The project has been transferred to the neighbouring country , who alleged thjat there is a cache of materials in the Red Sea , This at a hand and the other hand ,they were working day and night to develope the industralization of their reserved ore ,, and deviated us to the cached treasury. the oppotunity of paying $4000,000 Dollars to the Sudan and entertain a resident Administrator from the Attorney general office was charming enough to ignore the ambitious deals about to be finished. what is the present result, what is the benefits we gained? rev. chancellor Mr.Micheal was the resident Administrator . The neighboring country has uninomously indusralized their country with a brilliant succes ,while we have barrated our country. Verily Allah is over all witnesses (17 El Hag ). It is known to us that the perfect verses , which entertain for love , help, and relief injured nations, or rescue the others people facing disaster , were abrogated from the holy books by speeches and books made by mankind. Some of the nations were arrogant of their power and their scientific progression is committing deliberately offence against humanity. We have introduced hatred ,killing , smuggling wealth of weak countries by several varieties of rackets in our daily handling . For legalizing these offences , we have omits verses from the holy books , or added in others , or misinterpreted some verses to coincide with their malicious desire. I don’t announce for omit or change verses in our holy books but, I appreciate to suspend the effect of such verses which were inserted for specific purpose and time “Whatever a verse (revelation )do we abrogate or cause to be forgotten , we bring a better one or similar to it . Know you not that Allah are able to do all things. image b, which is my believe that the Almighty God is the greatest Creator of the Universe according to his descended verse: “Allah is He who created seven Firmaments, and of the Earths similar Number .Through the midst of them (all)descends his command, that ye may know that Allah has power over all things , and that Allah comprehends all things in his knowledge. For the information of readers I believe in the metaphysics, yet I believe that (SWT) permits to his worshippers to Endeavour to muse in God by making deep researches knowing his creatures and creation.. I have explained the seven Firmaments according to my own views and Image .Our topic today is the seven Earths, that, we exist in a profile of it . In my believe the earth we are on ,contains the seven earths. But it is squeezed to extremist tiniest for which is beyond to mankind prediction or knowledge .Because God (SWT) did not mention or there is any other reference in the Qur’an stating that He (SWT) created an earth with each heaven of the seven heavens that exists in layers above each other . According the natural of our daily observation , I am contented that Allah (SWT) sanctions authority for the inhabitant of the Earth to discover his Almighty Universe created for them in reality.. We have still little knowledge about our Universe . To prove that our earth contain seven earths is the obvious reality of the atoms of minerals which man splitted , how it generate that vigorous power for mankind devastation or mankind prosperity. If I assume that the earth was completed in four days ,double time as heavens elapsed ! And of the Earth a similar number , through the midst of them all descends is command that ye may know that,Allah has power over all things."(Tahrim) The obvious meaning of the verse, there are seven Fermaments and seven Earth , and in both cases the visibility released to us on plain sight is one of each . Other are beyond human ability to assertain . thiis should not be an obstacle to cripple our ambition of knowing the powerfull ability of the Lord(SWT) . the Heavens in fact are on sight , and the science endeavoured tremendous appreciable efforts to discover the endless vacuumed emptiness. The Hadith Qudsi (HQ) (Hadith 114-1200 ) explained the revelation was for the legislation of Salat.