وورد في المقال لك التحية والاجلال كافة منظمات المجتمع المدني تحتاج لضوء وشمس معرفة ما يدور في دهاليزها اذا ضحايا التعذيب او السودانية في القاهرة او في اوربا بعض المنظمات تؤسس ويرحل بها اصحابها للبلاد المختار الناس اليها وتفقل زي دكان اليماني وبعضها تسيطر عليه عقلية تاكل من الحكومة والمعارضة زي المنشار ومركز السوداني للثقافة والاعلام نموزج لهذا ويسمي مركز الثقافات ويحي فضل الله وخطاب وكارلوس لهم تجربة عما دار في بعض اروقة القاهرة كما لاخرون
افضل حاجه ان كافة المستحبا بدا يظهر وهو ظاهرة للشفافية وعدم الحجب تحياتي لك ولاسرتك

BBSAWS will conduct a survey on the concept of elections and voting among women in local communities throughout Sudan and conduct three, six-day training workshops for 20 to 25 participants each from civil society NGOs.
Badya Centre for Integrated Development $49,100 To promote peaceful conflict resolution among ex-combatants, local leaders, and citizens from the Nuba Mountains. Badya Center will conduct workshops to train ex-combatants and members of civil society from the war-torn areas of Rashad and Abou Gibaiha. The course will make use of curricula and simulation games developed by the United States Institute of Peace. The trainees will hold seminars, workshops, and group meetings with other community members.
Centre for Documentation and Advocacy (CDA) $56,100 To promote freedom of expression, democracy, peace building, and human rights in Southern Sudan through independent media. The CDA will continue to publish the South Sudan Post. The Post contains editorials, feature articles, transcripts of important speeches, reproductions of significant political documents, and reader feedback and comments.
Cush Community Relief International (CCRI) $35,082* To strengthen youth understanding of human rights and good governance, and to educate citizens about the upcoming elections and how they can be effectively monitored in Jonglei state. CCRI will conduct a five-day civic education training workshop for 25 youth leaders from three counties. CCRI will also train a local monitoring team to observe the upcoming elections and conduct voter education exercises in local communities.
Friends of Africa International (FAI) $31,405 To build the capacity of civil society groups in Darfur to promote human rights and advocate for peace and policy reform. FAI will hold an intensive three-day training workshop on human rights, democracy, and institutional capacity building for 30 participants from indigenous civil society groups working in Darfur.
Gender Centre for Research and Training (GCRT) $40,200 To build the capacity of women working in Sudan’s different political institutions. GCRT will conduct a comprehensive study of women’s participation in different Sudanese political institutions. A database of women involved in different political institutions will be created, including their current positions and level of decision-making authority.
Grand Africa Media Service Company (GAMSCO) $25,000 To strengthen the independent press in Sudan. GAMSCO will continue publishing its daily Arabic-language newspaper, Al-Muragib, which is intended to strengthen dialogue between northerners and southerners and is read by many people from marginalized parts of Sudan. GAMSCO will also publish a weekly page in the Khartoum Monitor and Al-Muragib devoted to articles relating to democracy, good governance, and human rights.
Imatong Human Rights Organization (IHRO) $25,000* To develop a culture of human rights and democracy among the Ngock Dinka and Arab Misseriya communities of the Abyei region. IHRO will hold training workshops on good governance, civil society, and the rule of law; human rights; women’s participation in politics; conflict resolution and peace building; and the Comprehensive Peace Agreement (CPA). Participants will include community leaders, elders, women, young people, and chiefs from the Ngock Dinka and Arab Misseriya communities.
Institute for the Development of Civil Society (IDCS) $18,000* To increase the knowledge of people involved in managing Sudan’s upcoming elections. The IDCS will undertake a voter education and election management campaign. The IDCS will undertake the formation of a National Voluntary Alliance for Training and Voters’ Education (NATVE) composed of civil society leaders, teachers, media, political party and trade union representatives, parliamentarians, youth and student leaders, and other stakeholders. NATVE will encourage participation in the upcoming elections.
Kwoto Cultural Center $50,000 To promote democracy, human rights, peace building, and reconciliation in Sudan. Kwoto will perform a range of shows that incorporate themes relating to corruption, poverty, human rights, and peace building. Kwoto will also conduct more activities in Southern Sudan in order to reach recent returnees, rural areas, and inhabitants of war-affected communities. Kwoto will continue to hold its lecture series covering topics directly related to democracy, human rights, the CPA, and corruption.
Mutawinat Benevolent Company $50,400 To enhance access to the legal system for disadvantaged women and juveniles in Sudan. Mutawinat will continue providing direct legal assistance to disadvantaged women and children in Sudan by taking on 400 new cases. Mutawinat will also continue to operate its successful onsite clinic at the women’s prison in Omdurman. Regular orientation sessions will be organized at the clinic where inmates can raise queries with a Mutawinat lawyer.
National Center for Peace and Development (NCPD) $60,000* To promote transparency, rule of law, human rights, and peace building in Sudan. The NCPD will hold a series of events on a range of issues relating to democracy promotion, anti-corruption, peace, and human rights in Sudan. The NCPD will hold workshops, training programs, and seminars related to these issues for over 600 people.
Nile Institute for Strategic Policy and Development Studies (NISPDS) $35,000 To build the capacity of Southern Sudanese policymakers to undertake strategic policy planning. NISPDS will organize workshops on strategic policy formulation and implementation for policymakers. NISPDS will also conduct a training workshop for 35 students on democracy, human rights, and peace building. Special emphasis will be put on how students can use debates as a way to present differing points of view in a peaceful manner and to encourage compromise.
Resource Centre for Civil Leadership (RECONCILE) $39,849* To build the capacity of MPs in Eastern Equatoria and Upper Nile states. RECONCILE will conduct two four-day training seminars for parliamentarians from Eastern Equatoria and Upper Nile states in Southern Sudan.
Salam Sudan Foundation (SSF) $35,392* To provide a platform for Sudanese civil society organizations to discuss and debate democracy, peace building, and multiculturalism in Sudan. SSF will organize a civil society forum to travel throughout Sudan in order to create venues for civil society organizations to address current political and social issues facing the country. Each forum will include 60 participants drawn from various sectors of Sudanese civil society.
Southern Women Solidarity for Peace and Development (SWSPD) $26,333* To promote the participation of Sudanese women in political, social, and economic life. SWSPD will hold four three-day workshops in Khartoum, Wau, Juba, and Malakal in order to inform women about issues relating to democracy, human rights, and political participation.
Sudan Human Rights Association (SHRA) $61,196 To raise awareness of human rights among Sudanese refugees, IDPs, and returnees. SHRA will hold paralegal training workshops in refugee camps and settlements in Uganda and Southern Sudan. SHRA will conduct field assessment tours in Uganda and Southern Sudan to monitor human rights conditions and the availability of necessities for refugees, IDPs, and returnees. SHRA will produce comprehensive field reports on the visits and continue to publish its quarterly magazine, The Sudan Monitor.
Sudan Human Rights Organization – Cairo (SHRO – Cairo) $95,000 To promote the protection of human rights in Sudan and strengthen relations between northern and southern Sudanese civil society groups. SHRO – Cairo will bring together democratic civil society organizations in order to convene an all-Sudanese civil society constitutional conference in Juba. SHRO – Cairo will also provide support to three local human rights organizations, continue to publish a quarterly journal, provide legal aid to IDPs, and disseminate reports on human rights abuses.
Sudan Self Help Foundation (SSF) $48,000 To build the capacity of community leaders in Southern Sudan to promote democracy, human rights, gender equality, peace building, and the CPA. SSF will conduct two training-of-trainers workshops in Juba on conflict resolution and human rights. Each training will last a total of 30 days and will feature trainees who are local community leaders and chiefs, as well as leaders from youth, religious, and women’s groups.
Sudanese Organization for Non-Violence and Development (SONAD) $20,000 To develop the capacity of Sudanese civil society to promote democracy through nonviolence and conflict transformation. SONAD will conduct workshops on nonviolence, human rights, and democracy and a training-of-trainers workshop for 20 participants in Juba. Participants will carry out three workshops, lectures, or forums in their communities and institutions to discuss what they learned through the SONAD training.
Sudanese Studies Center (SSC) $71,560* To serve as an intellectual resource on democracy and Sudanese history, politics, and culture. The Democracy and Peace Institute, based at the SSC, will compile and publish 500 copies of a reader in Arabic that will provide comprehensive and diverse information on theories of democracy and organize five workshops on a variety of themes related to democracy in Sudan. The reader will present both historical and contemporary analyses of democracy.
Tapari Multi-Purpose Cooperative Society (TMCS) $31,795 To enhance citizen understanding of democracy, conflict resolution, and human rights in Southern Sudan. TMCS will conduct five three-day training workshops on each of the following topics: democracy, conflict resolution, peace building, human rights, and gender equality. Once trained, the participants will be expected to return to their places of origin to share their training with other community members. |

