Remembrance of Dr. Mohamed Zein Shadad

I would like to share the others the memory of Dr Mohamed Zein Shadad. He was a Professor at the Department of Geology University of Khartoum and a member of the executive council of the University professors union. He passed away in 1995.The other side of Dr Shadad is that he gets very attached to the poor Ingessana people since most of his research was about the chromites mineralization in the Ingessana hills area. Most of them gave his name to their kids. And one of the best mines of the Blue Nile Mining Company is by the name Shadad1.he was the scientific advisor of the company. Mr. Ibrahim A/aal Elshekh the manager of the company gave him the name of the father of chromite in Sudan. He really deserves the name, since all his research and effort were paid to chromite exploration in the Ingessana Hills Area. May Allah rest his soul in heaven.
