نفس الرئيس السابق بعد إلقاء القبض عليه بالقرب من الحدود النيجيرية/الكاميرونية بعد أن تم إتهامه بجرائم قتل الآلاف من بني وطنه. و لقد سلم هذا المجرم للأمم المتحدة بليبريا لحين تقديمه للعدالة.

الرئيس السوداني البشير وهو ينعم بالرفاهية و العيش الوارف البائن على وجهه المتدخم.



سوف يقبض عليه يوما (إن شاء الله) و سوف يقدم للمحاكمة في لاهاي باتهامه بجرائم قتل الملائين من أبناء السودان الأبرياء.

On March 10, the African Union decided to extend its peacekeeping mission in the Sudanese region of Darfur for an additional six months, promising then to hand the mission over to the United Nations.

This prospect has raised the concern of Sudanese officials who fear the UN peacekeepers may execute arrest warrants issued by the International Criminal Court (ICC), which was given a mandate by the Security Council on March 31, 2005 to investigate this region. On March 6, Sima Samar, UN Special Rapporteur for Sudan, reiterated that the Special Court for Darfur, which was established locally in June 2005, is still unable to try these crimes. On March 9, the BBC revealed that Salah Abdallah Gosh, head of the Sudanese intelligence agency, recently made a secret trip to London. According to the BBC, Gosh is on the list of 51 potential suspects that the UN expert mission sent to the ICC, for his failure to "neutralize and disarm non-state armed militia groups in Darfur; and [his] command responsibility for acts of arbitrary detention, harassment [and] torture."

First arrest for the International Criminal Court

On 17 March 2006, in Kinshasa, Mr Thomas Lubanga Dyilo, a Congolese national and alleged founder and leader of the Union des Patriotes Congolais (UPC) was arrested and transferred to the International Criminal Court as part of the judicial proceedings under the Rome Statute (the “Statute”). Thomas Lubanga is alleged to have committed war crimes as set out in article 8 of the Statute, committed in the territory of the Democratic Republic of the Congo since July 2002.

Pre-Trial Chamber I issued a sealed warrant of arrest against Mr Lubanga on 10 February 2006. The Chamber found that there were reasonable grounds to believe that Mr Lubanga had committed the following war crime: conscripting and enlisting children under the age of fifteen years and using them to participate actively in hostilities. The Chamber also requested that the Democratic Republic of the Congo arrest and surrender him to the Court. The Registrar notified the Congolese authorities of the decision on 14 March 2006, as instructed by the Pre-Trial Chamber.

On 17 March 2006, Pre-Trial Chamber I unsealed the warrant of arrest against Mr Thomas Lubanga.

As provided under article 59 of the Statute, Mr Lubanga appeared before the competent judicial authority in Kinshasa. The Congolese authorities cooperated with the Court in the spirit of the Statute by promptly executing its request. The French Government agreed to cooperate with the Court and, for the purpose of executing the decision of Pre-Trial Chamber I, provided a military aircraft to transfer Mr Lubanga. MONUC also provided support to the operation.

Mr Lubanga is the first person to be arrested and transferred to the International Criminal Court since the entry into force of the Statute in July 2002. The Prosecutor of the Court initiated investigations in the Democratic Republic of the Congo in 2004 after the Congolese Government referred the situation in that country to the Court.

The Court issued its first warrants of arrest in July 2005 in the situation in Uganda against five leaders of the Lord’s Resistance Army. Investigations are also ongoing in the situation in Darfur which was referred to the Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court by the United Nations Security Council on 31 March 2005.

The list includes names of 51 individuals and the reasoning for why the Commission believes they are suspects of crimes committed in Darfur. After a careful review the Prosecutor and his advisers decided to reseal the list without making copies or taking notes, in order to maintain full confidentiality. The list is advice to the Prosecutor and not mandatory for him to follow. The Office of the Prosecutor has also received the archive of the Commission and will review the documentation carefully and independently. The Prosecutor will also include information from other sources in the analysis.

والعاقبة في غير المسرات لعصابة الجبهة
الاسلامية بشيرها وعليها وكل تلطخت يديه
بالدماء من الجنجويد والجيش الذي تحول
الي جيش للجبهة الاسلامية منذ العام 1990
والقائمة طويلة.

إنشاء المحكمة الجنائية الدولية

1993- إثر جرائم الإبادة الجماعية، التي ارتكبها الصرب ضد المسلمين في الحرب الأهلية في البوسنة والهرسك، أصدر اليوم مجلس الأمن الدولي القرار رقم 808 بإنشاء جنائية دولية لمحاكمة المسئولين عن ارتكاب تلك الجرائم، وعرفت المحكمة باسم المحكمة الجنائية الدولية ليوغسلافيا السابقة، ومقر المحكمة لاهاي، وأدانت كثير من قادة الصرب، ويحاكم أمامها الرئيس "سلوبودان مليوسوفيتش" حالياً مع آخرين من قادة الصرب.

سؤال يتبادر لي ..! هل يقراء البشير هذه الدعوات .. اذا نعم كيف يحتمل ذلك . نميري -مثلاً - كان على قناعة بان الـ99 في المية( نعم) كان حقيقة فلم يكن ايامها اعلام مضاد كان رجال حول القصر يزينون له الواقغ المقرف .. لكن البشير مؤكد يعلم ان اكثر من 99 في المية يرفضونه حد الكراهية لوجود الاعلام المضاد والاجباري ..
إذا كان البشير يقراء الاعلام الضاد او الرأي الآخر فــ دي تبقى كارثة
واذا كان لا يقراء الاعلام المضاد ولا يسمع الرأي الآخر فـ دي تبقى برضو كارثة
وفي الحالتين آمالنا مضاعة
