Appeal to the Government of Sudan to:
Stop the campaign of intimidation and arrests against the Darfurians
RELEASE Mr. Abdelaziz Adam Alhaj
Abdelaziz Adam Alhaj was arrested from his home in Nyala
on September 19, 2005 by security Officers.
Mr. Alhaj, 42 years old, is working at Nyala University.
The crackdown against many indigenous Darfurians has been continuing since
the start of the civil war in Darfur. They are detained without accusation and on
the assumption that they cooperate with the rebels.

I meant by the phrase "indigenous Darfurians the Darfurians who are born in Darfur, regardless of ethnicities".
May be the use of the phrase is not as relevant or suitable
To me if you are born in a place you qualify for the right to the basic human rights and citizenship.
ربما يكون التعبير الاصح فى هذا المقام حقوق الانسانى وليس السوشيولوقى هو استعمال تعبير سكان دارفور المدنيين لما قد يثيره تعبير السكان الاصلين من اشكاليه هويويه لا يحتملها الصياع هنا وشكرا للسؤال النبيه والعين النجيضه لمزيد من الحساسية والتدقيق لاحبذا ونحن نجهر بمبادئ الناشطين دعاة العدالة الاجتماعيه واحترام الاخر وفضح القتله
