لا أعرفك شخصيا لكنني عشت فترة طويلة في بيت جدي عم أمي أحمد الخضر في مربع 9,
وأنتم كنتم تسكنون على الجانب الاخر لنا , وفي مواجهة دار نادي الامتداد.
ولمعلومية القراء أن لمنى أخا استشهد في أحداث رمضان المعروفة,
وكان شابا خلوقا ,ورياضيا مرموقا في الامتداد.
وقد تابعت بعضا من العرائض التي تم رفعها لعمر البشير في سبيل انصاف أولئك الشهداء.
والاستاذة مني أيضا من الناشطات السياسيات المعروفات ,
وخاصة بعد الظهور الأولي لحركة "حق"وتحالفاتها اللاحقة واندماجاتها.
كنت أتمنى من أي من العضوات والاعضاء في المنبر والذين وردوا ضمن قائمة الشكر أن يقوموا بتعريفها,

Dear All, I am thrilled with your warm welcome, thank you. I am proud also to be identified as the sister to martyr Mustafa. I just need to correct some few and not (serious) information about some facts. I have a profound respect to HAQ and to Ustaz el Khatim Adlan, its leader and I have found great support from him in editing some of my work which I hope to share with you one day beside I also enjoy his speech and lectures, but I am not a member in HAQ or any other political organisation and I have never been. I believe if I join any political organisation I lose my freedom to express myself and opinions. Of course by not joining some of the political organisations I may miss the chance of being more organised (not always the case) I hope this is not taken against me, but it is my preference to be able to express myself and practice my activism in the area of human rights without having to be caught in the organisational frame and rules. It was good that you mentioned al Imtidad Osama, where my childhood memoires and my youth experiences started and continued till I left Sudan. of course I remember your uncle and your cousin who was one of the best friends of Mustafa, life is very funny, we did not meet when we were few meters away from each other and we meet while we are miles and miles separate us!. I also want to say that although my post graduate studies is in law and women but my university study was in sociology. I hope this does not push you away al Shaigi because we still can cooperate in many areas related to law. Thanks Sympatico for the Video, I have replied to you Hisham in your private emails.Never give up Ghada, continue the good work you are doing and one day you with others will make victory! عرفتها و اخواتها (بالاضافة للتعارف الاجتماعى) ناشطة فى مجال حقوق الانسان و قضايا المرأة من خلال تنظيم اسر شهداء رمضان ومن خلال المنظمة السودانية لحقوق الانسان بلندن (هى اول مسئولة لمكتب المرأة عند بداية انشائه) وكذلك من خلال سلسلة النشاطات و المؤتمرات التى نظمتها منظمة العدالة فى افريقيا من خلال مبادرة المجتمع المدنى و منها تنسيق مؤتمر المرأة (كمبالا 3). من الفعاليات الهامة التى شاركت فيها مؤخرا ورشة حول مشاركة النساء السودانيات فى عملية السلام خرجت بتوصيات جيدة. لديها العديد من المساهمات حول المرأة فى السودان اتمنى ان تمدنا بها هنا.

Thanks for making feel at home, I am still unable to communicate properly I type messages and send them to wrong places or I may cancel them without meaning to do that, anyway give me little time and I will know all about it.
I hope to start contributing with something on our activities abroad as human rights activists and also as women's activists and I hope this will be a good start. and when I said abroad I still meant in relation with sudanese women and men inside sudan and in the Diaspora.
Dear Nada, you participated in Kamapala II and Kamapala III I hope also you shed more lights on these important conferences on Human Rights During the Transition in Sudan and workshops related to them, I know it has been 3-5 years now but not really very far.

Yes you are right, in Kampala I we had a session on women, the third workshop/S in London was also on women, issues that have been discussed in Kamapala conferences. I am trying to find the declaration in Arabic a good start for discussion. take care,
