the laws of the Board specify that the board must comply with the laws of the host nation (USA). Well in the USA there is a law that instructs that all meetings should be open to the public unless they relate to descisions that require confidentialitey due to monetary reasons only. Thus the Admin Board should be open for all members to view the contents however non admins can not and should not post to the admin board.

I hereby formaly and legaly request that I have full view/read access to all the admin board discussions. This falls under the Open Meetings/Records Act

Open Meetings Law
A.R.S. §38-431 et seq. Closed: Salary, discipline, negotiations; planning; and legal consultation.

Open Records Law
A.R.S. §39-121 et seq. Exempt: Adoption records; disciplinary records of some professional groups; some medical records; some corrections department records; bank records; and trade secrets.

Please expadite the process. the open meetings initiative should have a priority in your discussions and the post concerning the delay in HOPEFUL increases the need for open forum.

Dear Walid Safwat salaaaam I don't know what the reason to be concern about open admin board, so I am writing to let you know that there is no relationship between HOPEFUL issue and close admin board meetings, we have repeatedly spoken to each other regarding the open admin board and the direction of this issue has been going and it was confirmed after speaking with all admin staff and the board (Hokma) reviewing the issue submitted by Ustaz Adil. The decision was of the all admin and board (Hokma) they like it to be close admin board meetings.

Thank you Anwar for the reply. The Hopeful case clearly would have not happend if the board was open and we the members were able to see the discussions.

It is not the "Hukama's" right to decide on that since itr is against the law of the country where the board is residing. I explained and provided the references in my original reply to Adil on the issue.

I urge the Board Moderators to reconsider without breaking their own law. And I would like it to be clear that I request open viewing only and not participation. the law gurantees that to me and the other members.

The delay in the re-activation of a suspended member could have been avoided if the other members were able to follow -up the Moderators discussions. It is in this that I find a relation between the case and the closed board.