(prayers) The (HQ) prescribed the brotherly argument took place between saidna Moses(AS) and mohamed (SAAS) to return to his Lord and humbly ask for mitigation of Salat and reduce it from 50 to 5 times (with complete reward as 50 times These are two noble documentary evidences , that the heavens are seven , inspite of the delinquency of the science to discover further than the vacuum emptiness. This is because no permission is sanctioned by the Lord. that means , the Lord does not inspire the authorization for the scientific formulea to achieve the purpose . As a consequence of the that the time will vanish and invisibility of realty is in action. To;his honour cheif justice of the Republic of Sudan . I have acquired successfully a decree No. Taan madani 711/1995 dated 11/7/1996 being issued against Registrar of Companies who forged my company's register " The German Sudanese Transport Company "Gestra " , to the benefit of Bittar cmpnay and others since 1981 . I have faced forgeries from the Registrar General of companies , and the Sudanese French Bank , which was called the Sudanese Investment Bank at that time , and being changed to International Bank and then changed to Sudaneses French Bank. who denied the existance of the company's documents of transactions when Dr. Abdel Bagi was the bank chancellor , the case was still going after the judgement has been given by the district judge Amna Abdel Magid inserted clearly the forgery of the Registrar General in the Register and the malicious denial of the bank for the lost documents . The case was delayed because the interference of Advocate Sallah Shallaby and his allegance that he is the representative of the company without presenting papers . I was copelled to sue him infront of the district Judge who give his decision that Sudaneses Advocate is not bound to give written evidence , it is enough to say that he is Agent only . I appealled against this judgement to court of appeal presided by Dr Ibrahim (the Judgement is found in the 43/88 proceedings. the judgementis stopped him from cheating and supposed to present agency documents he disappeared after three year from the suing date and he was successful in delaying the case and assisted the smugglers to hide and get rid of everything .Even the Investment comittee which is now the Ministry of Investment ,they have sold the Formal Register of the German Sudanese Transport Comay(Gestre).The offense was clearly recognized by the findings of the hight court . I am quite ascertain that a free bold concience of a judge will revert to the whole case and will extract Justice , especially if we are well aware that the companies Ordnance has no Limited time (taghadom)The case was judged again and supported the decree issued by the preceding court Presided by Amna Abdel Magid. but someone else appealed against the judgement . It is clear that the Judgement of Dr. Ibrahim was in the file and the court of appeal ignored it and accepted another Advocate called Mohamed Osman and he appealed and the court of appeal returned the judgementr for verification by the first degree court for the second time . I was sent to a judge a young lady whom she has no experience and she asked me to start my case from the begging and I was depressed and refused to give the same evidences taken under oath in the first Judgement , and being authenticated by the 2nd court . I regret very much that the Advocate Mohamed Osman was not present for all sessions ,therefore I did'nt cross examine him to present his papers of advocacy. When I express my insatisfaction ,the lady Judge made the judgement and she want to announce the judgement the Advocate Mohamed osman was not present ,She sent her messenger to fetch him and bring him , I noted from her tendency and attitude that she is ruining me (El Hamdellahi alla ma arad) . I appealed and I was quite sure it will be rejected , but to have a chance to the High court , and according it is rejected and I Filed my Apeal to the high court , which give the decree in the subject . The high court blamed the Court of appeal , but I was hurted fully the judgement reached me after 15 years from my striving and struggle against injustice,for violation the law rules and bases .Your honor can see the maliciousness and frauds how were made by delays and personal malicious contacts . After I have received the Decree .the court of appeal is protected by law and so they are safe from legal persuance , they have already distructed the victim safely and legally .and they are protected by law even the mistake is clearly violation of the law and hurted the plaintiff .and there is Rules in the criminal law to punish the executors of the law.and according to the decree of the High Court , anything done by the registrar general or other involved in the case is being nul and void , it is compulsary they ha to take vigorous action to reacquire all the company belongings and kept by the court untill the case is finalized . this does not happen , and they were keeping the company belongings with them and this