الأخــوة والأخوات الكـرام، دعونى أقـدم لكم الأستـاذ المحامى متوكل مصطفى الحسين.. فهـو من الذين حاربـوا الجبهـة منـذ السبعينـات وعنـدما كان طالبا بالجامعـة، حين كان التقـدميـون الأشـاوس يثبطـونـه ويقولون لـه أترك الكيزان الأن لأن الشعب جائـع ولا بد من محاربـة النميرى أولا.. وكانت ردوده هى ، لو أتى الكيزان للحكـم فلن تستطيعـوا الحديث عن الكيزان ولا عن الجـوع!! وهـذا ما حدث بالضبـط.
والله نورت وشــرفت.. جئت فى وقت صعاليك الجبهــة يســومون أهلنا فى الشــرق العـذاب..
ويا مريـم، الحمـد لله على ســلامـة وصــول "عمـو" الجـد جـد!

In addition to the ongoing and persecution of so many
nameless people , and horrible crimes against the Sudanese
people , enacted by such shameless monsters which
dared to call themselves human being, we have as
well neither forgotten, nor forgiven .the
callous theft and the blatant total misuse, and further
complete misappropriation of the wealth of our once
proud , fine and beautiful country.

I wish to explain further, there are matters here, which still need to be more thouroughly addressed in greateter detail
This specifically pertains to the most recent accord.
Some of us in sympathy for the good of the greater numbers,feel that, althougth there has been significant progress
made in the stablishment of a peace agreement between the SPLA/SPLM and the the de facto government,find that
there is a most serious deficiency in this agreement.
THE DEFICIENCY
,
as
described ,specifically being, in the allowance of serious criminals to avade justice for their horriable
and
murderous crimes
.
AS WELL we have been given all due reasons to believe that this defintiion includes one of THE PRIMARY SIGMATORIES of this very accord ,as stated above.

