Dear Sudanese citizens and friends of Sudan in UK & Ireland,

We, the Sudanese Community in London have been gathering over the last 2 days (Monday, 1.8.05, and Tuesday, 2.8.05), at:



The London Irish Centre,
50 - 52 Camden Square,
Off Murphy Street,
London, NW1 9XB.

The nearest underground station is: Camden Town (Northern Line).

Time: From 09:00am to 11:00pm. We will also be found at the same venue & times on: Wednesday, 03 August 2005. Please join us in this difficult times, to share our feelings together, mourn our leader, and sign books of condolence.

There will be a prayer service in memory of our late leader Cdr.\Dr. John Garang De Mabior, on: Saturday, 06th August 2005, starting from 02:00pm and finishing at 03:00pm. There will be free parking inside the church, and in the school yard next door to the church. You are encouraged to PLEASE BRING YOUR CHILDREN TO THE CHURCH SERVICE TO PRAY WITH US. After the prayer service, we will be returning to the London Irish Centre (address above), for a short period of speeches of encouragement, moral support, messages of condolence, and thanks giving prayers for the life of our great leader Cdr.\Dr. John Garang De Mabior. There will be food and refreshments. The venue capacity is for 300 (ADULTS) people only, but we expect that many younger adults (16 years or over) will be standing up all evening. Please DO NOT BRING YOUR CHILDREN TO THIS EVENT. WE MEAN IT – Please, NO CHILDREN to the London Irish Centre.
