نص الموضوع حسب ما اوردته الصحيفه
عدد القتلى والمصابين فى معركة فض اعتصام اللاجيئين السودانين لا يشير ابدا ان الشرطه كانت تفض اعتصاما،وانما معركة حربيه قامت بها قوات نظاميه مجيشه، اما ان تكون الشرطة هى التى فعلت ذلك فهذا يدخل فى باب القصور الامنىالذى يصل الى حد السقوط وهناك سببان فى رايى لسبب وقوع هذه المجزره
اولهما:افتقار قوات الشرططة المهاجمه لحرفية العمل الامنى فابسط قواعده تشير الى ان قنبلتى دخان وقنبلتى غاز كانت كفيله بفض هذا الا عتصام ولكن الذى حدث وفقا لما صورته وسائل الاعلامالحكومية والتى حاولت التخفيف واضفاء عض المنطقيه على هذه الموقعه ان المعتصمين رشقوا القوات بزجاجات الخمر الفارغه واعتقد ان رد الفعل على ذلك كان عصبيا وعشوائيا فهاجمت القوات بهدف الانتقام لهذا كانت كل هذه الاعداد من القتلى وكل هذه الاعداد من المصابين .
وابسط قواعد فض الالمظاهرات او الاعتصام مهاجمة المعتصمين او المتظاهرين واترك لهم عامدا جهة اخرى كى يتمكنوا من الهروب وهناك مصطلح شرطى فى الامن المركزى يسمى قلعه مفتوحه وهو ان يتم وضع القوات فى هيئة مربع ناقص الاضلاع واهجم على المظاهرة او الاعتصام من جهات ثلاثةولكن فى نفس الوقت اترك الضلع الناقص لكى اعطى الفرصة لمن يريد الهروب ووفقا لطبيعة الموقف وبالقدر اللازم يكمن استخدام الغاز المسيل للدموع وقنابل الدخان بلا افراط فالهدف هو اخافة المعتصمين حتى يهربوا وما من احد مهما بلغت درجو تحمله ان يتحمل الغز المسيل للدموعفهو اما ان يهرب من المكان او يصاب يالغاز الذى يعجزه عن الرؤيا فيمكن القبض عليه بسهولة اما فى الاماكن المغلقة فلا يمكن استخدام الغاز او الدخان كما انه يمكن للشرطة استخدام غاز مخدر وكان يمكن لها ان تستخدم غاز اسبراى عازات الردع التى تشل حركة من يستنشقها لمدة 15 دقيقه والتى يتم تسليح ضباط الامن المركزى بها.
اما ان يقع هذا العدد من القتلى والمصابين فهو يبب عدم وجود مهرب لمن يجرى التعامل معهم وهذا خطا تكتيكى فادح والمصيبة ان تكون اكثر فداحة اذا كانت الاوامر قد صدرت بالقبض على هؤلاء المعتصمين بمحاصرتهم لانه فى هذه الحالة لا يمكن ان يكون المشرفون على هذه العملية ضباط سرطة ابدا!!!!!!!!
وهناك حقيقة مهمة لا يعرفها الناس وهى ان معيار تقلد المناصب القياديه فى الشرطة لم يعد يخضع الا للمحسوبيه فقط وبذلك فسد الاداء المهنى الى درجة مفزعه ..........
الى هناء اخذت حديث هذا الضابط وفى معرض حديثه ذكر بالقانون ضابط الجيش يعد خائنا ان لم يقتل العدو والشرطى يعدو خائنا اذا قتل مواطنا ولو كان القتيل مجرما.
وفى نفس هذه الصيحفة ذكرت المظاهرة التمثيليه والتى اقيمت امام مسجد مصطفى محمود ليلة الجريمة وبموجبها احضرت جحافل هذا الجيش الجرار من الامن المركزى ولا يفوت عليكم اجادة الاخوه لفن الدراما.
وذكرت نفس الصيحفة ان اللواءمحمد شعراوى واللواء القناوى كانا على قناعه بان استمرار التفاوض يؤدى الى نتيجه دونما تدخل وبسلام الا ان مسئول مباحث امن الدوله كان مصرا على ارتكاب المجزره.
كل هذه المعلومات الخطيرة وغيرها كثير وردت فى صحيفة الكرامة.
وانتظروا التقرير الذى يثبت ويدين مكتب القاهرة والذى يترصد اللاجئين السودانين منذ وقت طويل.

