الأخ نزار
حسناً... ليس من عادتي ( الضحك ) في موضع ( الجد ) ولكن هذا الجد الذي تدعيه يدعو إلى وضع رأسي وآخرون على مذبح هؤلاء الذين أسميتهم ( علماء) ...
أنا كنت عضوا في الجبهة الديمقراطية .. والآن أتمتع بعضوية الحزب الشيوعي السوداني .. هذا الحزب العصي الذي تجاوز ما تجاوز من محن ومشانق وسجون ومنافي وتشريد .. حزب تكالبت عليه مخابرات اعتى الدول مجتمعة لتزعزع كيانه وتنسف وجوده .. لكنه بقي كما الأرض والشجر طال في الدنيا قامة وزاد في العين وسامه , انه حزب محير يا نزار ومصدر الحيره فيه يعرفها هؤلاء الذين أسميتهم (علماء) ونازلهم هذا الحزب فرداً فرداً حتى اصيب بعضهم بلوثة العداء للحزب الشيوعي .. اسأل صادق عبد الماجد أي سؤال تشاء .. قل له مثلاً أين تلقيت دراستك الثانوية؟ .. وسيجيبك قائلا إن الحزب الشيوعي السوداني فعل كذا وكذا.. ثم يجيب على سؤالك . إن مصدر خوفك وهلعك أنت وهيئة (العلماء) هذه ليست الغيرة على الإسلام والدين فكلنا مؤمنون وموحدون والحمد لله ، إنما دافعكم الأساسي ـ وهنا المحك ـ قدرة هذا الحزب على تنظيم الجماهير الواسعة في منابر ومؤسسات تدافع عن الديمقراطية وتفضح برامج هؤلاء الكذبة واللصوص الذين ينهبون أموال بلادنا ويتمتعون من وراء دقون مضللة بملذات الدنيا على حساب شعب فقير مدقع يتلذذ الإسلاميون الآن بالفرجه عليه وهو يعاني ويلات الحروب .. والمرض والجوع ..
لقد فات الزمن الذي تستغفلون فيه الناس وتعزفون فيه على وتر الدين والشريعة ..
ترى ... إن كنت أنا مشركا ؟ ـ والعياذ بالله ـ كيف ستقنعني بالله عليك ببيوت الأشباح التي فتحها هؤلاء لتصبح ماخورا للتعذيب والقتل واستباحة أعراض الناس .. هل تعرف الطريقة التي ذبحوا بها الدكتور علي فضل ؟!! ولماذا علقوا مجدي على أعواد المشانق .. وأين أخفيتم جريمة طلاب العيلفون الذين أطلق عليهم الإسلاميون النار في عرض النيل وقضوا عليهم حرقاً وغرقاً ؟ أين رفات شهداء رمضان هل عوملوا بما وجه به ديننا الحنيف ؟ هل سلمت وصاياهم الأخيرة ؟ بل أين رفاتهم وأين دفنوا ؟ دعك من القتلى يا نزار !! اعطني نصاً واحداً من القرآن أو السنة يعطي الحاكم أن يشرد شخصا واحداً من عمله ويحل مكانه آخر من نفس دينه !! ناهيك عن تشريد عشرات الآلاف وفقدت بالتالي مئات الأسر مصدر رزقها، لقد تم هذا في بلد الشريعة يا نزار بلا أدنى ضمير أو وازع ديني، أي تشويه ومسخ هذا الذي تلوثون به قيم الإسلام السمحة .
هب يا صديقي إن جاءت الديمقراطية وهي تطرق الآن الأبواب بعنف، وجاءني من يبشر ببرنامجه الانتخابي ملتحي كذاب آخر هاتفاً : هي لله .. هي لله .. هل سأعطيه صوتي !!! سوطي !!! .
لا يا نزار سأعطى صوتي لمن يحترم وجودي وحقي في الحياة وأنت و(علماءك) وضعتم الرؤوس على مذابح التكفير
ولكن تبدل الحال وانكشف المستور واصبح إلغاء الآخر مستحيلا لعلكم تعلمون أو تتعلمون .. واسأل شيخ حسن !!
لك اعتذاراتي إن اتهمتك بشيء ليس فيك !!

