The interest shown by professionals as well as institutions for the second conference has been outstanding. Due to accommodation difficulties for the conference participants it has been decided to postpone the meeting to December 2006.

The main focus will be:
1. The current status
2. What has been achieved since the signing of the peace agreement?
3. How to improve on that for better future?

Interested colleagues, as well as institutions, are kindly asked to let me know so that their names can be added to the mailing list for future correspondences.
