Responsibilities:

· Full responsibility and ownership of business financials, reporting to the General Manager.
· Manage and direct business activities to ensure achieving desired profitability.
· Initiate/implement necessary reporting systems that will ensure proper analysis and evaluation of client projects and financial positions.
· Supervise all financial activities, internal and external, including cost analysis, capital expenditures and cash flow management.
· Initiate, design and implement all necessary financial controls.
· Responsible for conducting annual budgeting and quarterly reviews, including analysis of variances.

Qualifications:

· Experience: Minimum of 7 years experience in financial management, with at least 3 years in a Senior Finance position in a reputable service organization in Saudi Arabia.
· Recognition: Internationally recognized professional financial analysis qualification (Chartered Financial Analyst-CFA) and/or (Certified Public Accountant-CPA, Certified Management Accountant-CMA or Chartered Accountant-CA).
· Skills: Strong leadership, analytical, negotiation and communication skills. Pro-active and result-oriented. A team player with a pleasant personality.
· Track Record: Successful initiation and implementation of corporate financial systems.
· Special Knowledge: Knowledge of the banking and financial systems in Saudi Arabia.
· Computer Literacy: Financial/accounting applications, MS office and MS Outlook.
· Language: Excellent oral and written English skills. Arabic would be a definite plus.

As a Statistician, you will be responsible for analyzing data from consumer and b-to-b surveys in diverse industries for domestic and global clients. · Consult with DMS non-statisticians to determine clients’ research objectives
· Recommend, plan and execute analyses
· Communicate results and implications to DMS Client Servicing personnel and Clients in oral and/or written form
· Assist in the development and maintenance of databases and project lists
· Engage in programming to develop new solutions or capabilities for the company.


Qualifications
· Bachelors degree in Statistics or related field with major emphasis in statistics or quantitative methods, including multivariate methods
· 5 to 7 years Knowledge and documented experience in statistical analyses of data using Spss, SAS, Quanvert and Microsoft Office. Expertise with other programs is a plus.
· Excellent oral and written communication skills with demonstrated ability to communicate results of complex analyses to non-statisticians

Responsibilities:
Generate creative concepts based on "creative brief" from client.