حول الأحداث الدامية في مدينة بور تسودان
ظل شعب البجا في شرقه( ثغر السودان ) يعاني من ظلم واضطهاد الأنظمة القمعية في السودان كبقية الشعوب المهمشة في أطرافه منذ عهد الاستقلال وحتى يومنا هذا خاصة بعد اعتلاء نظام الجبهة الإسلامية القومية الإرهابي سدة الحكم في السودان بعد الانقلاب العسكري المشئوم. ظل هذا الشعب صاحب الأرض يعاني من سياسات التهميش والظلم والمتمثلة في الحرمان من ضروريات الحياة الأساسية وممارسة الإقصاء المبرمج والممر حل المتعمد واستخدام شتي أساليب القمع والتطهير العرقي في شتي صورة.
وان ما حدث من أحداث دامية في مدينة بور تسودان ما هو صورة من صور استمرار ذلك النظام في نهجه القمعي تجاه المواطنين العزل من شعب البجا وبقية الشعوب الطرفية المهمشه مما يؤكد نوايا النظام السيئة في ممارسة عمليات الابادة الجماعية والتطهير العرقي وخير دليل علي ذلك تلك المجزرة الجماعية التي اهتز لها الرأي العام المحلي والإقليمي والعالمي والتي شهدتها مدينة بور تسودان ( ثغر السودان ).
ونحن في هذا السياق نوضح الحقائق كاملة غير منقوصة من اجل بلورة تلك القضية التي من اجلها سقط إخواننا قرابين لمهر الحرية والديمقراطية والتداول السلمي للسلطة في جميع إرجاء السودان المهمشة حيث بدأت الأحداث بتاريخ الأربعاء 26 / 1 / 2005 م عندما تقدم أبناء البجا بمذكرة إلي ممثل النظام الحاكم بولاية البحر الأحمر مطالبين فيها بالقسمة العادلة في السلطة والثروة مثل بقية أبناء السودان في مناطقه الطرفية المهمشه الاخري علي أن يكون تنظيمي مؤتمر البجا والأسود الحره الممثل الشرعي للإقليم الشرقي وقد صيغت المطالب بصورة حضارية وسلمية حيث وعد ممثل النظام بالولاية تقديم رد النظام يوم السبت الموافق 29 / 1 / 2005 م إلا أن النظام مارس هوايته القمعية المعروفة تجاه المطالب والقضايا العادلة حيث فوجئ الجميع بوصول فرق القتل من الخرطوم متمثلة في أفراد ما يسمي بالحرس الجمهوري أو القوات الخاصة والتي وصلت صباح يوم السبت المشئوم جدا وتحركت مباشرة من ارض المطار إلي تلك الجموع التي كانت تطمع بأن تلبي مطالبها العادلة ولكن كان التصفية والاعتقال و القتل نصيبهم علي أيدي تلك القوة القاتلة حيث أمطروهم بوابل من الرصاص الحي لشعب اعزل وطال القتل بصورة عشوائية في الأحياء حيث هوجمت الأسر والأطفال داخل حرمات المنازل وروعت في أرواحها بالسياط والرصاص مما أثار الرعب والهلع في أنحاء المدينة. وكانت حصيلة القتلى من جراء تلك العملية الهمجية علي ما يربو من 60 قتيلا ومئات الجرحى وعدد كبير من المفقودين والمعتقلين بالإضافة إلي حالة الشلل التام جراء فرض حالة الطوارئ وحظر التجول في المدينة مما سبب ذلك أضرار كبيرة بحياة المواطنين .
هذا وقد طالت يد النظام جميع ولايات شرق السودان حيث اعتقلت وزج بالمئات من أبناء البجا في كل من كسلا والقضارف وسنكات وسواكن في السجون مما يؤكد نية النظام في الابادة الجماعية والتطهير العرقي لأبناء البجا بشرق السودان .
ونحن نناشد ونطالب منظمة الأمم المتحدة والمجتمع الحر وجميع منظمات المجتمع المدني النشطة في مجالات حقوق الإنسان بالتدخل الفوري والمباشر والضغط علي النظام لتحقيق الأتي :
1- وقف الابادة الجماعية والتصفية العرقية فورا .
2- وصول بعثه لتقصي الحقائق في التصفية العرقية القمعية .
3- تسليم جثامين الشهداء إلي ذويهم .
4- الإفراج عن جميع المعتقلين .
5- رفع حالة الطوارئ وحظر التجوال .
6- تقديم مرتكبي جرائم الإباده الجماعية والعرقية للعدالة .
7- الاعتراف بخصوصية شعب البجا في ولايات الإقليم الشرقي .
8- بدء التحضير الفوري لمنبر عادل لحل قضايا شرق السودان .

Ustadh Mohamed Osman still I'm waiting for the phone number,
In the past,we Sudanese have tended to forgive people for their shortcomings,and even their greater crimes against
humanity,once their time in political office has passed.We forgave and forgot,leaving the truly guilty ones as yet,still
unpunished
,
tThis point of view ,however,although seeming to support what some consider a more "noble: and"spiritually correct"
attitude ,is due mainlly to deeply imagined beliefs derived from religious and social beilifs in our culture that have
indicated"turning the cheek" and favored almost total forgiveness,even for the deeepest crimes as being the best
way to handle such situations. But remember we are taking not only about political arrests and other kind of abused of
power,our concern mainly for the valuable and often innocent lives,and the systematic and and brutal extermination
of these lives,for so many reasons so unjust and unwarranted,as could only be as evil,and comletely hostile to the
greater good of mankind in general.
These types of monstrous criminal ills will surly continue, if the message is given that horribly and grieviously criminal
actions such as these will continue to be allowed, if left so forgiven, forgotten and so largely unchecked.
I,strongly believe,as many nations have discovered in recent times, such attidude can be as deadly and a mistaken path to follow
as the criminal theselves,as it potentiallly sends the wrong message to people every where ,and in every
community, that such crimes can continue to be inacted against humanity at large,and the will of such monstrously
criminal minds, as the may feel or wish that they are able to continue doing so....... Furthermore,in the precieved giving of any
of
any such liscence to such people, that there will be no comparative recompence for either their actions or their part in
such crimes, no amatter how small such a part may be percieved to be.

