UN URGET TECH HELP IS NEEDED

First of all I would like to say hiiii to all the D.board members without any exceptions and I would like to thank the web master En.Bakri for his help.
My situation is the following, I am running Win XP.on my system and while I was viewing a MS word document for some reasons may be just curiosity and we knew that curiosity killed the cat ,I right clicked on the file,s icon and I choose----) properties-------)then I chech hidden file, the result is that now I can,t view the file and I have no clue how to bring my document back please if you have any idea try to help me out