due to ignorance of the Company's rules and procedures or deliberately meant to be done. In all cases they are supposed to give their legal execuse, before foreign jurisdiction. I made immediate execution criminally agaist the Registrar General of companies , to the District Attorney, but he refused to file the offence because the Registrar General is his boss.I said is the High court is not your boss ? he said go before I detain you for contempting Legal office !I prefered to be safe and flew away. I escalated the answer Up to the Advocate General, and after 2month it slept in the lavish office of mawlana Abdel Rahman Ibrahim who was at an stage Registrar General of companies and has some committment in the case.I can remind him if he wish! I filed a suit for the liquidatyion of the company in question for execution of the case in The district Judge civil court khartoum under No Egra'at 43/97 before Mawlana Fouad zolain .Vs Bittar abd sons , Sudanese French Bank and others. I have been delayed in his court because of the illegal act of Bittar's advocate Hamad for a period of two years. In this court the Chancellor of the bank Dr. Abdel Bagi was changed and came a new young honest man Ostaz Osama Mukhtar , who volunterily told me that he has the documents which the bank denied in the priliminsry court to justify civil dispute it was more than enough to judge it criminally, and by his court , and supposed to detain the managers and complell them to pay the full amount of cost of the case, the action should be vigorous even for suspecion according to the text of the rule 226 of the Company's Ordnance ., he was young chancellor when Abdel Bagi was presiding the legal Deparetment in the Bank , and when he saw by his own eyes how the big ######### of Justice violate the law and commit Purgery . He told me I have to summon him before the court , and I did , he sent on behalf of the bank sayed Amin , Advocate from the Attorney General Office , attached to the Bank , and his commorade Mohamed Abdulla , another advocate of the bank to administer the case before judge Rev His Honor Fouad Zolain . according to my bad fortune , The Judge was promoted to Court of appeal and the case was converted to His honor Mohamed Musa District Civil Judge who completed the case And judged it to be made as civil suit , ispite of the fact that, so long as he found the prime-facie in the case he has no altrernative but to take vigourous action agaist the managers of the company because he is judging the case under the rule 226 of the company ordnance , he has no legal rule to Say ,he has no enough evidence for criminal judgement , but it can be judged as civil case. how he justifies this judgement ? The normal proceedure under rule 226 of the Company's Ordnance is to detain all managers including Bittar, bank manager , and investmwent manager , reserve the equipments found and compell the to pay the difference to be under the cusdtody of the court until it finally judged . Up to here I have been shifted out from the Companies ordnance and pressed me in the civil ordnance How! it is Sudan style of judgement . I was very stonished , and I did not like to face the court of appeal which was blamed by the High court ,for the second time and I don't want to delay my work I wish to escalate the case forward to international dispute under the Companies ordnance which is a british law , not thoroughly recited and known by Sudanese law courts . Therefore I went to the Civil court and after making the whole procedure to establish the case it was accepted by(Mawlana ahmed Hassan El Rahma ) .under No.Civil Suit 28/2005dated July 20 ,2005) and we provide our witnesses , and for my bad forture the Bank's chancelors were dismissed by the Bank Authorities for their saying the truth and supporting me, and so they replaced Chancellor Osama by a new one called Seif , who came to the court and denied the existence of the documents , and the other chancellors in the Bank kept silent , and the court was not keen to look into the paper in front of him, and the previous judgement or even support the judgement of the High court which is contented in the file of the suit. I am accusing Chancellor Seif of the Bank to be taken under purgury offence as well as betraying the court my witnesses is chancellors Osama mukhtar , Amin Osman , Mohammed Abdulla and the file of the case according to the criminal procedure of Sudan , I have put you informed of the cumulative criminal events impacted in this case and I request you to investigate it as a national criminology in Sudan needs to be straightened even the long period .