تطور جديد؟؟ طريق ثالث؟؟ بديل للقرار 1706؟؟؟

هذا ما جاء في صحيفة الرأي العام اليوم وأرجو الانتباه إلى ما هو مكتوب بخط غليظ:

Quote: الخميس19اكتوبر2006م لتعمل تحت مظلة الأمم المتحدة بريطانيا ترجح إصدار تفويض جديد من مجلس الأمن للقوات الأفريقية بدارفور حركة تحرير السودان تنجح في مفاوضاتها مع عبدالواحد وخليل بالجماهيرية الخرطوم- التقاط: الرأي العام: ترجمة: الوليد مصطفى اعلنت الحكومة البريطانية بانها بدأت النظر في خيارات جديدة لارسال مزيداً من القوات إلى اقليم مرجحة ان يصدر مجلس الأمن تفويضاً للقوات الأفريقية بالاستمرار في العمل، [....] .وفي سياق ذي صلة، كشف وزير الدولة البريطاني للتعاون الدولي هيلاري بن فور عودته الى لندن قادما من السودان ان بلاده بدأت النظر في خيارات جديدة لارسال مزيد من القوات الي اقليم دارفور في حال اصرار الحكومة على موقفها الرافض للقوات الدولية. ورجح بين في تصريحات نقلتها صحيفة الغارديان البريطانية امس ان يصدر مجلس الامن الدولي تفويضا لقوات حفظ السلام الافريقية للعمل في دارفور تحت مظلة الامم المتحدة لحل ما اسماه ازمة رفض الحكومة السودانية للقوات الدولية وتشمل المقترحات الجديدة احتمال منح قوات الاتحاد الافريقي تفويضا من الامم المتحدة لمواصلة العمل في دارفور او خطة استمرار قوات الاتحاد الافريقي وتوفير الدعم لها من الدول الغربية. ونقلت الصحيفة عن هيلاري بين اننا اذا اردنا حل هذه الازمة يتوجب علينا البحث عن خيارات اخري للقرار 1706 الذي يرفضه السودان بقوه.[....] .

أخي ياسر أعتقد ان الخطة تتجه لتقوية قوات الاتحاد الافريقي ودعمها لوجستيا

وخاصة بالطيران ثم تنفيذ قرار مجلس الأمن بحذافيره .. ذلك ان التقاعس قد يدخل

الادارة الأمريكية والحكومة البريطانية والاتحاد الأوروبي في مشكلة أخلاقية أمام

كل منظمات حقوق الانسان والمنظمات الضاغطة والمجتمع الدولي بأكمله .. ولابد من

الأخذ في الاعتبار ان الانتخابات التكميلية للكونجرس ستبدأ خلال هذا الشهر...