CDA will also expand its capacity as a professional media house while improving local/national journalism, provide civic education, and act as an advocate of democracy, human rights, and peace.
Community Development Center (CDC) $49,149 To improve the capacity of human rights activists in Upper Nile Sudan. CDC will hold training workshops and play a coordinating role to strengthen the capacity of local human rights structures and community-based organizations, working with them to conduct awareness campaigns and legal education, and conduct research on human rights issues, lobbying, and joint actions in collaboration with other NGOs and stakeholders.
Cush Community Relief International (CCRI) $25,000* To promote youth participation in the implementation of the Comprehensive Peace Agreement (CPA). CCRI will organize a civic and vocational education program: Beyond the Guns: Youth Change Agents for Peace and Sustainable Development. As part of this program, CCRI will educate former youth combatants, host community workshops, and translate the CPA and other key human rights documents into the Nuer language and distribute them to schools and youth centers.
Friends of Africa International (FAI) $25,530* To build the capacity of civil society groups in Darfur. In Banjul, Gambia, prior to the 40th meeting of the African Commission on Human and Peoples Rights, FAI in collaboration with the Darfur Relief and Documentation Center will host an intensive three-day conference on regional and international strategies used to promote and protect human rights.
Gender Center for Research and Training $35,100 To increase the role of women in the promotion of democracy. The Gender Center will produce a gender and democracy conceptual framework for Sudan, which will be incorporated into a training manual on gender mainstreaming. The Gender Center will also conduct a comprehensive survey on women's participation in political parties and use the findings to create a database of women involved in Sudan's political parties.
Khartoum Monitor - Grand Africa Media Services Co. (Khartoum Monitor) $25,000* To promote north-south dialogue and disseminate information about the CPA. The Khartoum Monitor will be published in both English and Arabic with a weekly page devoted to issues of democracy, good governance, and human rights. The Khartoum Monitor currently has a daily circulation of 5,000 copies, which it hopes to increase to 9,000 in the coming year.
Kuli Baila Organization $20,000 To empower local stakeholders to promote a culture of democracy, human rights, and peaceful co-existence throughout Darfur. Kuli Baila will hold workshops on human rights, conflict resolution, and women's empowerment for chiefs and other leaders of various African and Arab Darfurian tribes. The trainings will empower participants to promote the ideas of democratization and equality on their own, and counter the sentiments of ethnic discrimination.
Kwoto Cultural Center $65,000* To promote reconciliation, as well as an understanding of democracy and human rights, among Sudanese. Kwoto will perform 75 shows highlighting themes such as corruption, poverty, HIV/AIDS, human rights, conflict resolution, and displacement. Kwoto will also hold lectures and concerts, maintain and expand its library, and train other groups in order to improve their leadership capacity.
Multi-Media Training Center (MMTC) $36,948 To support a well-trained and professional media in Sudan, as part of providing the education and information for peace-building and democratic reconstruction in South Sudan. MMTC will run a training course for journalists, including classes on the basics of print and broadcast journalism, press-English, news-writing, features-writing, press law, and script writing for radio and television, among other topics.
Mutawinat Benevolent Center $52,600* To offer direct legal aid to women and juveniles in Sudan and raise public awareness of women's legal and human rights. Mutawinat will continue to give direct legal assistance to women; hold regular training session to inform women in prisons about their rights; and conduct a campaign to raise public awareness about human rights and the Sudanese legal system.
National Center for Peace and Development (NCPD) $60,000 To support and increase awareness of democracy and its principles. NCPD will conduct four democracy training programs and a series of public symposia that will include courses on democracy building, national integrity, human rights, and conflict transformation and peace building. NCPD events comprise participants from northern political parties, ethnic groups, women, youth, civil society activists, policy makers, and academics.
Regional Institute for the Development of Civil Society (RIDCS) $35,000* To provide a better understanding of identity and the cultural roots of the Sudanese conflict as the basis for moving towards a sustainable peace. RIDCS will hold a variety of meetings, workshops, seminars, and public lectures, as well as produce publications and other civic education materials aimed at changing perceptions about race and conflict in Sudan.
Rise Development Organization $19,580 To support a concerted process of re-integration for all Sudanese in the post-civil war period. Rise will establish a Center for Democratic Education in Juba, South Sudan, which will bring together local chiefs and community leaders. The Center will study ethnic conflict within local communities, research case studies, and train its Center participants on peace studies.
Sudan Council of Churches (SCC) $22,600 To provide access to civil society dialogue for rural Sudanese. SCC will produce radio programs on good governance and democracy, addressing specific issues such as gender roles, peace building, and landmines. SCC will produce 3,000 audio cassette tapes of selected radio programs to be distributed in rural areas. SCC will conduct interviews with politicians, intellectuals, and Christian and Muslim religious leaders.
Sudan Human Rights Association (SHRA) $54,010* To enhance the protection of the human rights of Sudanese refugees. SHRA will visit refugee camps in Uganda, Congo, Kenya, and southern Sudan to assess the human rights conditions and availability of basic necessities for refugees, publish a report on its findings, provide legal services to refugees, and publish a quarterly magazine called The Refugee Monitor.
Sudan Human Rights Organization - Cairo (SHRO-Cairo) $100,000* To advance the concern for human rights in Sudan, train civil society leaders, and establish an effective civil society-based national human rights umbrella to influence the democratic transition. SHRO-Cairo will conduct training workshops for young activists, provide support to other local human rights organizations, continue to publish a quarterly journal, provide legal aid to IDPs, travel to war-affected areas, and disseminate reports on human rights abuses.
Sudan Inter-Religious Council (SIRC) $31,150 To promote an open and broad dialogue on religion in Sudan. The SIRC, which is composed of an equal number of Muslim and Christian leaders, will organize seminars on the details and the meaning of religious clauses in the Comprehensive Peace Agreement (CPA), and answer questions from participants. A final report on the proceedings of the seminars will be completed and 1,000 copies will be published and distributed.
Sudan Organization Against Torture (SOAT) $39,360* To increase public awareness of the CPA and the Bill of Rights. SOAT will publish a quarterly human rights magazine with contributions from activists, scholars, lawyers, and civic leaders as well as produce fifteen radio programs that discuss the Bill of Rights.
Sudan Self-Help Foundation (SSF) $50,000 To provide organizational development and democracy training to NGOs and community-based organizations (CBOs) in Southern Sudan. SSF will conduct training-of-trainers workshops on human rights, conflict resolution, women empowerment, and good governance and elections. Trainees will be selected from among the returnees, IDPs, or grassroots communities, and will include community leaders and chiefs, and leaders of youth, women's, and religious groups.
Sudanese Organization for Non-Violence and Development (SONAD) $16,652* To promote nonviolent politics in Sudan. SONAD will primarily train students in its School of Democracy. Classes will cover issues such as principles of development, nonviolence, human rights education and the Sudanese constitution, gender and development, conflict resolution, good governance and democracy, ethnicity, and leadership.
Sudanese Studies Center (SSC) $68,100 To conduct a series of political, intellectual, and cultural activities and publish materials in recognition of the fiftieth anniversary of Sudan's independence. SSC will hold a symposium on "Sudanese Democratic Experiences," addressing issues such as the historical background of the multi-party system, democracy and development, and religion and democracy.
Tapari Multi-Purpose Cooperative Society (TMCS) $20,500 To support peace in Sudan through human rights and conflict resolution training. TMCS will conduct workshops on democracy promotion, peace building skills, conflict resolution skills, human rights promotion, and gender balance and empowerment. Participants will represent a range of ethnic communities. They will return to their communities to impart the knowledge acquired in the training, forming a network to assist in maintaining peace and development. |

