FATCA
Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act
تستعد بنول دول الخليج حاليا للبدء فى ارسال التقارير عن حسابات حملة الجنسية الامريكية للدخول ضمن برنامج الضرائب الامريكى :
1- التقارير سوف تكون الى Internal Revenue Services (IRS) كالاتى:-
Reporting will include the name, address and taxpayer identification number (TIN)of each US account holder;
the account number; account balance and value; the account’s gross receipts and gross withdrawals or payments; and other account related information requested by the IRS.
The reporting mandates are scheduled in stages, with applications to join the IRS program
2-اصحاب الارصدة مافوق 50 الف دولار سوف يتم استقطاع 30% من الرصيد سنويا.
3- المستثمرين بنسبة اكثر من 10% فى شركات سوف يكون الاشخاص الذين يتضمنهم التقرير.
4- عدم توقيع المستندات المطلوبه من المصارف سوف يعرضك لحجز 30% من الرصيد والابلاغ عنك ضمن القائمة السوداء للضرائب .



•The aim of FACTA is to tackle U.S. tax evasion by either making those U.S. taxpayers having earnings on undisclosed foreign accounts, disclose such accounts voluntarily,
or by forcing Foreign Financial Institutions (“FFI”) holding such accounts to disclose details of these directly to the Internal Revenue Services (IRS).
•There is a wide array of reporting requirements for U.S. citizens and residents under FATCA ranging from individuals,
corporations, trusts, partnerships and estates. The willful failure to comply can be prosecuted as a criminal offence and/or result in fines and tax penalties.

يا شيخنا انت ما سمعتا بحاجه اسمها الفورن انكم كردت يعنى مثلا انا اشتغلت فى الكويت اخدت مية وتمانين الف التسعين الاولى ما حا ادفع فيها غير السوشل والمدكير يعنى لحدى تسعين الف مافيها مشكله وبعدين مابقدرو يحكمو الديدكتبل يعنى عادى جدا ممكن تصرف على اولاد اختك الفين دولار فى الشهر وتعملهم كليم كتوتال دبندنت ياخى اكتر حاجه فى البلد دى ممكن تظبطا وبالقانون هى التاكس فمابالك لو كنت بره امريكا
