Dear The Board of Trustees of the Sudanese American Community Cultural School -Silver Spring, MD (SACCMD), is honored to offer you sponsorship of a fundraising event for our school. The objective of the fund-raising event is to celebrate Sudan Independence day with the students and their families and raise funds to support the school cultural programs.
The event would be held from 6-11 pm of the evening of Saturday January 14, 2012 at the cafeteria of Montgomery Blair High School located at 51 University Boulevard East, Silver Spring, Maryland 20901.
Your generous sponsorship would benefit the progress of the school that has been serving the community since 1998. We would be honored to highlight and announce your donation to the community, during the introduction at the event itself and in the event flyer to be published in SACDO website, if interested. You or a representative would be most welcome to attend so that we could thank you personally for your support.
The estimated audience of about 350 people would hear the announcement of your donation, and about 80 students would benefit tremendously from your generosity. The cost to sponsor the cultural program would be at least US$ 450 for Golden, 350 for Silver and 250 for Bronze Sponsorships. Alternatively, you may choose to donate an item or items form the enclosed
