و بناءآ علي ذلك فان اي حصار تفرضه امريكا علي اي دولة سيؤدي الي انضمام تلك الدولة الي محيط اليورو ، و بذا علي المدي الطويل يكون الامريكان قد لفوا حبل مشنقتهم حول رقبتهم هم و باختيارهم ـــــــ
