The Berklee College of Music in Boston held a competition among its students asking for songs about, and for, the women of Darfur.

Listen here to one of the winning songs, by a young Jordanian music student named Farah Siraj. She has an angelic voice, wrote beautiful words for the suffering women of Darfur.
