اتحاد الكتاب السودانيين بيان. (صوت وقف الحرب يجب أن يعلو فوق صوت أزيز الرصاص وهدير المدافع )
إلى جماهير شعبنا الصامدة الصابرة
هذه الحرب العبثية التى اندلعت نيرانها وامتدت إلى بقاع بلادنا الحبيبة ، أدت إلى تفاقم الكارثة الإنسانية من حرائق ودمار كامل لكل أوجه الحياة في بلادنا .
وعليه نحن في اتحاد الكتاب السودانين نرفض بشكل حاسم استمرارها ونضم صوتنا متضامنين مع كل الجهود الوطنية والدولية لإيقافها فورا والعمل من أجل السلم والأمان لشعبنا وصولا إلى الدولة المدنية الديمقراطية والعدالة .
ونحن إذ نقف ضد هذه الحرب ،ندرك مآلاتها الكارثية على كل شبر من تراب الوطن ،
وأنها لن تقود إلى أهداف ثورة ديسمبر المجيدة
وسلميتها من أجل ( حريه ..سلام .. وعدالة )
بل تدمر الحياة المدنية وتؤدي لعسكرتها بالكامل .
وتجاوزا للاستقطاب الجماهيري المتصاعد فإن دقة الظرف التاريخي بكل تعقيداته المحلية والدولية وما تنطوي عليه استمرارية الحرب من عواقب كارثية ،يحتم علينا الوقوف صفا واحدا من أجل إيقاف هذا القتال والدمار العبثي قبل أن تحيلنا هذه الدراما الفتاكة إلى
( قصة تراجيدية ) عنوانها كان هناك وطن يسمى السودان .
المجد والخلود للشهداء
عاجل الشفاء للجرحى
عودا حميدا للمفقودين

(Above the whistling of bullets and the roar of cannons)
To the masses of our steadfast and patient people,
The Sudanese Writers Union decisively rejects the continuation of this accursed war, joins its voice in solidarity with all national and international efforts to stop it immediately, and will work with everyone to achieve peace and security for our people in their fight for a civil and democratic state.
The Sudanese Writers Union, when it stands against this war, realizes its disastrous results on every inch of the country's soil and affirms that it will only lead to destruction, ruin, and rupture.
This absurd war, whose fires broke out and its effects spread to every inch of our beloved country, led to the exacerbation of the humanitarian catastrophe and fires and the destruction of all aspects of life, destroying civilian life, dispersing safe families, and endangering everyone's health.
The Sudanese Writers Union exalts the victories of the glorious December revolution, believes in its peacefulness, and raises high its eternal slogans (freedom, peace, and justice), and the peaceful revolution is the people's choice.
Furthermore, beyond the escalating mass polarization, the accuracy of the historical circumstance with all its local and international complications, and the catastrophic consequences of the continuation of the war, the Sudanese Writers Union calls for all Sudanese to stand together in a solid civil front in order to stop the fighting and destruction before this deadly drama turns into a tragic story title (there was a homeland called Sudan).