In other words ,the allowing of such henious crimes against millions of fellow Sudanese citizens , always including so
many innocent victims such as children , to go unpunished ,sends the signal to such criminals and dictators that people
are willing to tolerate it as such, and that they may not only continue in their murderous practices, but continue to
get away with it.
This, for us , is no longer going to be the case ,the citing examples from the utterly determined and relentless
pursuit, and continuing worldwide prosecution , even to this day , by the Jewish people ,of the Nazi war criminals
from the Holocust era ,which occured during the second Warld War ,more than 50 years ago.It was found at that
time, that many of these criminals were been given shelter in many other countries ,including South American
countries,Australia,and even the United States among many others..
These brutal ,cruel,inhumane, and viciosly criminal acts have not been forgotton by the Jewish state or the Jewish
community,and even now to this day, many of them are still very actively pursuing justice against those
responsible for such acts occured against their felow people.. We are talking 50 years not just months.
These horrifying brutal crimes have been neither forgiven , nor forgotton by this people, and they have now , for
decades ,entrated,involved,and even deeply embarresed the governments of every country on the planet,including
the United Sytates,that have been shown to have provided harbor , or sancuary,to such criminals,.
It is by this of serious regard for such crimes that we will base our unfailinng and unflagging pursit of such inhuman
criminals inside our country and across the globe,and into every home ,shelter and government halls,that such peope
can be found, and bring them to such uncomprmising justice for their crimes against their fellow country men.
Next we will talk about the people's wealth and the financial corruption

The people 's wealth has been stolen and used for such finery , vanity , and entertainment as reserved for the kings of highest honor and diginity ,while our children starved.
It was used for the giving of fine and lavish parties , and for many celebrations of most jublant and glamourous nature ,while families watched their children and beloved neighbours perish , and the land become barren and from the strife of inhuman crimes of persecutions , perjudice , and genocide,
We did not see these as the serious crimes that they were ,all but too late to stop forgery of the wealth of people ,as ordinary citizens , and the poor , the starving , and the most needy suffered and perished needlessly and without the mercy of those that had stolen such wealth as could have just as easily been used to feed ,clothe , and house the suffering citizens of this land.
The theft of this wealth must be vendicated , and surely must be returned to the people ,as we will continue tiressly in every effort available to us to expose such theives and robberbarons as became fat and rich on the backs of those so griveiosly in need of any small mercy that such wealth could have surely helped to provide .
These crimes as well wil not be forgotten , nor go unpunished , and again , there will be no quarter for the theives , who willingly held both counsel and hands with , who danced and ate and drnak in joy , and with such snobbish abandon ,those same criminal masterminds that are true ,and quite conscious , murderes of our families , our neigbours ,our countrymen and our Children,

Thanks again.
In what you have said to me, I must tell you that I have for so long, in so many ways, and
so strongly agreed.
I must thank you, once again, for such thoughtful words of real understanding and loving kindness –truly and thoughtfully expressed in such a manner as would be worthy of the “Masters “ themselves, as you put it.
One additional note I must add to this beautiful quote you have shared with me.
If that is only it could be realized, and surely was, by some of such prophets and “masters” before this time, that, as you stated, “ to not fall into their conventions “ this would be my most valid and pertinent point that I would like to make.
In other words, that not all of us can neither be held by, or bound by, or around by, even such ingrained conventions as have been commonly taught within the mainframe of most conventional theologies and religious overtime. It would be painfully limiting to assume that the “Spiritual Texts” are binging all the time, and in our case, I mean the Quranic Texts.
I know you are quite familiar with Ustadh Mahmoud doctrines regarding this subject.
