في مواجهة التهديدات الخارجية والتحديات الداخلية، تقف البحرين شامخة بفضل ركيزتها القوية وهي الكوادر الوطنية. هؤلاء الأفراد ليسوا مجرد تروس في النظام؛ إنهم جوهر المرونة والتصميم الذي يحافظ على تمكين هذه الأمة. ومن خلال التزامهم الثابت بواجبهم، فإنهم يصونون سيادة البحرين ويحافظون على قيمها وسط الأوقات المضطربة. ومن خلال تضحياتهم المتفانية، وتفانيهم الدؤوب، وولائهم الذي لا ينضب، تجد الأمة العزاء في أحلك ساعاتها. إنهم يحملون عبء حماية تراثنا وثقافتنا وهويتنا الجماعية على أكتافهم، ويقفون كأعمدة قوة ضد أي عاصفة قد تأتي في طريقنا. إن الكوادر الوطنية تجسد الأمل على نطاق واسع - محاربون يحرسون سيادتنا بشراسة حتى يتمكن كل مواطن من النوم هانئاً في الليل، وهو يعلم أن بلاده آمنة. إن روحهم تتوهج في داخلنا جميعًا، مما يثير شعورًا بالفخر ويشعل شغفًا شرسًا بازدهار البحرين.

وتؤكد القيادة الرشيدة أن الكوادر الوطنية في البحرين أساس الدولة، وتلعب دورًا حاسمًا في تشكيل نموها الاقتصادي وتنميتها المستدامة. وقد تم رعاية هؤلاء المهنيين ذوي المهارات العالية والمدربين من خلال المبادرات الحكومية والاستثمار في برامج التعليم والتدريب المهني. وقد أدى التركيز على تطوير المواهب المحلية إلى انخفاض كبير في الاعتماد على الخبرات الأجنبية، وتعزيز الاكتفاء الذاتي والسيادة الوطنية.

حيث يساهم المسؤولون التنفيذيون الوطنيون في قطاعات مختلفة في تنفيذ سياسة الدولة ، فهم بمثابة سفراء البحرين في الداخل والخارج. وإن فهمهم العميق للعمل ومؤهلاتهم الأكاديمية العلمية والخبرة تسمح لهم بالتنقل بين الديناميكيات المجتمعات الدولية المعقدة بسهولة مع تعزيز بيئة ترحب بالتنوع.
ونجد أهمية التعاون والتنسيق بين الجهات الحكومية لتحقيق التنمية المستدامة والرفاهية للمواطنين، وندعو الجميع إلى بذل الجهود المشتركة لتحقيق الأهداف المرجوة وتحقيق رؤية البحرين 2030. وهي رسالة الأمل والتفاؤل لمستقبل مشرق للبحرين، وسط أجواء تسودها السعادة والتفاؤل بالتحديات القادمة.

These individuals are not just gears in the system; They are the essence of resilience and determination that keeps this nation empowered. Through their unwavering commitment to their duty, they have safeguarded Bahrain's sovereignty and maintained its values during turbulent times. Through their selfless sacrifice, tireless dedication and unfailing loyalty, a nation finds comfort in its darkest hour. They carry the burden of protecting our collective heritage, culture and identity on their shoulders, standing as pillars of power against any storm that may come our way. National cadres broadly embody hope - warriors who guard our sovereignty fiercely so that every citizen can sleep peacefully at night, knowing that his country is safe. Their spirit glows within all of us, arousing a sense of pride and igniting a fervent passion for the prosperity of Bahrain.

Rational leadership affirms that Bahrain's national cadres are the foundation of the state and play a crucial role in shaping its economic growth and sustainable development. These highly skilled and trained professionals have been nurtured through government initiatives and investments in vocational education and training programmes. The focus on the development of local talent has significantly reduced reliance on foreign expertise, promoting self-sufficiency and national sovereignty.

National executives in different sectors contribute to the implementation of the country's policy, they serve as Bahrain's ambassadors at home and abroad. Their deep understanding of work, academic qualifications and experience allow them to navigate the dynamics of complex international societies with ease while fostering an environment that welcomes diversity.
We find the importance of cooperation and coordination between government agencies to achieve sustainable development and welfare for citizens, and we call on everyone to exert joint efforts to achieve the desired goals and achieve Bahrain's Vision 2030. It is a message of hope and optimism for a bright future for Bahrain, in an atmosphere of happiness and optimism about the challenges ahead.