Badya Center for Integrated Development Services $40,000 To strengthen the capacity of local communities in peace building. The Center will train youth and ex-combatants from transitional areas in reconciliation, rehabilitation, and reconstruction; organize a series of peace tournaments which will incorporate training in conflict resolution skills and human rights; and continue its "second chance education" for disadvantaged children. The Center will also develop theaters for peace building.
Grand Africa Media Service Company - The Khartoum Monitor $20,000* To continue the fight for democracy, respect for human rights, and freedom of press in Sudan. The Khartoum Monitor will set up an office in Juba and cover the transportation costs of ten correspondents throughout southern Sudan. Grand Africa will increase the Monitor's circulation from 3,500 to 7,000 per day and publish simultaneously in Juba and Khartoum.
Kwoto Cultural Center $65,000 To promote a democratic culture through cultural awareness and grassroots participation. Kwoto will perform 85 shows in all regions of Sudan to display the richness of Sudanese culture and to highlight relevant issues such as displacement, immigration, peace and justice, human rights, diversity, and conflict resolution. Kwoto will also hold lectures and concerts, organize a lobbying workshop, and publish a book commemorating their tenth anniversary.
National Center for Peace and Development (NCPD) $30,000 To raise awareness of democratic values through various training courses and public symposia. Course topics will include election management, good governance, political parties, the role of civil society, legal and judicial reform, administrative reform, human rights concepts, and conflict transformation. Symposia topics will include "The Role of Transparency in Development," and "Democracy Mainstreaming in the Education System."
Sudan Human Rights Organization (SHRO-Cairo) $79,886* To promote the implementation of peace and democratization in Sudan. SHRO-Cairo activities will include human rights monitoring, legal aid to the internally displaced, three issues of The Sudanese Human Rights Quarterly, training workshops, student associations, and a new research program on the role of media in the transitional period.
Sudan Inter-Religious Council (SIRC) $25,000 To investigate and publicize violations of religious freedom. SIRC will hold forums for internally displaced persons to discuss their resettlement under the Sudan peace agreement. SIRC will conduct a survey of educational institutions and orphanages in Sudan to identify religious biases, hold a training workshop for Christian and Muslim youth on religious freedom, and produce its first annual report.
Sudan Self-Help Foundation $40,000* To promote peaceful coexistence and emphasize the importance of different cultures and values in peace building. The Foundation will conduct democracy and peace building trainers-of-trainers courses in Khartoum and Nyalla, Darfur. Participants will be drawn primarily from internally displaced persons camps and will be trained in human rights, conflict resolution, ethnicity, gender balance, good governance, and the role of civil society.
Sudanese Studies Center (SSC) $62,400 To support a democratic transformation program. SSC will conduct a peaceful coexistence program as well as an electoral and political participation program by organizing symposiums, theater skits, lectures, and research presentations; and will produce materials for widespread distribution. SSC will continue to publish its quarterly journal, Kitabat (Sudanese Writings) as well as its annual Sudanese Strategic Report.