مثل هذا الطرح الموضوعي والأسئلة المشروعة الجماعة منهيين عن الخوض فيها وهم عليهم فقط واجب الهجوم على الحزب الشيوعي الذي ينازلهم وهو مكتوف الأيدي ومعصوب العينين ، ويهزمهم الهزيمة تلو الهزيمة
هؤلاء ليسوا بعلماء أنهم يرقات بعوض ينموا ويتكاثر في الأوضاع الراكدة والمظلمة
ولا وجود لهم إلا في ظل حمي الأنظمة الفاشية
لذا تكفيرهم لا يخيفينا
وهم يخافون من قصيدة شعر لمحجوب أو حميد أو أغنية لوردي ويموتون رعبا لرؤية حجر في يد تلميذ في المرحلة الإبتدائية
أتعلم أكثر ما يرعبهم هو ذلك الهتاف الخالد

Grow up guys... What Dr. Nizar has posted is a FATWA. He is by no chance one of those who signed it. However, he - as an individual - has the right to agree or disagree with it. The same way goes with you as you have explicitly declared your disagreement.
Let us be positive and constructive. If you don't agree with it then try to say why? Whether you support the NDF of NOT try to be logical...BASED ON THE INCIDENTS REPORTED IN THE FATWA and NOT to jump to other issues.
Let me assure you guys: By following this way, you will never go one step further... From the Sudanese Communist Party, to Alkhatim Adlan Group... To HAQ either local or international, to whatever is going to come tomorrow... AND THE REASON IS you are the guys who are talking about your ideology and are so pooooooooooooooooor to clarify others misconception -IF ANY- In a good way. Regardless whether your statements are convincing or not?????
I FEEL THAT YOU ARE TRYING TO DRAW REDLINES ON THIS BOARD THAT NO ONE SHOULD CROSS, ESPECIALLY ABOUT YOUR BELIEVES AND IDEOLOGY... PLEASE correct me if I am worng?

You may mean well, but your ability to look at this thing before us needs a revisit. I am all for politeness, seriousness, and open debate. The latter is different from deliberate lies, innuendo, and provocation.
The SCP and DF are Sudanese organizations that recruit the willing among the Sudanese. No coercion is involved and the right to leave – quietly or otherwise – is not constrained in any way.
I differ with you in your assessment of what we have before us for the the following reasons, which I hope you take the time to read very carefully! (I have no red lines except the truth)!
1. Expressed in the content of the fatawa (I submit Bayan) is a clear deliberate falsehood ascribed to Yousif Hussain, accusing him of things he did not say. Moreover, he did correct the record with a public statement.
2. The deliberate mixing of the DF membership of that of the SCP. Not every DF members is communist not every communist is/was a member of the DF. Haq is not a socialist/communist organization.
3. The statement fails to establish the culpability of either the SCP or the DF in what is ascribed to them – this culpability has to visit the programs of each, which they do submit to the people of the Sudan! This is where a genuine inquiry should emanate from. The two have official organs, news outlets ...etc. You will not find a single pejorative word against religion or the spiritual beliefs of the Sudanese! If these pseudo Ulamma interpret Marx in a particular way that is their folly not ours! After all what is an Aalim without free inquiry! Similarly, conditions of membership in both organizations do not call for nor condone disrespect of religion or call for atheism. Moreover, how does one establish Kufir among those supposedly “innately” Moslem except by asking them –one-by-one if they have recanted their faith (I don’t see how/why these men could be allowed to so).
4. These men may make religion look straightforward and easy to mold into their worldly endeavors. However, this kind of depravity led in the past to

5. Who are these individuals that solicited the original statement – don’t the accused have any rights in this Islam of the Islamists?
6. Truth and honesty are very perishable commodities – Why is the Islamic Brotherhood of Sadiq Abdul Majed working with a murderous thieving regime like the Ingaz (Issam Al Basheir is a Federal Minister)?
7. The accusations leveled against the DF should be adjudicated in a court of law – they do represent violations of the law as it stands today – why have these so honorable politicians not dared to do so!?

