منظمة العفو الدولية تطالب السلطات السودانية بسماح الطبيب لمقابلة السيد المناضل مبارك الفاضل

دعا نشطاء في مجال حقوق الانسان السلطات السودانية الى السماح لسياسي معارض معتقل بمقابلة طبيبه الخاص. ومبارك الفاضل زعيم حزب الامة الاصلاح والتجديد المنشق المعارض هو واحد من 25 شخصا جرى اعتقالهم واتهامهم بالتامر للاطاحة بالحكومة. وقالت منظمة العفو الدولية انه محتجز منذ ما يقرب من شهر دون الحصول اي رعاية طبية. وقالت المنظمة في بيان اطلعت عليه رويترز يوم الاحد "تدعو منظمة العفو الدولية الى توفير الرعاية الطبية لمبارك الفاضل المهدي اثناء احتجازة بما فيها زيارة طبيبه الخاص له وفقا للمعايير الدولية." وأضافت "اذا لم يتم اتهامه على الفور بتهمة جنائية واضحة يجب اطلاق سراحه لاجراء فحوص والحصول على الرعاية الطبية التي يحتاجها."

وقالت المنظمة ان الفاضل يحتاج الى علاج من ارتفاع الكوليسترول وكان من المقرر ان يخضع للعلاج في لندن في يوليو تموز بسبب "عدد من المشكلات المتعلقة بالمعدة والمريء". وأكد وزير العدل السوداني محمد علي المرضي يوم الاحد لرويترز ما ذكرته صحيفة سودانية بان 25 شخصا ما زالوا رهن الاحتجاز بتهم تشمل الدعوة لمقاومة هيكل السلطة من خلال استخدام العنف او القوة الاجرامية والتحريض على الحرب ضد الدولة وتدمير النظام الدستوري. وقال مسؤولون سودانيون في وقت سابق انه جرى في باديء الامر اعتقال 44 شخصا. وامتنع المرضي عن توضيح ما اذا كان الفاضل او سياسيون معارضون اخرون منهم علي محمود حسنين من الحزب الاتحادي الديمقراطي ضمن الخمسة والعشرين. وقال مسؤولون من حزب الامة الاصلاح والتجديد والحزب الاتحادي الديمقراطي ان الرجلين ما زالا رهن الاعتقال. واحجم المرضي عن قول ما اذا كان السجناء حرموا من الرعاية الطبية او ما اذا كانوا سيحصلون عليها. وأضاف لرويترز انه لن يقول حتى ان كان يعرف. وكان المرضي حظر من قبل جميع النشر في قضية الاعتقالات وهو اجراء قال محامون ان القانون السوداني لا يجيزه. وقالت سيما سمر مقررة الامم المتحدة الخاصة لحقوق الانسان في السودان هذا الشهر انها تشعر بالقلق من اعتقال سياسيين بالمعارضة ودعت الحكومة الى المزيد من الشفافية بشأن هذه المسألة.