The Babiker Badri Association will conduct workshops on democratic concepts and good governance for journalists, political parties, youth and NGO activists; continue Publicationof its Women magazine; organize seminars on post-conflict collaboration and conduct research on violence against women.
Centre for Documentation and Advocacy (CDA) $55,100* To create awareness among the southern Sudanese on peace, human rights and good governance. CDA will continue publishing and distributing its monthly magazine, the South Sudan Post. The organization will also publish various peace agreements and international conventions, conduct workshops in the Upper Nile Region and establish a community resource center in Akobo County.
Community Development Center (CDC) $32,372* To raise human rights awareness and promote peace culture, tolerance and reconciliation in various communities in Upper Nile State. CDC activities will include investigation and documentation of human rights violations, provision of paralegal services for the disadvantaged, organization of civic education workshops on the Sudanese constitution and the Naivasha protocols and distribution of booklets on human rights issues.
The Environmentalists Society $40,000* To continue conflict mitigation in northern Darfur and expand its program to include the Nuba Mountains and Blue Nile State. Program activities will include regional training workshops on post-conflict society, peace and environment forums for internally displaced persons and the production and distribution of teaching manuals on conflict resolution and peace building in Sudan.
Freedom Equality Peace Society (FEPS) $30,000* To build the capacity of youth for advocacy on democracy, conflict resolution and human rights. FEPS will organize a series of training-of-trainers workshops throughout Sudan targeting youth, nongovernmental and community based organizations. The workshops will address conflict resolution and peace, human rights and gender development, leadership skills and democracy, and facilitate a network of youth organizations in Sudan.
Khartoum Monitor (Grand Service Co.) $20,000* To support an independent press. The Khartoum Monitor will continue its Publicationand reporting on issues of concern to southern Sudan. Monitor topics include the war, peace process, NGO activities, economic development and health for its target audience of southern Sudanese and international communities in Sudan.
Mutawinat (Women Cooperating) $36,200* To empower Sudanese women by providing direct legal service. Mutawinat will offer legal aid to disadvantaged Sudanese women, taking on a target of 2,500 cases before the Sudanese courts in Khartoum and ten other cities. NED funds will also provide office rent, salaries and consultation enabling Mutawinat to reconstitute itself as a nongovernmental organization.
National Democratic Institute for International Affairs (NDI) $140,634 To encourage political dialogue. NDI will conduct focus group research in southern Sudan that will gauge the southern Sudanese population's opinions and viewpoints and provide information on the southern perspective that has not been previously available on a variety of issues.

