كانت قراءة الاخ القراى قراءة صائبة ؛ واذكر انه فى نفس الفترة كتب الاخ الخاتم عدلان مقالا عن خروج الصادق ؛ نبه فيه الى كل هذه الاخطار

كانت تلك نبوءات عبقرية ؛ ولكن ما بال البعض لا يرون الحقائق حتى اليوم

أهديها للأخ أساسي والأخ كباشي.

مأخذي الوحيد على المقال الذي نقلته يا عادل هو أن عنوانه فيه من العنف اللفظي ما لم يكن الكاتب محتاجا له فالمقال موثق وقوي فكريا بما يكفي، ولو كنت مكان الأخ القراي لما كتبت هذا العنوان.

Thank you all for your valuable feedback.
Ya Bakri, believe me I talked to Dr. Elgarrai about joining the board a couple of days ago. He told me what he told you. He was concerned that some people tend to go to some low levels of personal insult and intimidation, once they fail to conduct a rational discussion. He cited some examples from another Sudanese board, where a friend of him received insults that even included his family. I assured him that I have not seen such a tendency in this board in which every one seems to rsepect the others even while disagreeing. Of course the interests of people are different and while some are intersted only in discussing serious issues that affect their life and their country, others just want to hang around and "have fun". I personally feel that they have the right to do so (in agreement with Atbarawi) and the responsibility lays completely on those who want to affect change to improve the quality of discussion in this board. I do truly hope that Dr. Elgarrai will join this unique forum because I am sure he will benefit from it and benefit it with his insightful commentary.
Thank you Bakri for your kind words which I hope to live up to them and thank you for the technical help. I will make sure in the future that I will either paste or use the code you provided so the text appears right into the posting. Dr. Yasir, I think the reason only part of the post showed up because of the height limit you specified in the code. You can increase that parameter to display more lines.
