Khartoum, March. 2 (SUNA) - President of the Republic and chairman of the mechanism for implementing outcomes of the national dialogue, Field Marshal Omer Al-Bashir, pointed out that the regional and international atmosphere is appropriate for achieving peace in Sudan. The President said in the press conference he heldThursday at the Republican Palace, in presence of the members of the mechanism, that regional and international efforts are continuing to convince the gun-holders and the internal oposition political forces, including Saddiq Al-Mahdi, to join the dialogue in accordance to the decision taken by the mechanism. Al-Bashir explained that the bill of the coming Constitution will be presented for comprehensive deliberations by the Sudanese people to lay down foundation for a permanent constitution. IF/MO