NDI will conduct focus group research in northern Sudan that will gauge the population's opinions and viewpoints. The program will provide information on the northern perspective that has not been previously available on a variety of issues.
Nile Institution for Strategic Policy and Development Studies $28,200* To establish a think tank in Southern Sudan. The institution will conduct research on the Machakos Protocol and how to establish a democratic government; organize brainstorming workshops; and produce a summary of issues of concern and their future implications.
Sudan Council of Churches (SCC) $39,700* To enlist a team of American trainers from the Conflict Resolution, Research and Resource Institute and the Institute for Multi-Track Diplomacy to develop a training curriculum to advocate negotiation, collaborative planning and cooperative problem solving. SCC staff will be trained on the developed curriculum, field test the curricula and implement these skills through various projects.
The Sudan Monitor, published by the Sudan Human Rights Association, highlights refugee rights. Sudan Human Rights Association (SHRA) $46,840 To raise awareness of the plight of refugees in Sudan, Uganda, Democratic Republic of Congo and Kenya and to sensitize refugees of their human rights. SHRA will monitor and document refugee situations while also giving refugees tools to help them recognize and protect their rights. SHRA will create a website, produce a quarterly magazine and write an annual country report.
Sudan Human Rights Organization $100,000* To promote human rights, Islamic justice and education reform. The Organization will conduct research on shari'a law; produce a journal; monitor human rights violations; provide legal aid services to internally displaced persons; organize training workshops for trade unionists, farmers, women and student leaders and produce an Islamic Justice Encyclopedia.
Sudan Self-Help Foundation $19,838* To raise public understanding of human rights, rule of law, peace building and socio-economic development. The Foundation will conduct extensive trainings for internally displaced persons and other disadvantaged communities on human rights and peace building, as well as numerous out-reach training programs targeted at internally displaced persons.
The Sudanese Study Center produces Sudanese Writings, an academic periodical that discusses political reform, peace building, and the role of democracy in Sudan. Sudanese Studies Center $60,000 To undertake a democracy and peace building project targeting youth, political party leaders, women and journalists. The Center will host a conference on education and conduct a program to research and monitor the problem of corruption in government ministries and the private sector. The Center will also conduct a survey to assess public perceptions of corruption and utilize the results to launch a public campaign against corruption.
United Negro College Fund Special Programs Corporation (UNCFSP) $50,000* To raise the awareness of citizens of Darfur on human rights, democracy and good governance. The UNCFSP will open a field office and establish a Project Advisory Group to identify and access focus communities, and produce a comprehensive and detailed human rights report to serve as a guideline for the implementation of a series of workshops and focus group activities.
Voters Education Center $40,000* To address the great need for civic education to increase the chance for free and fair voting. The Center will establish four offices to hold public meetings and produce publications. The publications will explain the meaning of self-determination, the relationship between voting in a referendum and voting for political representatives and the responsibilities of a voter towards these democratic institutions.

(2) توزع هيئات المنظمة الميزانية سياسةَ ً متبعة ً علي أساس مرتبات لا تتعدي 7% من أجمالي المنحة للسكرتارية، و 8% للبحوث ، وتخصص 85% لتسيير برامج العمل المجازة في بنود المنحة وعلي رأسها التدريب واشاعة الوعي الحقوقي بالديمقراطية. (3) علي مدي 16 عاما من العمل الحازم، بلا توقف، أنجزت المنظمة، ما وسعها الأمر، كل برامجها المقررة لتدريب الكوادربالداخل والخارج، وعقد المؤتمرات، واصدار النشرات الموثقة، وتقارير رصد الانتهاكات، ومتابعتها، ودورية حقوق الانسان السوداني (27 عددا الي اليوم)، والابحاث والدراسات المهنية.
(4) تراجع ميزانية المنظمة بانتظام تام من المانحين ومحاسبوها.
(5) محظورة ً من حكومة السودان وأجهزتها الامنية والسلطوية منذ انقلاب يونيو التخريبي، ومراعاة دقيقة للأحوال الأمنية المعادية لمجتمعنا المدني ومنظماته الوطنية المستقلة، تحتفظ المنظمة القاهرة بحقها الكامل للعمل من أي موقع ٍ يناسبها لممارسة كافة أنشطتها التدريبية المقررة، محاسبة ً أمام عضويتها الميدانية القابضة علي جمر النضال بشجاعة شعبنا واقدامه المشهود، وهيئاتها المحنكة، وجمعياتها المؤسسة لها في التزام منضبط لشروط المنح ومراجعيها.