(no taghadom )in Comany's Ordnance 1925 I would like the insert to your knowlege that , the wakil Niaba of the western Khartoum (El Shagara) in 1983 Mustafa khalil was the first offender who distructed Justice when I made a complain criminally Against Bittar , and two other persons who forged the paper with the Aid of the Registerar General's Chief Clerk (Hamid El Sayed)the case was Under NO. 1223, 767/83 , he refused to accept the case. I think Ihave the right to lodge him in a case . I went to the attorney in El Shagara to open case against the previous attorney. But he refused for the( Taghadom )because the (Taghadom is generally found in criminal cases but we do not know if it is applicable to crimes against Company's ordinance's violation No Taghadom in Company's ordnance but my request was refused . I insist to ask your honour to complete the delinquency in the law terms of company's ordnance pertaining to other laws . . I preferred to fly away from the long delay justice,and even , a great deal of ignoring the texts of the law is excercised in the courts . In my Opinion judge mohamed muse has no power to change the case to civil suit and he knows he has a prime facie evidence that give him the power to detain the offenders for criminal judgement and he has to make reservation of their real states and the money found until the judgement satisfy the rule 226 (1)(2)(3) of the Company's Ordnance l925 . The prime facie appeared in his court is more than enough to permit vigourous action against Bittar and other offenders , if he is not capable to judge the Registrat General of Companies .why he abuses the natural action of the law in pertaining to Copmpany's ordnance The suit is being estimated at equivalent to LS 450.000.000 equivalent to $4000.000 execlusive of expenses and fees costs. His honor chief justice , I have taken a considerable amount of money from American citizen's when I made my contact with them in 1977 when I registered the Company as "Alcon Minerals (SUDAN ) Inc. in the state of Delware .[exploited in the Sudan)In German Sudanese Transportation Company limited . which is in dispute , which the registrar General has forged the registration and when captured by the court , he sold it to bittar and the other accused persons who they have teared it . I appreciate if you ask for the investigation made with Hamid El Sayed The former chief Clerk of the Registrar General of Companies , when found guilty by the Adminstration , They trasnsferred hin to the ministry of justice until he went on retirement . I am therefore, will book forward my case Against Sudan Government according to the general text in all civil laws and international law " The case should be judged in the country where the preliminary issue occurred' . Verily Allah is over all witnesses (17 El Hag ). It is known to us that the perfect verses , which entertain for love , help, and relief injured nations, or rescue the others people facing disaster , were abrogated from the holy books by speeches and books made by mankind. Some of the nations were arrogant of their power and their scientific progression is committing deliberately offence against humanity. We have introduced hatred ,killing , smuggling wealth of weak countries by several varieties of rackets in our daily handling . For legalizing these offences , we have omits verses from the holy books , or added in others , or misinterpreted some verses to coincide with their malicious desire. I don’t announce for omit or change verses in our holy books but, I appreciate to suspend the effect of such verses which were inserted for specific purpose and time “Whatever a verse (revelation )do we abrogate or cause to be forgotten , we bring a better one or similar to it . image b, which is my believe that the Almighty God is the greatest Creator of the Universe according to his descended verse: “Allah is He who created seven Firmaments, and of the Earths similar Number .Through the midst of them (all)descends his command, that ye may know that Allah has power over all things , and that Allah comprehends all things in his knowledge. For the information of readers I believe in the metaphysics, yet I believe that (SWT) permits to his worshippers to Endeavour to muse in God by making deep researches knowing his creatures and creation.. I have explained the seven Firmaments according to my own views and Image .Our topic today is the seven Earths, that, we exist in a profile of it . In my believe the earth we are on ,contains