The sudanese government has been facing very critical time after the declartion of the representatives of the internation criminal court by accusing some senior sudanes official for commiting human violations in darfur by supporting the arab milita launching severe attacks upon the non arab groups the matter that let to the increase of the abuses of humn rights in the troubled reigon of darfur ,more over the ongoing conflicts have caused many tribes to leave their villeags seeking shelter in safety places so as to protect them selves from the severe abuses caused by government forces.so many negoitations rounds have been made by both mediators and the conflicting parts in order to make an immediate solution to critical situation and bad humantarian conditions in darfur reigon ,but unfortunately the government does not want to reach apeaciful settlement with rebel movements in darfur the matter that let the international community to think deply in finding another way to deal with the situation there .The representative of the human right secretariat covee anan seemed to have runed out of his patience by seein the severe violation of human rights in darfur reigon and he reported that the A.u forces should be transmitted by U.N forces for the A.U forces failed in making peace the matter that urged the international community to take another different step to reach through everlasting peace to the darfurian people who has been sufering for such long time from this devilish war. .
