هـذا ما سـأله القاضي البريطاني الذي يحاكم بعـض الشـبان المتهمـين بجريمة (الإرهـاب السـأيبري؟)،، فتلقى محـاضرة عـن الإنترنيت والمـواقع،، تذكـرت أيضاً قصة اللاعب البلجيكي الشهـير الذي الـذي كسب حكماً قضائيا بحـق اللاعـب في الإنتقال إلى أي نادٍ آخـر بعـد انتهاء مـدة تعاقده مع ناديه الحالي، وقد صار ذلك قانوناً في أوربا ( كان في السابق لا يستطيع اللاعب التسجيل لناد آخـر إلا بعـد موافقة ناديه السابق الذي يحصل على مبالغ ضخمة ليوافق)،، والسبب الذي يربط بين الموضوعين هنا، أن القاضي البلجيكي قضى أكثر من عـام يدرس في القوانين المنظمة لكرة القـدم وحقوق الاعبين والأندية، ثم أصدر حكمه إذ أنه لم يسبق أن تعامل مع قضية مشابهة بالطبع،، وفي نفس الوقـت أتساءل: هل نطمع في نظام عـدلي وقضائي في بلدنا بهـذه الدقة والأمانة والنزاهـة،، مش على طريقة أخنق فطـس الحالية كما حـدث مع جـريدة السـوداني أو مـوضوع الدواء الفاسـد وغسـيل الأمـوال التي كانت السبب في الإيقاف وغير ذاك الكـتير..

Mughal, of Chatham, Kent, and Tsouli of Shepherd's Bush, west London, deny conspiracy to murder and three charges linked to inciting terrorism. Al-Daour, of Paddington, west London, denies conspiracy to defraud and eight counts of inciting terrorism. The trial continues.