You may consider this very transparent attempt to slander the DF and the SCP a learning exercise –your proactive- to the rest of us it is a cowardly deceitful act from men who ought to know better. Sometimes the best answer is no answer if the question is so contemptible as is this document! As for Nizar, he has every right to espouse any revolting thought he wishes! If he wanted to inform the board he could just say so, but no he involved himself as one with this rubbish and it is just that – revolting rubbish.
You want civility and politeness then stop condoning referring to us as

Now ya Murtada if someone ever accused you (without any truth) of all of the above would you not be offended? Until then don’t expect things to be different for the willing servants of the Ingaz – who have shown an uncanny capacity to confuse the truth with their political proclivities!
As for the individuals who issued these statements - In this world they are men like us! In the Sudan they are our compatriots and we will not let them-Ingaz or not- assume a false moral high ground, particularly as they seem so willing to embrace this form of debauchery.

المحزن ان بعض الردود تطالبنا بمناقشة الامر بجديه كان هذه الفتوى منزلة من السماء؟هذه مكايدة سياسية ولعب على الحبال،ففشل اطروحات الاوغاد والمشروع الحضارى الذى انقلب عليهم ادى الى مثل هذه الحركات البهلوانية والالعاب النارية التى يلعبون بها قد تحرق ايديهم يوما ما
ماهو الجديد فى هذه الفتوى لكى يتم مناقشتها بجدية؟هم لم يكونوايوما ما جادين فى اى شئ طرحوه،كل اطروحاتهم التى جاءوا بها اصبحت فى خبر كان لذا يتم التعامل معهم بمثل هذا الاستخفاف

Thanks Sultan for your response. Though, I am still not very convinced. I found most of your talk is off the topic.
I personally don’t agree with this FATWA and have stated that long time ago in the original post. My point is: No need for taking the discussion to other issues.
In my humble opinion, I feel that Dr. Nizar didn’t do more than you and others did (I am by all means not defending for him, I am sure he is able to do that, if he feels it worth it). He just practiced his right to express his opinion. If I did not agree with his opinion, I would not jump to the Kassala Flooding tragedy in his post, but will try to establish an argument and focus on why?
I do agree with some of what you have mentioned. However, the average Sudanese person – at least based on my personal observation-- perceives the SCP different than any other party? I don’t know why? I hope this not an off topic question

I have tried to explain the original source of the insults, the inconsistency and lies in the original statement, and obvious political intent and credibility of the authors. Regrettably, you have either decided to ignore these facts or you are simply shopping for something that you remain unforthcoming about!
You have given me little room to argue with you - dismissing (without elaboration) most of what I wrote as off-point. Until I know what the point is in your mind I am afraid that is where we will have to leave it!
As for Nizar -- he seems to think that we ought to respect the authors out of their stature in his eyes - I am sure if the reverse was true he will not be as generous. I have also explained that to most of us these men are politicians not scholars worthy of any particular respect (I have also explained why).

I was wondering who corrected the record?
Also if that story that puplished, or in fact that the fatwa has been based on, was puplished on DF magazine, and does that mean it has been approved by some kind of editing office or what?
and in fact I would appreciate it if some one can post this article/story, after all it might have only artistic meaning and not what represented by the pieces that have been mentioned in the fatwa

The Correction (denial) was issued by Ustaz Yousif Hussain in Al Ayam newspaper on July 24 (you can read the correction in Nazar's post). It pertains to the falsehood associating his name in this latest statement, which was issued in August!
I am afraid I have no info regarding your other two requests. However, it does seem to me that this gentlemen did it need it to condemn the members of the DF and SCP - it was merely an excuse to ply their depraved political craft!

The Correction (denial) was issued by Ustaz Yousif Hussain in Al Ayam newspaper on July 24 (you can read the correction in Nazar's post). It pertains to the falsehood associating his name in this latest statement, which was issued in August!
I am afraid I have no info regarding your other two requests. However, it does seem to me that this gentlemen did it need it to condemn the members of the DF and SCP - it was merely an excuse to ply their depraved political craft!
