Istanbul, Oct.3(SUNA)- State Minister for Communications and Information Technology. Engineer Fadalla Sabah-al-Khair chaired Sudan delegation to the Universal Postal Union(UPU) Congress , which is taking place in, Istanbul, Turkey during October 3-7.
The Head of Sudan delegation who began his visit by meeting the UPU Chairman, Bashar Abdul-Rahman indicated that the conference will discuss the universal postal strategy for years 2017-2020 in the light of development of communications and technology as well as the common need of the member nations.
It is worth mentioning that the UPU was found in 1874, in Berne, Switzerland.
