I am Shomba from Burundi . I am the son of Mr Mohammed Nomda, who died during
this U.S.A and British attack on saddam Hussein and his evil cabinet in Iraq.,
My father and all our family has been living in Iraq since 15years now,Although
i was not living with them all this while, because i have been schooling in
Britain. I got your contact in my discreet search for a reliable truthfull
person who will help me out of my predicaments in the name of Allah.as i am in a
very critical and pathetic condition now in Dubai.

As a result of the war in Iraq, i happened to loose my father, my mother and my
three brothers when our house in Iraqi capital was bombed by the Coalition
forces.Then i became homeless and confused as i just came to join my parents in
Iraqi hoping to find future for my self.

When i have lost my parents, i joined an Iraqi family that use to be our family
friends, hoping that the war will not last much so that i can go back to my
country,But the war became more tense and i did not know what to do again, most
unfurtunately the family i was staying with suddenly was short in the same
situation.

It was then that the man"s only son now told me that he saw his late father
bring home one day a metal box filled with U.S$ cash. He again told me that it
amounts to TEN MILLION US$(10,000,000,00)and that his father hide it under his
bed, now that his father is dead and the heat of the war is growing more tense,
that he will want us to move out of Iraq to Iran or syria, with the money till
the war is over then we can go back.

I had no objection that to go with him, but we can not take the box by
ourselves as it is weighing almost 80kg.He now suggested that he knows some one
who will help us take the box with our little luggages out,then he contacted a
man to took the box out of Iraq to a security company in Syria,and deposited it
there as personall effects belonging to me and some foriegn partners, then the
man came back to Iraq and told us to come and met with him so that he will give
to us the certifcate of deposit and the aggreement which he signed with the
security company,bearing my name as the beneficiary, they did it like this
because they want it to be completly out of trace, as the both of them are all
from Iraq.and if they put there names as the beneficiary that the security
company might not accept it, they might want to know the contents thereby
implicating them, we went to his house that night, he handed us all the
documents, and told us to spend the night in his house before the next day so
that he can take us out of Iraq.

The following morning, on our way out of Iraq,we were stopped by the coalition
forces, and after much intrerogation, they took the both of them away,leaving me
to go ahead as my passport indicates another nationality.

I was able to find my way with all the documents to Syria, i meet with the
security company and presented my passport and other documents as the original
beneficiary of the box, and that i will want them to please shift it down to
(Dubai) U.A.E where i am now, why i left Syria was because i did not find Syria
comfortable because of probing eyes of U.S.A securities as they are suspecting
that most Iraqi Top Ofiicials flew down there they aggreed to do so but they
say they will no release it to me untill i come with the foriegn partner as it
indicates in the aggreement which was signed by both parties.

Sincerely, i dont know you much,but i will want you to help me start a new life
as i have no one now to help me, and also direct me on the best line of
investment as i dont know much about investments i am only 24years old.

Please my brother, i will not want you to betray me, knowing fully the source of
this money, though the other people, dont know where i am now and i have not
heard from them if they are dead or alife.

Right now, i am in Dubai, and i have meet with security company and they told me
to come along with the foreign partner as i want the box to be handed over to
me as i am almost running out of cash, and i am staying in a hotel here and
Dubai is too expensive.

I propose that you come as the foreign partner concerned so that we can
retrieve the money from the security company. I have decided that for
all assistance and inconveniences, I will give to you a reasonable percentage of
the total sum, some percentage for all expences,while the rest of the remaining
balance will be put into investment opportunities in any profitable areas you
might suggest in your country or any where else you trust, we will have to talk
to agree on a certain percentage you will want.

Please keep this proposal in the most confidential manner as i dont want people
to know my whereabout for now till we finish this, and I assure you of 100%
risk free transaction.

Please let me be informed of your decision to come so that I can work on your
visa. While I close here, I hope that Almighty Allah will give you the power to
do this transaction with me and I am waiting for your urgent responds to this
letter as this is my only hope of survival for now.