the seven earths. But it is squeezed to extremist tiniest for which is beyond to mankind prediction or knowledge .Because God (SWT) did not mention or there is any other reference in the Qur’an stating that He (SWT) created an earth with each heaven of the seven heavens that exists in layers above each other . According the natural of our daily observation , I am contented that Allah (SWT) sanctions authority for the inhabitant of the Earth to discover his Almighty Universe created for them in reality.. We have still little knowledge about our Universe . And of the Earth a similar number , through the midst of them all descends is command that ye may know that,Allah has power over all things."(Tahrim) The obvious meaning of the verse, there are seven Fermaments and seven Earth , and in both cases the visibility released to us on plain sight is one of each . Other are beyond human ability to assertain . thiis should not be an obstacle to cripple our ambition of knowing the powerfull ability of the Lord(SWT) . the Heavens in fact are on sight , and the science endeavoured tremendous appreciable efforts to discover the endless vacuumed emptiness. "Hewho created the seven heavdns noe above another . No want of proportion will then see .In the creation of the most Gracious ,then turn the vision again.Seast thou any flaw.(Tabarak3) "Again turn the vision a second time (thy)vision will come backto thee ,Dull and discomfited in a state worn out . The Science effort has reached the utmost permissible sanctioned by the Almighty Lord(SWT) for reasons He only knows. "soon shall we settleyour affairs(el Rahman31) "Then which of the favours of your Lord ye deny(ElRahman32) "O ye can pass beyond the zones of the Heavens and the Earths,pass ye! not withjout authority .Shall ye be able to pass! "Then which of the favours of your Lord will ye deny (ElRahman34) "On you will be sent (O ye evil ones (wain ) .A flame of fire (to burn) and a (flash of molten brass.)No defence will ye have"( ElRahman35) This emptiness which being described by science , was eye sighted by the prophet of the Islam Mohamed (SAAS) in Surat (Israe ), bin Israel ) in some editions of the Qur'an. Mohamed (SAAS) as eye witness for the existence of seven fermaments, and the existence of the colleages prophets as prescribed in surar El nagm and Hadith Qudsi). In Surat El Nagm . The Lord solemnly sweared by the Stars ,because it is the most disasterous weapons. "The stars when it goes down (Nagm 1) "Your companion is neither astray nor being misled.(Nagm 2) "Nor does he say (aught ) of (his own) desire (nagm 3) "It was taught by one mighty in power (Nagm 5) "Endued with wisdom for the appearance in stately form (Nagm 6) "While He was in the highest part of the Horizen .(Nagm7) "Then he approached and came closer.(Nagm 8) "And was a distant of two bows or nearer(Nagm9) "SoAllah conveyed the inspiration to his servant (conveyed what he (meant to convey(Nagm10). The Hadith Qudsi (HQ) (Hadith 114-1200 ) explained the revelation was for the legislation of Salat.(prayers) The (HQ) prescribed the brotherly argument took place between saidna Moses(AS) and mohamed (SAAS) to return to his Lord and humbly ask for mitigation of Salat and reduce it from 50 to 5 times (with complete reward as 50 times These are two noble documentary evidences , that the heavens are seven , inspite of the delinquency of the science to discover further than the vacuum emptiness. This is because no permission is sanctioned by the Lord. that means , the Lord does not inspire the authorization for the scientific formulea to achieve the purpose . As a consequence of the that the time will vanish and invisibility of realty is in action. So submit to your Lord to bless the science and extend his authority by inspiration of the formulea to one of his smart scientists. To;his honour cheif justice of the Republic of Sudan . I have acquired successfully a decree No. Taan madani 711/1995 dated 11/7/1996 being issued against Registrar of Companies who forged my company's register " The German Sudanese Transport Company "Gestra " , to the benefit of Bittar cmpnay and others since 1981 . I have faced forgeries from the Registrar General of companies , and the Sudanese French Bank , which was called the Sudanese Investment Bank at that time , and being changed to International Bank and then changed to Sudaneses French Bank. who denied the existance of the company's documents of transactions when Dr. Abdel Bagi was the bank chancellor , the case was still going after the judgement has been given