(6) تحرص المنظمة حرصا شديدا صارما علي سلامة كوادرها الغالية وحماية أنشطتها الخادمة لمطالب الجماهير وحاجاتها الحقوقية الانسانية، وصون مقدراتها الثمينة التي أنشأتها بكفاح السنين الطويلة الصعبة، بمنأي ً عن فساد السلطة وأمنها الردئ، بمنجي من كل متربص ٍ أو غافل ٍ أو مندس. وستمضي السودانية القاهرة كما مضت انفا في قوة ٍ للامام.
ولسائل ٍعن اسم ٍ لأحد هؤلاء الصناديد لينشرعلنا، اليه الاجابة أننا محاسبون أمام التاريخ ؛ فلا يمكن في ظروف القهر الموجود وتسلط الأمن أن تنشر أسماء النشطاء المتحركين في هذا المجال الشعبي الحيوي الذي أحاله الاستبداد بالسلطة الي جرم وخطر. وربما احتفظ السائل بسؤاله ان رغب لحين توفرالجو الديمقراطي ببلادنا فساعتئذ ينبري نساء المنظمة ورجالها للابانة والافاضة بلا خوف عليهم من مكروه. ولحينه، الواجب المُعلي حمايتهم وعدم التعريض بهم، ناهيك بالتصريح.

شكرا على هذا الاميل والاهتمام بما نكتب، وكما تعلم ما هم مطروح يخص عموم السودانيين في الداخل والخارج بإعتباره من صميم قضايانا، فلا هو شأني وحدي ول هوا شأنك وحدك، وكما ذكرت في المقال ليست لدي قضية خاصة مع أي شخص ولكن لي قضية وطن تعلو على كل الأشخاص، و سأظل ممتناً لهذا الوطن طالما هو الذي أطعمني وأساقني وعلمني ومنحني هويتي التي أمشى بها بين الناس، ولهذا وفاءً له وانحيازاً لقضاياه يعلم الله خالقنا جميعا أنني لم أطرح له قضية من قبل وتركتها في قارعة الطريق، فالمهم عندي أن تصل لنهاياتها المنطقية، وقد لاقيت في سبيل ذلك الكثير من العنت والرهق والشقاء، ولكني لا أمن عليه ولا على أي أحد بما لقيت والحمد لله على نعمة الصبر التي رافقتنا طيلة ثلاثة عقود زمنية في النشاط العام

الاستاذ المعز، هذا رد إختفى أيضاًونعيده مرة أخري وقلنا فيه: لو أن الرد المنتظر من الدكتور المحترم محجوب التيجاني هو المنشور أعلاه، فما على الآستاذ فتحي الضو سوى أن يمد رجليه كما قال أبا حنيفة، ولا عزاء للشعب السوداني (الفضل)! هل هذا يا دكتور كل ما لديك؟ وأين هي الاجابة على تساؤلات فتحي الضو؟ دعك من تساؤلاته أين هي هذه المنظمة؟ وما مصير الملايين؟ أنت لم تفعل شئيا سوى أنك زدت الطين بله؟ وما عسانا نحن أن نفعل غير أن نقرأ ومحرومون حتى من الدهشة والاستغراب، ناهيك عن التساؤل أو الاحتجاج أو الانتفاض؟ أقرأوا يرحمكم الله؟ اقرأوا خيبتنا؟ يا لنا من شعب يتيم، كلهم يتعلمون الحلاقة في رؤوسنا!!

Quote خامساً: ثمة نقطة جوهرية، عندما فتحنا هذا الملف نقولها بكل صدق إننا لسنا ضد الدعم، ذلك لأن منظمات المجتمع المدني من الطبيعي أن يكون لها داعم، ولكن بشرط ألا يذهب الدعم إلا في القنوات التي خصص لها، وبشرط ألا يؤثر ذلك في إستقلاليتها أو توجهاتها لكى لا تُوصم بالعمالة، على سبيل المثال نحن لم نتحرج مطلقاً في ذكر الدعم الذي تلقاه مركز الدراسات السودانية في هذه القائمة، لأن الكل يعلم أن هذا المركز أصبح منارة في الحياة السياسية والثقافية والفكرية السودانية، وله عنوان معلوم منذ أن كان في القاهرة وبعد أن عاد للخرطوم، وقد أقام العديد من ورش العمل والسمنارات والندوات، وطبع العديد من الكتب وله مجلة دورية تصدر بإستمرار، وقد أقام برنامجاً بمناسبة العيد الخمسيني لاستقلال السودان تعجز عنه وزارة متخصصة بكامل امكاناتها، إذاً فذلك دعم مضي في مصارفه الطبيعية، وكذا آخرون مثل جمعية بابكر بدري أو مركز محمد عمر بشير أو صحيفة خرطوم مونتير، فهذه مراكز لا يظن أحداً إنها تعمل بـ (الفاتحة) ولم ينقص من قدرها أي دعم طالما أن هناك منتوج واضح،
اتفق بشده مع الملاحظه اعلاها.

