حركة مناوي تهدد بالعودة للحرب مالم يفرج عن منسوبيها المتجزين لدى الشرطة!!

الخرطوم (رويترز) - حذر المتمردون السودانيون الاول الثلاثاء ان اتفاق السلام الذي وقع العام الماضي في خطر اذا انهيار الحكومة ترفض مطالبته بعد اشتباكات قتل ما لا يقل عن 10 شخصا.

Eight members of the rebel group, the Sudan Liberation Movement (SLM), and two Sudanese police officers were killed in the clashes on Saturday in the city of Omdurman, on the west bank of the Nile opposite Sudan's capital Khartoum.ثمانيه اعضاء من مجموعات المتمردين ، حركة تحرير السودان) واثنان من ضباط الشرطة السودانيين قتلوا في اشتباكات يوم السبت في مدينة ام درمان ، على الضفة الغربية لنهر النيل قبالة العاصمة السودانية الخرطوم.

The SLM was the only one of three Darfur rebel negotiating factions to sign the deal with the government in 2006.في السودان هو الوحيد من ثلاثة فصائل المتمردين في دارفور المفاوضات لتوقيع الاتفاق مع الحكومة 2006.

The SLM is pressing for the release of 93 of its members it said were arrested after the clashes, the return of the bodies of those killed and the withdrawal of heavily-armed government security forces still surrounding its headquarters in Omdurman.في السودان هو الضغط من اجل اطلاق سراح 93 من اعضائها وقالت اعتقلوا اثر مواجهات عودة جثث القتلى وانسحاب المدججين بالسلاح قوات الامن الحكوميه لا تزال تكتنف المقر في أم درمان.

"It is obvious what will happen if our demands are not met," said SLM spokesman al-Tayyib Khamis."من الواضح ماذا سيحدث لنا اذا لم تتحقق المطالب" وقال المتحدث باسم الحركة الطيب خميس "This would endanger the peace deal. Khamis said police ignored the SLM's attempts to resolve the problem peacefully and "fired the first bullet."قال خميس الشرطة تجاهلت حركة محاولات حل المشكلة بالطرق السلميه "باطلاق الرصاصه الاولى".

Sudanese security forces backed by armoured personnel carriers and vehicles with mounted machineguns have closed off streets leading to the SLM headquarters.قوات الامن السودانية تدعمها حاملات الجنود المدرعه ومركبات تقام الرشاشات التي اغلقت الشوارع المءديه الى مقر الجيش. They refused to answer questions about the incident and said journalists were barred from asking residents to describe what happened.ورفض الاجابه على اسءله حول الحادث ومنعوا الصحفيين ان يطلب من سكان وصف ما حدث.

A Western diplomat said the incident was "very serious" but he believed that both sides were trying to "put a lid on it".وقال دبلوماسي غربي في حادث "خطير جدا" لكنه اعرب عن اعتقاده بان كلا الجانبين تحاول "وضع غطاء عليها ".

The clashes occurred on the same day a senior SLM commander was killed in southern Darfur in an attack the SLM blamed on the government, and the first visit to Sudan by the new United Nations humanitarian chief John Holmes, who wants Khartoum to ease bureaucratic obstacles hindering aid groups in Darfur.الاشتباكات وقعت في نفس اليوم أقدم قائد الجيش قتل في جنوب دارفور في هجوم في السودان يقع على الحكومة واول زيارة الى السودان الجديد وكالات الامم المتحدة الانسانيه الرئيس جون هولمز الخرطوم تريد من تخفيف العقبات البيروقراطيه التي تعرقل المساعدات في دارفور.

Experts estimate 200,000 people have been killed and 2.5 million driven from their homes in Darfur to miserable camps in four years of rape, killing and pillage.ويقدر الخبراء 200 شخصا و 2.5 مليون من ديارهم في دارفور الى مخيمات باءسه في أربع سنوات من القتل والاغتصاب والنهب. Washington calls the violence genocide, a term Khartoum rejects.واشنطن تدعو الى العنف ، والاباده الجماعية مصطلح الخرطوم ترفض.

Rebels and residents say the Janjaweed are backed by the government and blame them for widespread abuses in Darfur.ويقول المتمردون سكان الجنجويد المدعومه من الحكومة والمسؤول عن هذه الانتهاكات الواسعه النطاق في دارفور. The government calls them outlaws and says it has no links to the militias.الحكومة تطالب بها مجرمون ويقول انه لا علاقة للميليشيات.