by the district judge Amna Abdel Magid inserted clearly the forgery of the Registrar General in the Register and the malicious denial of the bank for the lost documents . The case was delayed because the interference of Advocate Sallah Shallaby and his allegance that he is the representative of the company without presenting papers . I was copelled to sue him infront of the district Judge who give his decision that Sudaneses Advocate is not bound to give written evidence , it is enough to say that he is Agent only . I appealled against this judgement to court of appeal presided by Dr Ibrahim (the Judgement is found in the 43/88 proceedings. the judgementis stopped him from cheating and supposed to present agency documents he disappeared after three year from the suing date and he was successful in delaying the case and assisted the smugglers to hide and get rid of everything .Even the Investment comittee which is now the Ministry of Investment ,they have sold the Formal Register of the German Sudanese Transport Comay(Gestre).The offense was clearly recognized by the findings of the hight court . I am quite ascertain that a free bold concience of a judge will revert to the whole case and will extract Justice , especially if we are well aware that the companies Ordnance has no Limited time (taghadom)The case was judged again and supported the decree issued by the preceding court Presided by Amna Abdel Magid. but someone else appealed against the judgement . It is clear that the Judgement of Dr. Ibrahim was in the file and the court of appeal ignored it and accepted another Advocate called Mohamed Osman and he appealed and the court of appeal returned the judgementr for verification by the first degree court for the second time . I was sent to a judge a young lady whom she has no experience and she asked me to start my case from the begging and I was depressed and refused to give the same evidences taken under oath in the first Judgement , and being authenticated by the 2nd court . I regret very much that the Advocate Mohamed Osman was not present for all sessions ,therefore I did'nt cross examine him to present his papers of advocacy. When I express my insatisfaction ,the lady Judge made the judgement and she want to announce the judgement the Advocate Mohamed osman was not present ,She sent her messenger to fetch him and bring him , I noted from her tendency and attitude that she is ruining me (El Hamdellahi alla ma arad) . I appealed and I was quite sure it will be rejected , but to have a chance to the High court , and according it is rejected and I Filed my Apeal to the high court , which give the decree in the subject . The high court blamed the Court of appeal , but I was hurted fully the judgement reached me after 15 years from my striving and struggle against injustice,for violation the law rules and bases .Your honor can see the maliciousness and frauds how were made by delays and personal malicious contacts . After I have received the Decree .the court of appeal is protected by law and so they are safe from legal persuance , they have already distructed the victim safely and legally .and they are protected by law even the mistake is clearly violation of the law and hurted the plaintiff .and there is Rules in the criminal law to punish the executors of the law.and according to the decree of the High Court , anything done by the registrar general or other involved in the case is being nul and void , it is compulsary they ha to take vigorous action to reacquire all the company belongings and kept by the court untill the case is finalized . this does not happen , and they were keeping the company belongings with them and this due to ignorance of the Company's rules and procedures or deliberately meant to be done. In all cases they are supposed to give their legal execuse, before foreign jurisdiction. I made immediate execution criminally agaist the Registrar General of companies , to the District Attorney, but he refused to file the offence because the Registrar General is his boss.I said is the High court is not your boss ? he said go before I detain you for contempting Legal office !I prefered to be safe and flew away. I escalated the answer Up to the Advocate General, and after 2month it slept in the lavish office of mawlana Abdel Rahman Ibrahim who was at an stage Registrar General of companies and has some committment in the case.I can remind him if he wish! I filed a suit for the liquidatyion of the company in question for execution of the case in The district Judge civil court khartoum