مقتل سوداني برصاص الشرطة المصرية خلال محاولة تسلل لاسرائيل. ------------------------------------ العريش (مصر) (رويترز) - ذكرت مصادر الشرطة المصرية أن قوات الامن قتلت شابا سودانيا على الحدود مع اسرائيل يوم الاربعاء عندما واجهت مجموعة تضم ثلاثة مهاجرين كانت تحاول دخول اسرائيل بشكل غير شرعي.
وقالت المصادر ان الشخصين الاخرين بالمجموعة جرى اعتقالهما وأصيب أحدهما في الحادث الذي وقع على بعد 13 كيلومترا جنوب معبر رفح بين مصر وغزة. واضافت أن الرجل الذي لقي حتفه يدعى عبد الحميد عبد القادر.
وتابعت المصادر التي رفضت كشف هويتها أن مجموعة المهاجرين تجاهلت أوامر الشرطة المصرية بالتوقف.
وعبد القادر هو المهاجر الافريقي الخامس والعشرون الذي يقتل برصاص قوات الامن المصرية على الحدود مع اسرائيل هذا العام.
ويتطلع المهاجرون ومعظمهم من السودان واثيوبيا او اريتريا للعمل أو الحصول على اللجوء في اسرائيل.
ومنذ أعوام كانت مصر تتسامح مع عشرات الآلاف من الافارقة في أراضيها لكن موقفها أصبح أكثر تشددا بعد أن تعرضت لضغوط بوقف تدفق الافارقة المتزايد الذين يحاولون عبور الحدود الى اسرائيل.
وتقول منظمة العفو الدولية ان ألوف المهاجرين يحاولون عبور الحدود الى اسرائيل كل عام ويتزايد العدد منذ عام 2007 الذي منحت فيه اسرائيل حوالي 2000 متسلل اريتري تراخيص عمل مؤقتة. وتدعو منظمة العفو الى التحقيق في أعمال القتل على الحدود وتقول ان اسرائيل ضغطت على مصر لتحد من تدفق عابري الحدود بطريق غير مشروع.

منظمة ضحايا التعذيب ومنظمات حقوق الإنسان السودانية بمختلف مسمياتها ومراكزها داخل وخارج السودان كلها منظمات فاسدة منذ إنشائها تولى أمرها مجموعة من اللصوص تاجروا بقضايا المعذبين والمضطهدين وسخروا أموال الدعم التى تأتيهم من المنظمات المانحة لخدمة أنفسهم وذويهم. لقد ظللنا منذ سنوات عديدة نطالب هذه المنظمات بالشفافية ولكن لاحياة لمن تنادى فقد تربع على مجالس أدارة هذه المنظمات مافيا متنفذة من دون جمعيات عمومية أو عضوية معروفة وقد صاروا مراكز قوى لافرق بينهم وبين الحاكمين فى السودان . كل هذه الأسماء للمنظمات والمراكز داخل وخارج السودان هى أسماء وهمية لم تقدم للمتضررين مثقال ذرّة بل قدمت الخدمات للمسئولين عنها ومحسوبيهم. لدينا الكثير من المعلومات عن فساد هذه المنظمات والقائمين عليها ومع الأسف أن معظم المهيمنين على هذه المنظمات هم من كوادر اليسار والذى نكن له كل الأحترام فقد زاملتنا كوادرهم المخلصة فى السجون والمعتقلات. إن التراشق والصراع الجارى الآن بين السابقين واللاحقين من الذين تربعوا على عروش هذه المنظمات هو صراع مصالح ومفاسد فقط ولايخدم بأى حال من الأحوال قضايا ضحايا التعذيب أو حقوق الأنسان. أنها يا سادتى مصالح أسر وصداقات وأقارب ومحاسيب ولا حول ولا قوة الاّ بالله وبأذن الله لنا عودة وشأن آخر والله المستعان. ادخل هنا لقراءة احدث المقالات , الاراء والتحليلات للاخبار اليومية

