Receiving of Nomination Applications to End on Wednesday
Khartoum, Jan. 26 (SUNA) - The National Election Commission announced that Monday, January 27, will be the deadline for receiving applications of nomination for the elections scheduled to begin in next April. A statement issued by the Chairman of the National Election Commission stated the period set for receiving of nominations will end Wednesday at 06:00 p.m. for all levels of the elections. The statement pointed out that the lists of voters will be announced on Saturday, January 30, while the period for receiving appeals will be during January 31 till February 6. According to the statement the final lists of the candidates will be declared on February 10. MO/MO