under No Egra'at 43/97 before Mawlana Fouad zolain .Vs Bittar abd sons , Sudanese French Bank and others. I have been delayed in his court because of the illegal act of Bittar's advocate Hamad for a period of two years. In this court the Chancellor of the bank Dr. Abdel Bagi was changed and came a new young honest man Ostaz Osama Mukhtar , who volunterily told me that he has the documents which the bank denied in the priliminsry court to justify civil dispute it was more than enough to judge it criminally, and by his court , and supposed to detain the managers and complell them to pay the full amount of cost of the case, the action should be vigorous even for suspecion according to the text of the rule 226 of the Company's Ordnance ., he was young chancellor when Abdel Bagi was presiding the legal Deparetment in the Bank , and when he saw by his own eyes how the big ######### of Justice violate the law and commit Purgery . He told me I have to summon him before the court , and I did , he sent on behalf of the bank sayed Amin , Advocate from the Attorney General Office , attached to the Bank , and his commorade Mohamed Abdulla , another advocate of the bank to administer the case before judge Rev His Honor Fouad Zolain . according to my bad fortune , The Judge was promoted to Court of appeal and the case was converted to His honor Mohamed Musa District Civil Judge who completed the case And judged it to be made as civil suit , ispite of the fact that, so long as he found the prime-facie in the case he has no altrernative but to take vigourous action agaist the managers of the company because he is judging the case under the rule 226 of the company ordnance , he has no legal rule to Say ,he has no enough evidence for criminal judgement , but it can be judged as civil case. how he justifies this judgement ? The normal proceedure under rule 226 of the Company's Ordnance is to detain all managers including Bittar, bank manager , and investmwent manager , reserve the equipments found and compell the to pay the difference to be under the cusdtody of the court until it finally judged . Up to here I have been shifted out from the Companies ordnance and pressed me in the civil ordnance How! it is Sudan style of judgement . I was very stonished , and I did not like to face the court of appeal which was blamed by the High court ,for the second time and I don't want to delay my work I wish to escalate the case forward to international dispute under the Companies ordnance which is a british law , not thoroughly recited and known by Sudanese law courts . Therefore I went to the Civil court and after making the whole procedure to establish the case it was accepted by(Mawlana ahmed Hassan El Rahma ) .under No.Civil Suit 28/2005dated July 20 ,2005) and we provide our witnesses , and for my bad forture the Bank's chancelors were dismissed by the Bank Authorities for their saying the truth and supporting me, and so they replaced Chancellor Osama by a new one called Seif , who came to the court and denied the existence of the documents , and the other chancellors in the Bank kept silent , and the court was not keen to look into the paper in front of him, and the previous judgement or even support the judgement of the High court which is contented in the file of the suit. I am accusing Chancellor Seif of the Bank to be taken under purgury offence as well as betraying the court my witnesses is chancellors Osama mukhtar , Amin Osman , Mohammed Abdulla and the file of the case according to the criminal procedure of Sudan , I have put you informed of the cumulative criminal events impacted in this case and I request you to investigate it as a national criminology in Sudan needs to be straightened even the long period .(no taghadom )in Comany's Ordnance 1925 I would like the insert to your knowlege that , the wakil Niaba of the western Khartoum (El Shagara) in 1983 Mustafa khalil was the first offender who distructed Justice when I made a complain criminally Against Bittar , and two other persons who forged the paper with the Aid of the Registerar General's Chief Clerk (Hamid El Sayed)the case was Under NO. 1223, 767/83 , he refused to accept the case. I think Ihave the right to lodge him in a case . I went to the attorney in El Shagara to open case against the previous attorney. But he refused for the( Taghadom )because the (Taghadom is generally found in criminal cases but we do not know if it is applicable to crimes against Company's ordinance's violation No Taghadom in Company's ordnance but my request was refused . I insist