CAIRO -- Ten Sudanese refugees and asylum-seekers were killed, the Egyptian interior ministry said, when thousands of Egyptian riot police forcefully evacuated hundreds of Sudanese refugees early on December 30, breaking up a three-month old protest outside UN offices in Cairo.

Phalanxes of riot police armed with sticks and shields stormed the small square where the Sudanese had been camping at around 5:00 am (0300 GMT).

Several people were dragged away from the mayhem, as the refugees - including dozens of women and small children - tried to resist their evacuation.

The refugees were forced into dozens of buses lined up on one of the main thoroughfares in Cairo's upmarket neighbourhood of Mohandessin, ending a standoff that had lasted most of the night.

"They want to kill us," shouted one protester, as he was frog-walked towards a bus. "Our demands are legitimate, it is our right to protest here, the only right we have."

The police forces - who numbered close to 5,000 in the neighborhood for the operation - initially used water cannons in a bid to disperse the refugees.

The protesters had been sleeping under the polluted Cairo sky for three months, fighting temperatures which have dipped well below 10 degrees Celsius lately with plastic sheets, cardboard and blankets.

A 21-year north-south civil war in Sudan which ended a year ago had displaced some 4 million people, while an ongoing conflict in the western region of Darfur has also forced scores to flee the country.

The refugees are demanding that the UN refugee agency review cases of asylum-seekers whose applications it has rejected and resume resettling refugees in third countries, mainly the United States, Canada and Australia.

The UN High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) has offered to provide more assistance to the refugees but has refused to resettle them in a third country.

But most of the Sudanese refugees explain they simply want to leave Egypt, where they say the UN office has ignored their plight.

"The trust is gone. We will be happy if we end up in any other country, but look how this Arab country is treating us, just because we are black. It's a disgrace," Paul, a young refugee from the southern Sudanese city of Juba, said just before being evacuated.

"They are telling us to go back because the war is over, but it's not so simple," said George Oliver, a 20-year-old from the same region. "There are people here from all parts of the country who have had problems with the army. I was seized from the street in Khartoum and drafted by force in the military. Now I am here, if I go back to Sudan, they will find me," he said.

It was not immediately known where the security forces drove the refugees to.

At the beginning of 2005, there were over 14,000 Sudanese in Egypt whom the UNHCR had recognized as refugees, and thousands more whose asylum applications had been rejected. The 650 are part of a group of over 2,500 Sudanese nationals who had been involved in a peaceful protest in the Egyptian capital, Cairo, since 29 September 2005. Their demands included improvements to their work and educational opportunities, protection from forcible return to Sudan, and resettlement in third countries. The police broke up the protest violently on 30 December, in an action that left at least 27 protesters dead and dozens of protestors and police injured. ذهب لشراء تلفون من احد المحلات وعند عوته للبيت لم يعمل معه جهاز التلفون عاد الى صاحب المحل مطالبا بالكتالوج او جهاز غيره فقال له لاهذا ولا ذاك وعندما احختج ضرب بقسوة لا يمكن تخيلها اجتمع حوله حوالى الاربعين وقامو بدقه دق العيش وحتى الان لا يستطيع ان ينام الا على جنبه وجسمه كله ملىء بالندبات وعند ذهابه لقسم عين شمس ساله العسكرى متخانق مع سودانيين ام مصريين فقال مصريين فقال له العسكى المصريين ها................ اعوذ بالله من اللفظ امش يا وله وعند اتصاله ثانى يوم بجاره والذى وعده بالاتصال بالمكتب وحتى الان هذا الرجل يعانى ما يعانى وتتوالى الاحداث فى ظل تهاون وغياب المكتب فى القيام بدوره تجاه اللاجئيين وحمايتهم وهناك سيدتين معتقلات بقسم شرطة المرج منذ اربعه ايام وعند الذهاب الى المكتب من قبل احد الاخوه لم يجد جواب شافى ولا زلنا فى الانتظار نرجوا من الاخوه الاتصال بمنظمات العمل لاالانسانى لوقف هذا الانتهاك وبرغم الذى حدث لازال الانتهاك متواصل وبصورة اقوى
