الشاعر الثائر (ازهري محمد علي) قامة شعرية وطنية سامقة قد لعبت دورا كبيرا ومؤثرا في حراك هذه الثورة العظيمة حتى الانتصار وذاك بصدق اشعاره الثورية الملامسة لقضايا واحلام الناس وهي اشعار خالدة تغنى بها المغنون وهتف بها الثوار في كل وقفاتهم فله التجلة والمحبة والاحترام.

ولذلك قصدوه أيام المظاهرات ، ضربوه هو واسرته وانتزعوا منه العلم ومزقوه ، وهو داخل سيارته .

Then came Kalaklat hand on hand
And Burry, Shambat, Elmaseed and Omdur
And the droves coming from the iron bridge
You trick, but the people do what they want
Long live the struggle
As it should be