to ask your honour to complete the delinquency in the law terms of company's ordnance pertaining to other laws . . I preferred to fly away from the long delay justice,and even , a great deal of ignoring the texts of the law is excercised in the courts . In my Opinion judge mohamed muse has no power to change the case to civil suit and he knows he has a prime facie evidence that give him the power to detain the offenders for criminal judgement and he has to make reservation of their real states and the money found until the judgement satisfy the rule 226 (1)(2)(3) of the Company's Ordnance l925 . The prime facie appeared in his court is more than enough to permit vigourous action against Bittar and other offenders , if he is not capable to judge the Registrat General of Companies .why he abuses the natural action of the law in pertaining to Copmpany's ordnance The suit is being estimated at equivalent to LS 450.000.000 equivalent to $4000.000 execlusive of expenses and fees costs. His honor chief justice , I have taken a considerable amount of money from American citizen's when I made my contact with them in 1977 when I registered the Company as "Alcon Minerals (SUDAN ) Inc. in the state of Delware .[exploited in the Sudan)In German Sudanese Transportation Company limited . which is in dispute , which the registrar General has forged the registration and when captured by the court , he sold it to bittar and the other accused persons who they have teared it . I appreciate if you ask for the investigation made with Hamid El Sayed The former chief Clerk of the Registrar General of Companies , when found guilty by the Adminstration , They trasnsferred hin to the ministry of justice until he went on retirement . I am therefore, will book forward my case Against Sudan Government according to the general text in all civil laws and international law " The case should be judged in the country where the preliminary issue occurred' . I appreciate if you will forget the legal process for a while and peer thoroghly into this case with humanity vision. and forget for a while the complicated processes of case , through courts and loss of time and irresponsible unquestioned decision issued under cover of legal protection. please address comments in the web hoping to recieve your favourable reply ,please treat as complaint for criminal action The Arabic translation of the English text between me and the court of appeal غندما تضلل العدالة الي صـاحب السعادة رئيس القضاء بجمهورية الســـودان لقد صدر لصالحي القرار العاليمن المحكمة العليا رقم طعن مدني ضد مسجل الشركات ديوان النائب العام كما 1995 711 ادانت تصرفات محكمة الاستئناف بخرقها للقانون بارجاعها للقضية حيث لا يوجد مبرر قانوني لارجاعها الا تعويقا للعدالة وزيادة في الاضرار بي . لقد كان التزوير الذي ارتكبه موظفوا ديوان المسجل التجاري كبيرا للدرجة التي اوحت البه باخفاء السجل بكامله سواءا بالبيع للخصوم او لمحاولة اخفاء جريمته زقد سبقه الي تعمد اخفاء الملفات البنك الفرنسي السوداني وهيئة اللاستثمار . اخفاء الملفات وبيعها تجارة رابحة بالسودان . ورغم التزوير واخفاء الملفات لم يخفي ذلك علي الفاضي بالمحكمة الابتدائية القاضية امنه عبد المجيد. الا ان تدخل المحامي صلاح شلبي بدون مسوغ فانوني وعوق العدالة. ولما انكشف امره هرب وحل محله قرصان اخر رغم وجود الحكم القاطع من المحمة بطردهم الا بمسوغ قانوني رغم ذلك تجاهلت محكمة الاستئناف وجعلت ترجع في الاوراق الي المحكمة الابتدائية حتي اصدرت المحكمة العليا امرها العالي المرقم بعاليه , جاء الحكم حاسما الا ان الاعيب ديوان المسجل التجاري كانت اقوي من قرار المحكمة العليا فطفق يفتش في الاعذار بشتي اصناف المستشارين الفاسدين الذين يحسنون الكذب في المحاكم للتعطيل اصابني الملل من عدالة تحسن الكذب لاكل اموال الناس بالباطل ولجات لطلب تصفية اشركة بالرقم 34 1997 امام مولانا فواد ولما كان البنك ا الفرنسي قد استغني عن خدمات د, عبد الباقي الذي كان من لساطين في اخفاء الملفات وحل محله شاب كان يعمل تحت امرته بالبنك فكان علي علم بالاساليب الفاسدة الذي استعملها سلفه المستشار الدكتور يدعي هذا الشاب اسامة محتار فارسل مستشارة امين مصطفي الذي وضع الملفات امام المحكمة واعترف بالمبالغ الذي استلبها البنك مع الاخرين . نقل مولان فواد وخلفه مولانا محمد موسي وبعد انهاء التخقيق تحت المادة 226 من قانون الشركات . اصدر قراره بان الادلة التي ظهلرت لا تكفي بان تنهض لمحاكمة جنائية بل محاكمة مدنية , قانون الشركات لا يعطي الفاضي الحق بان يحول القضية مدنية بل جنائية وبعنف يسترد كل شئ بالقوة القانونية جنائبا وليسهنالك عزيزي القارئ تقادم في قانون الشركات وانا وراهم حتي يرث الله الارض وما عليها. عزيري قد يظهر النقاش ما نسيته . وقد يفتح الله علي رئيسالقضاء فيقول ما عنده في الاضابير والله يوفق المميع لقول الحق مبلغ القضية المطلوب بدون تعويض اربعة ملايين دولار كاوراق البنك ترمت بتصر للتخفيف