إ ن أسماء القائمين على أمر إدارة هذه المنظمات بالخارج طيلة ما يقارب العقدين من الزمان معروفةللجميع أما بالداخل فنرجو أن يوافونا بأسماء المهيمنين على هذه المراكز طالما أن فيهم أعضاء بالبرلمان وأنهم يعتقلون من قبل النظام ومعروفون لديه ومراكزهم تعمل بالمكشوف وأن يوافونا باسماء من تم اعتقالهم من هؤلاء الأعضاء المحترمين وتواريخ اعتقالهم والمدة التى قضوها بالإعتقال كما نرجو أن يفيدنا السادة القائمين على امر هذه المؤسسات والمراكز بالآتى:-
1. أسماء مجالس ألإدارات وأعضاء الجمعيات العمومية التى انتخبتهم ومتى تم ذلك . 2.الأموال التى تلقوها وأوجه صرفها بما فى ذلك مرتباتهم ونثرياتهم وتذاكر سفرهم والجهات التى سافروا لها والغرض من السفر. 3.أيجارات المكاتب والعربات وأسماء الجهات المؤجر منها. 4.أسماء المستفيدين من خدمات هذه المراكز والمنظمات من ضحايا التعذيب والمتضررين . 5.أسماء من تمت معالجتهم بالداخل والخارج وتكاليف العلاج وأماكنه. 6.المطلوب أيها السادة والسيدات القائمون على أمر هذه المنظمات كشف حساب وميزانيات مفصلة لنحكم لم أو عليكم . لا تأكلوا عقولنا بأن السرية تتطلب أخفاء الأسماء فالوضوح هو مربط الفرس ولا سرية طالما أن المنظمات المانحة منشور غسيلها على صفحات الفضاء وطالما أن أعضاء جمعياتكم ومراكزكم معروفون لدى النظام ويعتقلون ويطلق سراحهم كما زعمتم وطالما أن لديكم أعضاء ببرلمان النظام وطالما أن لديكم محاسبون قانونيون يعملون تحت قوانين النظام.
لا تقنعونا بالسرية طالما أن التجمع الوطنى يشارك فى النظام وأن مناضليه فاروق أبوعيسى وسليمان حامد وصالح محمود وعصام ميرغنى أعضاء فى برلمان النظام والصادق المهدى متراض مع النظام والحزب الشيوعى يعمل فى العلن والميدان تصدر فى العلن والقيادة الشرعية فى الوزارة وعبد العزيز خالد يعقد الندوات ونائبه عضو ببرلمان النظام وباقان أموم يشتم النظام وهو وزير بالنظام!!!! لا تتكتموا على الحقائق بحجة السرية ! المطلوب منكم الشفافية. لا نريد بياناً هزيلاً كبيان الدكتور محجوب التجانى بحجة السرية وأن بياناته سيكشف عنها بعد تطبيق الحريات أو زوال النظام بعد عمر مديد بأذن الله يادكتور! وهل تضمن لنا أن نلقاك حيّاً لتعرض علينا ميزانياتك للأعوام التسعة عشر للبقرة الحلوب التى ترعونها! وللدكتور صلاح البندر نقول: إذا كنت جاداً ولديك الوثائق فعليك بالشفافية ونشر الوثائق وأترك أستجداء الحزب الشيوعى لكبح جماح أعضائه .كل الأموال التى ذهبت إلى هذه المنظمات على مدى السنوات التسعة عشر الماضية متاحة للكافة ويسهل الإطلاع عليها. فقط محمود يريد أن يعرف فيم صرفت هذه الأموال الطائلة؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟ولنا عودة

شكرا علي مشاركتك في الخيط. واتمني استمرار المتابعه والمساهمه. ومعا من اجل
خلق واقع معاف لمنظمات حقوق الانسان السودانيه داخل السودان, وفي سودان
المنافي والمهجر.

مثلك احي واشيد بدور اليسار السوداني بكل تنظيماته في مواجهة النظام الفاشي منذ اول يوم للانقلاب حتي نيفاشا, واتفاقية القاهره. الدور النضالي, والوطني لايعني ان نسكت أو نغمض عيوننا ولانري اخطاء اليساريين وغيرهم من الاعضاء القياديين في هذه المنظمات. علينا النقد الهادف لكل ممارسات المنظمات بغرض جعل منظمات حقوق الانسان السودانيه اكثر فعاليه وعطاء. افتح لنا كل الملفات اخي محمد احمد الريح, واتمني ان اسمع ايضا من زميلي في عطبره الثانويه في مطلع السبعينات, الحسن احمد صالح الذي صمد مثلك امام جلاديه, وفي محكمة الكنجارو. المكتويين بنيران التعذيب مثلك, ومثل صديقي الحسن عليهم تمليك كل الحقائق لنا نحن الوطنيين السودانيين. مع ودي وتقديري المعز الجمري ابونوره

انشغلت في الفترة الماضيه بالانتخابات الاميركيه, والحمدلله فاز مرشحنا الديمقراطي,
باراك حسين اوباما الذي سيكون الرئيس الرابع والاربعين في اميركا, وفازت
مرشحتنا كاي هايغن في انتخابات مجلس الشيوخ. ارجع لمتابعة هذا الخيط عن
المنظمه السودانيه لحقوق الانسان الذي بدأ بمقالة الاستاذ فتحي الضو, واتمني
ان يستمر الحوار لدعم وتطوير حركة حقوق الانسان السودانيه في عالم متغير, ومتفهم لقيم السلام, واحترام حفوق الانسان في كل مكان. مع ودي وتقديري لكل الذين ساهموا في هذا الخيط وللذين سيساهمون فيه

يجب أن يستمر السجال ما خطه يراع الأستاذ / فتحي الضوء يستحق القراءة والمتابعة فالطرح هادئ بعيد عن الأغراض والحجة بينة والمنطق أبلج لن يأتي أحدهم لياخذ بيدنا ويدخلنا لنادي الشعوب المتحضرة والكريمة، لكن علينا قيادة أنفسنا وشعوبنا بالحوار المنضبط ولنعلم أيضا أن جميع مجالات الحياة لا تنفصم عن بعضها البعض فلا شيء يستحق التأجيل لا يمكننا أن نفهم تأجيل طرح هذه الأشياء إلى حين قيام جو ديمقراطي لأن هذه المنظمات أتت لتأخذ بيدنا إلى فضاءات الحرية والديمقراطية ولتكشف لنا مستور وخافي سياسات الأنظمة القمعية؛ لذا لا مكان للسرية والتخفي هنا ... أتمنى أن نسمع المزيد من إفادات محجوب التجاني وسنلوك الصبر في انتظار ذلك.
