I can understand you needed complete details or steps whereby you can proceed in handling this for me. Without wasting time due to my present situation, I will like you to know the requisition is as follows. 1. Like I did mention in my previous letter, the money has been carefully packaged during the time of depositing it in Royal Precious Security Company for safe keeping in a vault holding company in Benin by my late Father Mr. George Paul. 2. During the Crisis in my Country Sierra Leone I was able to manipulate through United Nations peace keeping force to run into safety into Republic of Benin Refugee Camp .
