came to them, killed 2 of them and injured 2 others, they could managed to take the dead driver ,2 dead police and 2 injured police and the son himself was injured and taken with them, and they were in a problem of how to find a way out of the shootings, so they shooted back covering themselves for urgent retreat. They runned away and darkness fall. They could not come that night to rescue any one in the car. The son started phoning his relatives in Kutum,EL fasher, Kabkabyia,Khartoum…etc. They were wondering what happened to the father and the other cousin.
When the morning came they dashed towards the police station and found the father dead body beside the police station and his nephew dead body too near him .
The Station Brado car is the only Car of it's kind in Kutum, it's civilian car, passengers were 3 and not armed and found killed outside the car; so the question is why this car was targeted (The car got 8 months in Kutum and was well known) ,who took the 2 bodies and killed them out side the car?who gave the instructions to fire the car and kill the passengers? Why the car was burned completely later on after destroyed?
Such incidents used to happened before and it was possible to solve it with good administration and strong political will since early of it's begging's just as happing now of appointing a military mayor with the specifications of the incident.
We are wondering who got interest for these anquest to continue? And not solving it at it's reasonable time? why extending the solution by illusion committees and misleading masimdia?
I' am as the brother, direct and closed relative and legal sponsor of the victims refuses war and violent, refuse taking the incent as guilty, refuse the trading announcing for the cases that touch the existence of our community and affect our security as done to us before with misleading masimdia and not rational hidden political agendas which made some ethnics criminals which let to the society divisions and contradicting and confronting classification social categories. For fact I have lost a lot of my brothers and relatives who killed in Darfur and I believe this happened to a lot of Darfur people too. There for I demand the following:-
1. Immediate investigation for the incidents from transparency committee within specific time to reach to the truth, facts and capture the criminals immediately and who ever stand behind them.
2. Asking UNAMID in Kutum who is witnessing the incident to take comprehensive investigation for the incidents till the facts reach the United Nations and the African Union supporting Mission to sustain peace and stability in Darfur region.
3. We are asking Sudan Government to discover all mysterious causes and fact on the incident .
