بيان استنكار
تدين المنظمه السودانيه الكنديه لحقوق الأنسان سلوك الشرطه المصريه الوحشى وغير المبرر تجاه اللاجئين السودانيين
العزل المعتصمين بحديقة ميدان مصطفى محمود بالقاهره والذى راح ضحيته مايربو على العشرين من الأطفال والنساء والرجال.
كما تدين تلكؤ وتقصير المفوضيه العليا لشئون اللاجئين التابعه للأمم المتحده UNHCR فى تلبية حقوق طالبى
اللجوء من مسكن وصحه وتعليم الأطفال وحق العمل وأخيرا حق الحياة.
أن الطريقه الوحشيه وغير المبرره التى تم بها الهجوم على طالبى اللجوء تعتبر خرقا فاضحا للقوانين الدوليه
لأستخدام القوه من قبل قواة أمن الدوله. وايضا يتضح من عملية الهجوم ووحشيته والطريقه التى طبق بها بان وراء
اتخاذ ذلك القرار جهات عليا بما فيها وزير الداخليه حبيب العدلى خاصه وان تصريحاته بوصفه اللاجئين بمصابى الأيدز والسكارى تعتبر فى حدهاالأدنى غير مسئوله . ويقفز للأذهان ازاء ذلك الخطاب العنصرى ما أوردته منظمة هيومان رايتس واتش Human Rights Watch فى أحد تقاريرها بان أورنيك بوليس المعادى مروس ب "عملية تعقب السود " Operation Track Down Blacks
تضم المنظمه السودانيه الكنديه لحقوق الأنسان صوتها لجميع الأصوات التى أدانت هذه الجريمه البشعه بما فيهم هيومان رايتس واتش ونطالب الرئيس حسنى مبارك بتكوين لجنه مستقله وبرقابه دوليه للتحقيق الفورى حول هذا السلوك البربرى واستخدام عنف غير قانونى ومذل والذى كانت نتيجته قتل ما يناهز العشرين من السودانيين اللاجئين فى أحداث 30ديسمبر 2005 .
ونحن اذ نسوق هذا نود أن نردد عبارات جو ستورك مسئول هيومان رايتس واتش للشرق الأوسط وشمال أفريقا
والتى أطلقها اليوم حين أكد على"السجل التاريخى المخزئى للبوليس ا لمصرى" مما يوجب اعتبار تلك الحقيقه عند التحقيق.
أما عن سجل الحكومه السودانيه فحدث ولا حرج فتاريخ الأنتهاكات من بورتسودان وحتى الجنينه فحدث ولا حرج لاغرو فالحكومه السودانيه لاذت بصمت الاموات.
ستعمل المنظمه فى كندا للعمل مع السودانيين الكنديين ومنظماتهم وجالياتهم لأسماع هذه المطالب للسلطات المصريه والمفوضيه العليا لشئون اللاجئين التابعه لللأمم المتحده والتظاهر امام مبانى تلك الجهات وتسليمها مذكراتنا بهذا المعنى ممهوره بتوقيع المنظمات والأفراد .

Dear Concerned Sudanese Canadians,

The crisis in Darfur, Sudan has been called the "worst humanitarian crisis in the world" by the United Nations. Since February 2003, 400,000 people have died and 2.5 million are currently displaced due to the aggression and crimes of the government of Sudan and janjaweed militias. The Canadian government has the ability to make a difference for the people of Darfur, but it has not yet felt the public pressure to do so.

As Canada is heading to the polls, candidates should know that there will be political consequences for inaction.

Please join STAND (Students Taking Action Now: Darfur) Canada, Canadian Students for Darfur, the Genocide Intervention Network, STAND US, and many others in ensuring that Darfur stays on the radar screen of all candidates this election .

Glen is running in London-Fanshawe as a Liberal candidate. He will undoubtedly champion Sudan if elected. If you live in the vicinity, please take the time to help out in his campaign. Hey, I am endorsing NDP, but if I know a candidate who is keen about Sudan issues among the LIBERAL candidates, I will support her/him
Candidates are always looking for a venue to speak to reach as many constituents as possible. So invite the candidates to speak at your school, mosque or club/ organization. After speaking and peppering him with questions, speak to him/her over coffee and tell him/her how vital! this issue is to you and that a stronger Canadian stand is needed.
Governments act when more M.Ps consider this an important issue and raise it in their caucus. M.P.s will consider it an important issue if more of their constituents feel passionate about it.
