هذه رسالة إلى المجتمع الدولي:

▪️لقد أنقلب البرهان على الدموقراطية.
▪️ترتب على انقلابه هذا أنه يعمل الآن بدون أي سند دستوري أو شعبي.
▪️جراء الحرب، فقد البرهان سيطرته على الكثير من أقاليم السودان.
▪️السودان الآن بدون حكومة تقريباً.

يترتب على ما سبق أنه:
▪️ لا يجوز -وفقاً للقانون الدولي- لأي دولة ولا أي شخص من أشخاص القانون الدولي العام التعامل مع البرهان كممثل للدولة.
▪️تعتبر قرارات البرهان بدون أي قيمة قانونية.
لذلك:
▪️على كل الكيانات الدولية عدم التعامل مع البرهان كرئيس لجمهورية السودان. ▪️وعلى كل الكيانات الدولية عدم دعوته لرئاسة أي وفد يمثل السودان في أي محفل دولي.
▪️إن أي اتفاقات أو معاهدات أو تمثيل للسودان خارج إطار الشرعية الدستورية أو الثورية أو حتى شرعية السيطرة الفعلية، تعتبر اتفاقات ومعاهدات وتمثيل باطل بطلاناً مطلقاً؛ ولن يرتب أي اثر قانوني مستقبلي عليها.

A warning message to the international community


This is a message to the international community:

Abdel Fattah Al-Burhan carried out a coup against democracy.
▪️As a result of his coup, he now operates without any constitutional or popular support.
▪️As a result of the war, Al-Burhan lost control over many regions of Sudan.
▪️Sudan is now almost without a government.

It follows from the above that:
▪️ It is not permissible - according to international law - for any state or any person of public international law to deal with Al-Burhan as a representative of the state.
▪️ Abdel Fattah Al-Burhan's decisions are without any legal value.
So:
▪️All international entities should not deal with Al-Burhan as President of the Republic of Sudan. ▪️ All international entities should not invite him to head any delegation representing Sudan in any international forum.
▪️ Any agreements, treaties, or representation of Sudan outside the framework of constitutional or revolutionary legitimacy, or even the legitimacy of actual control, are considered null and void; It will not have any future legal impact on it.
